Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车辆座椅的基部框架,该基部框架包括两个轨副、两个前摇杆、两个后摇杆以及一个座椅支撑体,该座椅支撑体具有前横向构件、后横向构件和两个侧部,其中,每个轨副经由前摇杆和后摇杆铰接于侧部,并且,设置有致动器,用于座椅支撑体的高度调节。从US 6,502,798B1可知这种基部框架。
背景技术
对用于机动车辆座椅的基部框架来说,正试图保持低的构造高度。而且,基部框架内的空间通常被不同的部件和驱动装置所占据。这一点在车辆座椅完全配备有由制造商提供的用于调节和使用座椅的做大程度选择方式的情况中尤其如此。
扇形轮与小齿轮的组合对于基部框架的高度调节机构而言已获得普遍认可;为此,仅以示例方式参考上文所提到的US 6,502,798 B1;还使用了齿条和锁定机构的组合,参见EP 1 190 891 B1(仅以示例方式);关于现有技术,还参考US 3,765,720 A和US 5,622,406 A。
如果可能,目标为:不是座椅两侧都设置有致动器的部件并被主动地调节,而是仅设置有单个致动器,如果可能,该致动器大致分配给一个座椅侧。在这种情况下,基部框架设计成使得座椅的另一侧被动地被共同调节。
发明内容
基于此,本发明本身的目的已设定为限定一种用于机动车辆座椅的高度可调的基部框架,该基部框架具有单个致动器以及尽可能少的部件,其中使用了公用的驱动部件,并且,该基部框架适合于单侧锁定。
该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的基部框架来实现。
在该基部框架中,基本上沿四边形连杆组的对角线布置致动器。仅设置有一个致动器,该致动器离座椅一侧比离座椅另一侧更近。在这种情况下,优选地使用本领域中众所周知的轴驱动装置作为致动器;仅以示例方式,参考US 2006/0260424 A1。
从其它权利要求以及从本发明的示例性实施方式的以下说明中,本发明的其它优点和特征变得清楚,该说明应当被理解为不是限制性的,并且在下文中将参考附图对该说明进行解释。

具体实施方式
根据所示出的实施方式的基部框架被配置成具有平行四边形臂的所谓的四边形连杆组、或平行四边形运动系统。从现有技术中普遍已知这些实施方式。基部框架包括左轨副20和右轨副22。座椅支撑体包括左侧部24、右侧部26、前横向构件28和后横向构件30。这四个部分基本上形成了框架。优选地,其为刚性。四个部分互相连接。孔设置在侧部24、26的后区域;主要地,它们用于容纳具有靠背的靠背铰链(未示出)。
每轨副20、22在前部处经由前摇杆32并且在后部处经由后摇杆34铰接于其上方的侧部24、26。也可以用例如链接导向器或纵向导向件等的等效装置代替前摇杆副或后摇杆副。如果在实施方式中将横向构件28、30设计成管,这不应当被理解为是限制性的。可以将横向构件设计成任何形状的零部件。它们的用途是连接两个侧部24、26。
设置有致动器36;它被配置成轴驱动装置。它根据致动改变它的长度。它包括定向成平行于前横向构件28并且位于其紧邻附近的齿轮马达38。总之,它离前横向构件28的距离是横向构件28、30彼此间的距离的5%至30%。齿轮马达38经由支承座40铰链联接于前横向构件28。为此,两个支承孔眼被附接于该横向构件28。它们在x方向上朝后方突出。齿轮马达38以已知的方式转动轴螺母(未示出)。其与轴52接合。轴52根据齿轮马达38的致动伸出或缩回。在此过程中其不转动。
在y方向上观察,两个前摇杆32的上铰接点位于前横向构件28之后、大约位于支承座40或齿轮马达38的水平高度处。其位于横向构件28、30所限定的平面中。
尽管另外三个摇杆32、34是根据现有技术形成的,但是根据本发明对右后摇杆34进行进一步改进。其连接于横部42。其位于由后横向构件30和该摇杆34的纵向方向限定的平面中。横部42在焊缝44连接于该后横向构件34,在下文中被称为相邻的横向构件。可以选择其它附接方式。也可以省去附接;然而,提供接触。可替代地,任何其它其余摇杆可以连接于横部42。
在关联的摇杆34的纵向方向上观察,横部42延伸的长度是该摇杆30的铰接距离的60%左右。横部42具有在y方向上延伸的宽度;它是长度的一半左右。横部42从摇杆34的下侧朝内突出。支撑部46设置在其自由端处。其指向向下方向。因此,在x方向上观察,由摇杆34、横部42和支撑部46组成的单元是大致Z形。图2示出了这一点。支撑部46成形为与实际摇杆34相似。支撑部具有在x方向上指向前的铰接区域48和在相反方向上的接触区域,支撑部通过该接触区域支撑在相邻的横向构件30上,优选地通过焊缝44等进行连接。
铰接区域48铰接于轴52的端部。轴线被称为铰接区域轴线54。摇杆34在支承部铰接于右轨副22的座椅轨;这围绕下摇杆轴线56来实现。两个轴线54、56彼此平行;它们也平行于横向构件28、30。两个轴线优选地位于与y-z平面平行的平面中。优选地,它们彼此间的距离可以是0mm至50mm之间。
优选地,由摇杆34、横部42和支撑部46组成的单元制成为是一体的。其可以由金属板坯件获得;这一点在实施方式中示出。在加工过程中,将金属板坯件在横部42的两个纵向边界处在不同的方向上弯折,如图2所明显看出。在接触区域50处,横部42具有切口;在支撑部46的上翼片中发现该切口的材料;因此实现了横向构件30上在更大底部上的支撑。
轴52和铰接区域48的铰接点与右侧部26的距离明显小于与左侧部的距离。比率大约为1∶4。其可以处在5%至40%的范围内,优选地处在8-25%的范围内。

Claims (12)

1.一种机动车辆座椅的基部框架,包括两个轨副(20,22)、两个前摇杆(32)、两个后摇杆(34)以及一个具有前横向构件(28)、后横向构件(30)和两个侧部(24,26)的座椅支撑体,其中,每个轨副(20,22)经由前摇杆(32)和后摇杆(34)铰接于侧部(24,26),并且,设置有致动器(36),用于所述座椅支撑体的高度调节,其特征在于,摇杆连接于横部(42),设置有连接于所述横部(42)的支撑部(46),并且,所述横部(42)包括用于所述致动器(36)的调节部的铰接区域(48)以及位于相邻的横向构件(28,30)上的接触区域(50)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述致动器(36)布置在远距离的横向构件(28,40)与所述铰接区域(48)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述支撑部(46)以±20°的偏差基本上平行于所述摇杆布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述摇杆、所述横部(42)和所述支撑部(46)一体地互相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述摇杆、所述横部(42)和所述支撑部(46)通过变形由金属板坯件制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述支撑部(46)在所述接触区域(50)处连接于相邻的横向构件(28,30)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述横部(42)延伸所述摇杆的铰接点间的距离的40-90%的长度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述横部(42)具有为所述横部(42)的纵向尺寸的20-200%的宽度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述横部(42)相对于关联的摇杆和/或相对于所述支撑部(46)以直角±15°延伸。
10.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述致动器(36)包括齿轮马达(38),并且,所述齿轮马达(38)在另一个横向构件(28,30)即远距离的横向构件(28,30)的附近保持于支承座(40)。
11.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述铰接区域(48)包括铰接区域轴线(54),所述摇杆具有下摇杆轴线(56),并且,所述铰接区域轴线(54)和所述下摇杆轴线(56)彼此平行地延伸。
12.根据权利要求10所述的机动车辆座椅的基部框架,其特征在于,所述铰接区域轴线(54)和所述下摇杆轴线(56)之间的距离小于30mm,特别地小于15mm,并且,优选地所述两个轴线共轴。
