技术领域
本发明涉及一种电容材料,尤其是高压陶瓷电容材料。
背景技术
而目前的高压电容多数是成本高,介电常数低,在耐压工作温度范围较低,在高温时温度变化率太高,不能满足在振荡回路里补偿正温度系数的要求和满足电子线路小型化的需求,且损耗值过大。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种经济的,介电常数的高压陶瓷电容材料。
一种掺杂改性锆酸钡基高压电容器用陶瓷材料,其特征在于由锆酸钡BaZrO360~64%、二氧化锰MnO220-24%、三氧化二铁Fe2O38-12%、氧化镝Dy2O32-6%、锆酸钙CaZrO34-8%、四氧化三钴Co3O42-6%组成的高压陶瓷电容器材料。
采用本配方,就可以使电容材料的介电常数增大为8600,耐压值18KV/mm,温度特性为Y5U,经济型中高压瓷介电容器材料。
具体实施方式
具体实施时,我们将锆酸钡BaZrO3、二氧化锰MnO2、三氧化二铁Fe2O3、氧化镝Dy2O3、锆酸钙CaZrO3、四氧化三钴Co3O4按配方比例混合后加入聚乙烯醇压制成型,然后在1250到1400摄氏度范围内烧结得到本配方陶瓷电容。
在配比时,我们将锆酸钡BaZrO3、二氧化锰MnO2、三氧化二铁Fe2O3、氧化镝Dy2O3、锆酸钙CaZrO3、四氧化三钻Co3O4按照配比搅拌球磨混合,用少量丙酮稀释,高速搅拌7000r/min20min,使无机材料充分分散,加入8%的聚乙烯醇进行喷雾造粒,然后置于130℃烘箱中1h,就可以得到本配方的电容器,其电容材料的介电常数增大为9800,耐压值12KV/mm,温度特性为Y5U,经济型中高压瓷介电容器材料。

1.一种掺杂改性锆酸钡基高压电容器用陶瓷材料,其特征在于由锆酸钡BaZrO360~64%、二氧化锰MnO220-24%、三氧化二铁Fe2O38-12%、氧化镝Dy2O32-6%、锆酸钙CaZrO34-8%、四氧化三钴Co3O42-6%组成,将锆酸钡BaZrO3、二氧化锰MnO2、三氧化二铁Fe2O3、氧化镝Dy2O3、锆酸钙CaZrO3、四氧化三钴Co3O4按配方比例混合后加入聚乙烯醇压制成型,然后在1250到1400摄氏度范围内烧结。
