本发明提供一种掺杂改性锆酸钡基陶瓷电容器材料,由锆酸钡BaZrO380~84%、氧化镝Dy2O38-12%、氧化钇Y2O36-10%、锆酸钙CaZrO36-10%组成,各组份含量之和为100%,将锆酸钡BaZrO3、氧化镝Dy2O3、氧化钇Y2O3、锆酸钙CaZrO3按配方比例混合后加入聚乙烯醇压制成型,然后在1250到1400摄氏度范围内烧结得到陶瓷电容器材料,采用本配方的电容材料,介电常数为9200,耐压提高到18KV/mm,改善电容温度特性,介质损耗小于0.0001,高温度稳定性容量随温度变化率变小于10%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电容材料,尤其是高压陶瓷电容材料。 
背景技术
目前的高压电容应用于高压场所,但多数电容的介电常数小,耐压值低。 
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种介电常数大,耐压值高的高压陶瓷电容材料。 
一种掺杂改性锆酸钡基陶瓷电容器材料,其特征在于由锆酸钡BaZrO380~84%、氧化镝Dy2O38-12%、氧化钇Y2O36-10%、锆酸钙CaZrO36-10%组成,各组份含量之和为100%,将锆酸钡BaZrO3、氧化镝Dy2O3、氧化钇Y2O3、锆酸钙CaZrO3按配方比例混合后加入聚乙烯醇压制成型,然后在1250到1400摄氏度范围内烧结得到陶瓷电容器材料。 
采用本配方的电容材料,介电常数为9200,耐压提高到18KV/mm,改善电容温度特性,介质损耗小于0.0001,高温度稳定性容量随温度变化率变小于10%。 
具体实施方式
在配比时,我们首先将碳酸钡BaCO3和二氧化锆ZrO2、碳酸钙CaCO3和二氧化锆ZrO2按照一定配比,经过球磨混合,进行干燥,然后在1000到1200摄氏度合成得到锆酸钡BaZrO3、锆酸钙CaZrO3;在得到锆酸钡BaZrO3、锆酸钙CaZrO3后,上述其余材料等按照配比搅拌球磨混合,用少量丙酮稀释,高速搅拌(7000r/min)20min,使无机材料充分分散,加入8%的聚乙烯醇进行喷雾造粒,然后置于130℃烘箱中1h,就可以得到本配方的电容器,其介电常数为9200, 耐压提高到18KV/mm,改善电容温度特性,介质损耗小于0.0001,高温度稳定性容量随温度变化率变小于10%。

1.一种掺杂改性锆酸钡基陶瓷电容器材料,其特征在于由锆酸钡BaZrO380~84%、氧化镝Dy2O38-12%、氧化钇Y2O36-10%、锆酸钙CaZrO36-10%组成,各组份含量 之和为100%,将锆酸钡BaZrO3、氧化镝Dy2O3、氧化钇Y2O3、锆酸钙CaZrO3按配方比例混合后加入聚乙烯醇压制成型,然后在1250到1400摄氏度范围内烧结得到陶瓷电容器材料。 
2.如权利要求1所述的掺杂改性锆酸钡基陶瓷电容器材料,其特征在于将碳酸钡BaCO3和二氧化锆ZrO2、碳酸钙CaCO3和二氧化锆ZrO2按照一定配比,经过球磨混合,进行干燥,然后在1000到1200摄氏度合成得到锆酸钡BaZrO3、锆酸钙CaZrO3。
