一种采用斜滑块抽芯机构脱螺纹的模具,它由螺钉、圆柱销、推杆、固定板、动模座板、螺母、支承板、垫板、动模板、复位杆、定模板、导柱、导套、定模镶件、动模镶件、浇口套、型芯滑块、盖板、定模座板、限位销等零件组成,该模具主要适合金属压铸件和塑料成型件内部螺纹分成几段,而采用其它机构抽芯又脱不出制品而设计的一种机构。模具打开后,机床顶杆推动推杆推顶型芯滑块沿动模镶件的斜面导轨向内收拢,制品升起并脱开型芯滑块和动模镶件,推杆推出拉料穴内的凝料,完成抽芯动作。

技术领域
本发明涉及到金属压铸成型和塑料成型模具,是一种采用斜滑块抽芯脱螺纹的模具机构。
背景技术
当制品上带有与模具方向不同的内、外侧孔或侧凹等阻碍制品成型后直接脱模时,必须将成型侧孔或侧凹的零件做成活动的,这种零件称为侧型芯。而在制品脱模前必须抽出侧型芯,然后再从模具中推出制品,完成侧型芯的抽出和复位的机构称为侧向分型抽芯机构,目前侧分型和抽芯机构分:手动、机构、气动或液压几类,下面结合实际经验,特提供一种斜滑块抽芯脱螺纹的模具机构。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种采用斜滑块抽芯机构脱螺纹制品的模具,它适合金属压铸件和塑料成型件,它压力传递良好,动作牢固可靠,模具结构简单,利于设计。制造、安装、调试、维修方便,极大地降低了生产成本,由于自动化程度高,节省了人工,该模具是针对制品内部带有螺纹分成两段,采用旋转抽芯又不能脱出制品,故该模具采用斜滑块抽芯机构脱出制品螺纹。

具体实施方式:
图中所示是一种采用斜滑块抽芯机构脱出螺纹制品的模具机构,当模具装夹到压铸机或注射机上时,开模时制品留在动模。当模具的推顶型芯滑块5沿动模镶件7的斜面导轨向内收拢,制品升起并脱离型芯滑块5和动模镶件7,推杆22推出拉料穴内的凝料。合模时,由定模板11压型芯滑块5复位,推出机构最终靠复位杆12完成复位。

Claims (1)

1.一种采用斜滑块抽芯脱螺纹制品的模具机构,其主要特点是:金属压铸件和塑料件内部有螺纹而螺纹分成两段或多段时,采用其它机构无法脱出螺纹,而采用斜面滑块抽芯机构脱出制品螺纹。它动作牢固可靠,压力传递良好,结构简单,极大程度上节省了生产成本,有利用的经济价值。
