Abstract
本发明公开了一种轨道工程车转向架,属于轨道车辆转向架领域,针对现有的轨道工程车转弯半径大,不能满足低速运行工况多的缺陷,该转向架包括H型构架、设置在构架的两侧梁端部的ATP感应线圈装置、安装在机车两端的轮缘润滑装置、一系悬挂装置、二系悬挂装置、安装在构架侧梁中部第三轨受流器、横向安装在构架侧梁上的基础制动装置和采用全悬挂方式与构架相连的牵引装置;所述构架的横梁上吊装有齿轮箱,该齿轮箱内设有两级齿轮传动,总传动比为(7.63~10.03):1,本发明最高运行速度达90km/h,持续速度为18km/h左右,最低运行速度可达5km/h以下,转弯半径小,下部限界高,结构较简单,维护方便,可靠性高。

背景技术
[0002] 轨道工程车在铁路干线,地铁的建设初期、运营筹备、试运营、正式运营等各阶段都是必不可少的轨道工程运输工具。由于受地形限制,地铁线路往往弯道多,曲线半径小, 坡度大(最大坡度达38%0)。
[0003] 现有的客运机车转向架为追求好的运行品质,二系悬挂大都是采用挠度大的高圆螺旋钢弹簧,电机采用三点刚性架悬或弹性架悬,轮对驱动系统采用轮对空心轴传动,轴箱采用双轴箱拉杆定位方式,构架采用“目”字形结构或“日”字形结构。现在我国干线客运主型机车SS8、SS9转向架就是采用上述方案。
[0004] 现有货运机车转向架由于速度低,悬挂装置一般米用一系软、二系硬的结构,电机一般采用抱轴悬挂方式,我国的货运机车SS4、SS3转向架基本都是采用这种结构。机车转向架由于轴重重,一般转向架设计得都比较笨重。
[0005] 现有B型地铁转向架二系悬挂一般采用空气弹簧,一般加装抗侧滚扭杆装置。一系悬挂有采用钢簧中置加转臂定位,譬如天津滨海快速轨道交通车辆转向架;有在轴箱两侧采用圆锥橡胶弹簧,譬如广州地铁一号线车辆转向架、武汉轨道交通一号线一期工程车辆转向架;还有的采用钢簧偏置,转臂定位关节和一系垂向油压减振器,譬如广州三号线车辆转向架。
发明内容
[0006] 针对现有的轨道工程车转弯半径小,限界要求严,结构要简单可靠,维护要方便, 低速运行工况多的要求,本发明旨在提供一种轨道工程车转向架,该转向架最高运行速度可达90km/h,持续速度为18km/h左右,最低运行速度可达5km/h以下,结构较简单,维护方便,可靠性高。
[0007] 为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:所述轨道工程车转向架包括H 型构架、ATP感应线圈装置、安装在机车两端的轮缘润滑装置、一系悬挂装置、二系悬挂装置、安装在构架侧梁中部且安装高度可调的第三轨受流器、横向安装在构架侧梁上的基础制动装置和牵引装置;其结构特点是,所述一系悬挂装置设置在构架和轴箱之间,所述二系悬挂装置设置在构架和车体之间,所述牵引装置的牵引电机采用全悬挂方式与构架相连, 所述ATP感应线圈装置设置在构架的两侧梁端部;所述构架的横梁上吊装有齿轮箱,与车轴相联的该齿轮箱内设有两级齿轮传动,总传动比为7. 63-10. 03。
[0008] 为了满足转向架下部限界高,本发明所述的转向架传动装置采用两级传动,新轮对时,齿轮箱最低点距轨面高度可达121mm以上。为了满足轨道工程车辆低速运行工况多的特点,本发明所述的转向架齿轮传动比非常大,为7. 63-10. 03,优选为9. 4。齿轮箱为平行轴式齿轮箱,箱体的一端通过轴承安装于轴上,另一端弹性地吊装于构架的横梁上。[0009] 本发明所述的转向架采用交流牵引电机驱动,电机采用全悬挂方式,很方便拆卸和维修。电机与齿轮箱之间采用刚性齿式联轴节连接。
[0010] 本发明所述的转向架悬挂系统采用一系软、二系硬的结构型式,一系悬挂采用金属螺旋弹簧。所述轴箱为转臂式轴箱,转臂的一端通过橡胶关节与构架相连,其另一端安装有所述一系悬挂装置的金属螺旋弹簧组和一系橡胶垫,该一系悬挂装置主要由一组带橡胶垫的金属螺旋弹簧组、一系垂向油压减振器和转臂定位橡胶关节组成,其垂向静挠度为 87-97_,优选为92_。一系钢弹簧由内簧、外簧组成,主要提供垂向、横向刚度。所述轴箱顶部设置有起安全限位作用的一系垂向止挡,在一系弹簧断裂失效的情况下,一系垂向止挡能起到弹性悬挂的作用,以便防止意外事故的发生。
[0011] 所述二系悬挂装置采用圆柱形橡胶堆结构,二系悬挂装置的垂向静挠度为 21-31mm,优选为26mm。橡胶堆为采用5层钢板、4层橡胶的圆柱形橡胶金属硫化件,该钢板和橡胶交错排列,橡胶堆横向刚度较小,以适用轨道工程车转弯半径小,橡胶堆横向变形大的状况。

[0013] 所述牵引装置的牵引电机通过螺栓四点刚性悬挂在构架上;牵引装置采用Z字型连杆低位牵引,两个牵引连杆成Z字形布置,Z字型连杆一端通过连杆销与构架相连,其另一端通过连杆销与牵引座相连;该牵引座中间位置安装有复合弹簧,为牵引装置提供垂向和纵向刚度。一由中心销座和中心销组成的中心销组装通过中心销插入所述复合弹簧中, 所述中心销下部套装有由圆柱销定位的压座;与车体枕梁相连的所述中心销座与复合弹簧之间安装有一个隔座。所述压座与复合弹簧之间优选设有垫板。
[0014] 本发明所述ATP感应线圈装置的结构为,在构架侧梁上固接有一第一支架,该第一支架与一第二支架相连,且第一支架与第二支架之间设置有弹性橡胶套,所述第二支架上固接有弯板,该弯板上安装有一 ATP感应线圈。所述弯板与第二支架之间优选设有调节垫片。本发明所述的转向架ATP感应线圈支架中设置了弹性橡胶套,有效地解决了现有地铁转向架ATC天线支架经常开裂的问题。
[0015] 本发明所述轮缘润滑装置由设置在司机室台面板上的手动按钮控制,当需要润滑时,按下润滑系统启动按钮,系统根据已设定好的润滑时间开始工作,时间结束后系统自动停止工作,当要再次工作时,需要再一次按润滑系统启动按钮。
[0016] 每个轮对均安装有一套带有闸瓦间隙自动调整机构的单元制动器,其中每个轮对中设有一套带有弹簧停车蓄能制动的单元制动器。
[0017] 为了降低转向架的自重,构架采用无端梁的H型焊接结构,构架板材大部分在 12mm以下。构架的侧梁为中间下凹的鱼腹箱型结构,侧梁中间设置有隔板,以保证侧梁的抗弯抗扭能力。侧梁上有垂向油压减振器安装座、横向减振器安装座、转臂定位座、制动器安装座、受流器安装座;构架的横梁采用无缝钢管,横梁上设有电机安装座、齿轮箱吊杆安装座、牵引拉杆安装座。
[0018] 本发明所述的转向架采用转臂式轴箱定位方式,转臂一端通过转臂定位橡胶关节与构架相连,另一端通过钢弹簧与构架相连。另外,在轴箱顶部设置了一系垂向止档,起到垂向限位的作用。[0019] 本发明所述的转向架二系悬挂装置由安装在车体与转向架之间的橡胶堆和安装在牵引中心销与构架侧梁之间的横向油压减振器等主要部件组成。橡胶堆采用5层钢板,4 层橡胶的圆柱形橡胶金属硫化件,橡胶堆横向刚度较小,以适用轨道工程车转弯半径小,橡胶堆横向变形大的状况。
[0020] 本发明所述的转向架牵引装置采用Z字形拉杆牵引,主要由中心销座、中心销、牵引座、纵向牵引连杆等组成。牵引装置具有以下功能:将转向架连接到车体上;传递制动力和牵引力;使转向架以牵引装置为中心相对于车体旋转;作为二系悬挂起吊装置。
[0021] 本发明所述的转向架基础制动装置采用踏面单元制动器单侧闸瓦制动形式。每一车轮均安装一套带有闸瓦间隙自动调整机构的单元制动器,其中每一轮对中有一套单元制动器带有弹簧停车蓄能制动。
[0022] 本发明所述的转向架轮缘润滑装置安装在机车两端,每端各装一套。工作时,与机车前进方向一致的一套保持工作,由机车为其提供工作需要的压缩空气和电源。轮缘润滑装置由电磁阀、带油箱的气动柱塞泵、分配器、喷嘴组成,其中电磁阀、带油箱的气动柱塞泵安装在车体上,分配器和喷嘴则安装在转向架(I端)上。

[0024] 本发明所述的转向架还安装4套ATP感应线圈,ATP感应线圈通过过渡安装座固定在转向架的侧梁端部,位于轨道正上方。为适应轮缘的磨耗,ATP感应线圈距轨面的高度可调。为了解决在现有地铁转向架ATC天线支架经常开裂的问题,本发明所述的转向架ATP 感应线圈支架中设置了弹性橡胶套。
[0025] 机车采用受流器下部接触受电方式,第三轨受流器安装在转向架构架侧梁中部, 第三轨受流器的安装高度可调。
[0026] 本发明所述的轨道工程车转向架是在现有B型地铁转向架的基础上进行设计的, 借鉴了机车、地铁转向架的成熟经验,并进行了集成创新。本发明的轨道工程车转向架与现有典型地铁转向架的主要区别在于:

[0029] 3、由于二系垂向刚度大,取消了地铁转向架常用的抗测滚扭杆装置。
[0030] 4、在ATP感应线圈支架中设置了弹性橡胶套,有效的解决了地铁转向架ATC天线支架经常开裂的问题。
[0031] 5、为了满足轨道工程车辆低速运行工况多的特点,本发明的转向架齿轮传动比非常大,达到9. 4左右,可满足机车3km/h以下速度运行要求。
[0032] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明转弯半径小,下部限界高,结构较简单,维护方便,可靠性高,最高运行速度可达90km/h,持续速度为18km/h左右,最低运行速度可达5km/h以下。其中齿轮箱传动装置采用两级齿轮传动,能轻松满足转向架下部限界高要求。齿轮传动比设计非常大,达到了 9. 4左右,可完全适用轨道工程车辆低速运行工况多的特点。悬挂装置采用一系软、二系硬的结构型式,使得二系悬挂维护简单,造价低,大大降低了成本,且由于一系悬挂弹簧柔软,转向架动力学性能仍然满足运营要求,本发明对 轨道工程车转向架设计平台的搭建具有重要的参考作用。

具体实施方式
[0058] 一种轨道工程车转向架,如图1,图2和图3所示,包括ATP感应线圈装置1、轮缘 润滑装置2、一系悬挂装置3、构架4、第三轨受流器5、二系悬挂装置6、转向架空气管路7、 基础制动装置8、牵引装置9、轮对驱动系统10。如图3所示,牵引装置9的牵引电机采用全 悬挂方式,通过螺栓四点刚性悬挂在构架4上。[0059] 如图4所示,一系悬挂装置设置在构架4和轴箱之间,轮对采用转臂定位的方式。 轴箱一端通过橡胶关节与构架4相连,另一端安装金属螺旋弹簧组17和一系橡胶垫18。为了衰减一系垂向振动,还设置了一系垂向油压减振器21。在一系弹簧断裂失效的情况下,一系垂向止挡15能起到弹性悬挂的作用,以便防止意外事故的发生。
[0060] 本发明所述的转向架牵引装置采用Z字型连杆低位牵引,为地铁转向架上广泛采用的成熟可靠产品。如图5所示,两个牵引连杆成Z字形布置,一端通过连杆销23与构架相连,另一端通过连杆销23与牵引座34相连。牵引座34中间圆筒安装有复合弹簧31,复合弹簧31为牵引装置9提供垂向、纵向刚度,还可为转向架提供扭转刚度,以便转向架顺利通过曲线。为适用本发明转向架安装空间小的情形,复合弹簧31纵向刚度较大,以使转向架受冲击载荷时牵引装置9纵向位移较小,避免与构架4相碰。中心销组装22通过中心销插进牵引座的复合弹簧31中,中心销下部套有压座27,并通过圆柱销29实现可靠定位。压座27与复合弹簧31之间有垫板30,以便调节压座与牵引座圆筒之间的间隙。中心销组装 22由中心销座和中心销组成。中心销座与复合弹簧31之间安装有一个隔座32,牵引装置9 的垂向力通过隔座传递到复合弹簧上。中心销座通过螺栓与车体枕梁相连。另外,为了改善机车的横向动力学性能,每个转向架还设置了一个横向油压减振器35。
[0061] 如图6所示,基础制动装置8通过联接螺栓39横向安装在构架4的侧梁上。每一车轮均安装一套带有闸瓦42间隙自动调整机构的单元制动器41,其中每一轮对中设有一套带有弹簧停车蓄能制动的单元制动器38。
[0062] 如图7所示,ATP感应线圈43通过螺栓安装在弯板44上,弯板44通过螺栓59安装在第二支架46上。弯板44与第二支架46之间有调节垫片45,以实现ATP感应线圈高度可调。第二支架46与第一支架50之间设置了弹性橡胶套57,两边各设置一个。弹性橡胶套与第一支架通过螺栓54实现周向和轴向定位。弹性橡胶套57与第二支架通过螺栓47 实现周向和轴向定位。第一支架50通过螺栓51与构架4侧梁相连。本发明所述的转向架 ATP感应线圈装置I的第一支架50和第二支架46中设置了弹性橡胶套57,有效地解决了现有地铁转向架ATC天线支架经常开裂的问题。
Claims (9)
1. 一种轨道工程车转向架,包括H型构架(4)、ATP感应线圈装置(I)、安装在机车两端的轮缘润滑装置(2)、一系悬挂装置(3)、二系悬挂装置(6)、安装在构架(4)侧梁中部且安装高度可调的第三轨受流器(5)、横向安装在构架(4)侧梁上的基础制动装置(8)、牵引装置(9);其特征是,所述一系悬挂装置(3)设置在构架(4)和轴箱之间,所述二系悬挂装置(6)设置在构架(4)和车体之间,所述牵引装置(9)的牵引电机采用全悬挂方式与构架 ⑷相连,所述ATP感应线圈装置⑴设置在构架⑷的两侧梁端部;所述构架⑷的横梁上吊装有齿轮箱,与车轴相联的该齿轮箱内设有两级齿轮传动,总传动比为7. 63〜10. 03 ; 所述ATP感应线圈装置(I)的结构为,在构架(4)侧梁上固接有一第一支架(50),该第一支架(50)与一第二支架(46)相连,且第一支架(50)与第二支架(46)之间设置有弹性橡胶套(57),所述第二支架(46)上固接有弯板(44),该弯板(44)上安装有一 ATP感应线圈(43)。
2.根据权利要求I所述的轨道工程车转向架,其特征是,所述轴箱为转臂式轴箱,转臂的一端通过转臂定位橡胶关节与构架(4)相连,其另一端安装有所述一系悬挂装置(3)的金属螺旋弹簧组(17)和一系橡胶垫(18),该一系悬挂装置(3)主要由一组带一系橡胶垫(18)的金属螺旋弹簧组(17)、一系垂向油压减振器(21)和转臂定位橡胶关节组成,其垂向静挠度为87-97_,所述轴箱顶部设置有起安全限位作用的一系垂向止挡(15)。
3.根据权利要求I所述的轨道工程车转向架,其特征是,所述二系悬挂装置(6)采用圆柱形橡胶堆结构,二系悬挂装置(6)的垂向静挠度为21-31mm;橡胶堆为采用5层钢板、4 层橡胶的圆柱形橡胶金属硫化件,该钢板和橡胶交错排列。
4.根据权利要求I所述的轨道工程车转向架,其特征是,所述构架(4)上设置有四个一系垂向油压减振器(21)和一个横向油压减振器(35)。
5.根据权利要求I所述的轨道工程车转向架,其特征是,所述牵引装置(9)的牵引电机通过螺栓四点刚性悬挂在构架⑷上;该牵引装置(9)采用Z字型连杆低位牵引,两个牵引连杆成Z字形布置,Z字型连杆一端通过连杆销(23)与构架(4)相连,其另一端通过连杆销(23)与牵引座(34)相连;该牵引座(34)中间位置安装有复合弹簧(31),一由中心销座和中心销组成的中心销组装(22)通过中心销插入所述复合弹簧(31)中,所述中心销下部套装有由圆柱销(29)定位的压座(27);与车体枕梁相连的所述中心销座与复合弹簧(31) 之间安装有一个隔座(32)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的轨道工程车转向架,其特征是,所述压座(27)与复合弹簧(31)之间设有垫板(30)。
7.根据权利要求I所述的轨道工程车转向架,其特征是,所述弯板(44)与第二支架(46)之间设有调节垫片(45)。
8.根据权利要求I所述的轨道工程车转向架,其特征是,所述构架(4)的侧梁为中间下凹的鱼腹箱型结构,构架⑷的侧梁中间位置设置有隔板。
9.根据权利要求I所述的轨道工程车转向架,其特征是,每个轮对均安装有一套带有闸瓦(42)间隙自动调整机构的单元制动器(41),其中每个轮对中设有一套带有弹簧停车蓄能制动的单元制动器(38)。
