Abstract

Description

用于前照灯的投影模块
技术领域
本发明涉及用于前照灯、特别是汽车前照灯的投影模块,其包括光源,所述光源被布置在反射器壳体内部并且照亮投影透镜,其中布置有用于显示明显的明暗边界的部件。
背景技术
汽车前照灯通常具有反射器以及布置在反射器内部的光源。在本文中,卤素或高压放电灯被特别用作光源。反射器表面被发出的光所照亮。取决于反射器表面的形状,前照灯的光束由此被形成,其被向前方照射。
对于这种类型的前照灯的光束存在有各种规范,对所述光束施加有高的要求。由此,例如,近光(low beam)必须具有带有基本上水平的、明显划界的明暗边界的不对称的光分布,因此进行中的交通不会目眩。例如,当近光在点75R-前照灯范围内的决定性测量点处被接通时,在欧洲测量屏的轴线交叉点处指定至少12Lux的照度。明暗边界仅在距这个测量点的半度处操作,在该边界之外定位有所谓的眩光区III,在其中照度可能最大仅为0.7Lux。
大部分的前照灯由所谓的投影光学系统组成。这里从光源发出的光通过反射器被聚焦到屏幕上,其形成明暗边界。由此形成的光分布通过投影透镜被显示到交通区域中。好的前照灯由在明暗边界区域中的尽可能好的对比度来区分。屏幕允许由光源发出的并且由反射器反射到投影透镜焦平面下部的光束被遮蔽;如果不存在该屏幕,所述光束将由前照灯另外发出到明暗边界之上。
屏幕通常为具有适当外形的垂直板,其被轴向定位在反射器和投影透镜之间。此板的轮廓于是通过投影透镜被显示在交通区域内作为明暗边界。在先前已知的投影模块中的缺点是它们占据了相当大量的安装空间。
发明内容
本发明意欲在这里提供补救。本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于前照灯的投影模块,其具有减小的安装空间。根据本发明,这个目的将通过权利要求1的特征部分的特征来实现。
本发明提供了一种用于前照灯、特别是用于汽车前照灯的投影模块,其具有减小的安装空间。
在本发明的一个改进中,所述部件由反射器壳体的至少一个边缘形成。这使得特别压缩的结构模式成为可能。
在本发明的一个改进中,至少一个边缘是吸光的。这产生了特别明显的明暗边界。所述边缘优选为黑色。
在本发明的进一步的构造中,边缘根据用于道路交通的近光的明暗边界的路线而被构造。结果,对于近光来说,使得明显的明暗边界轮廓成为可能,同时具有小的安装空间。
在本发明的进一步的构造中,弓形的凹陷被引入到至少一个边缘中,所述弓形的凹陷的半径基本上对应于投影透镜的焦距。这使得边缘的每个点相对于透镜的投影平面有相同的间距,从而产生由此实现的明显的明暗边界的显示。
在本发明的一个改进中,所述部件由至少一个基本上水平的边缘形成,该边缘被布置在透镜的光学轴线的外侧。这允许使经由反射器壳体收集的光最大化。在投影透镜相对于反射器壳体在中心布置的情况下,产生光的最大输出。通过将显示明显明暗边界的部件集成在反射器壳体中,利用边缘在投影透镜的光学轴线之下的布置,来实现此最佳的位置。
在本发明的进一步的改进中,光源由LED所形成。特别小的用于投影模块的安装空间可由此实现。反射器壳体被用作LED的准直器。
反射器壳体有利地被构造为使得在靠近下部边缘处产生最大的光分布。这实现了高的明暗对比度并且因此实现了明显的明暗边界。
本发明同样扩展到具有前述投影模块的汽车前照灯中。

具体实施方式
被选作实施例的投影模块基本上由布置在反射器壳体2的内部的光源1、以及由光源1照射的投影透镜3组成。在该实施例中,光源1由LED布置形成。反射器壳体2包围LED布置并被用作准直器。准直器2被构造为使得在靠近下部水平边缘22处光通量最大,以使得其通过透镜3被显示为明暗边界。准直器2的水平下部界限边缘22位于在透镜3的中心轴线(由虚线示出)上。产生图3中示出的照明图案4。照明图案4的上部界限线41的轻微的弯曲由准直器2的显示的下部水平界限边缘21距透镜3的焦平面的不同几何间距所产生。出现在其它三个边处的变形在使用中具有较小的破坏性并因此被忽略。
在根据图4的实施例中,准直器的界限边缘21,22,23,24被弯曲。这里曲率半径基本上对应于投影透镜3的焦距。这意味着被照亮的界限边缘的每个点具有距透镜3的焦平面相同的几何间距。准直器相对于透镜5的中心轴线(由虚线示出)在中心定位,因此准直器2的下部界限边缘22被定位在中心轴线之下。相应地,产生图4中示出的照明图案4。上部界限线41现在不具有任何弯曲。进一步,由于所述中心布置,更多的光被透镜所接收,并被使得对于应用来说有用。
在根据图5的实施例中,图4中的准直器被修改为使得再现近光的特征明暗线的后部垂直界限边缘41。准直器2在其下部边缘22提供有15度的斜面以产生期望的光分布(参照图6)。对应于用于道路交通的近光的明暗边界的路线来产生如图5所示的照明图案4。
图6示出了准直器的界限边缘,在该实施例中所述限定边缘被提供有黑色的吸光颜色。结果,实现对比度的增加并且在明暗边界上产生照度值。
图5示出了准直器2,其中全部四个边缘21,22,23和24均被弯曲。三条草绘的光束路线被用于阐明功能原理。此外,可以将准直器2的所有边侧构造为反射器复曲面以实现准直器输出上的期望的光分布。可通过缩短或延长一个或多个准直器面来实现其它的实施例。通过将具有边缘24的表面沿透镜方向延长,还可以将更多的光导向透镜的方向并由此提高系统的效率。
在根据本发明的投影模块中,单独的屏幕将不再存在;屏幕的目的现在由准直器2的界限边缘所接替。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于前照灯的投影模块,该投影模块包括光源(1),所述光源被布置在反射器壳体内部并且照亮投影透镜(3),其中布置有用于显示明显的明暗边界的部件,所述部件被集成到反射器壳体中以使得所述部件不会投影到光源(1)的光束路径中,并且所述部件由所述反射器壳体的至少一个边缘(22)所形成,弓形的凹陷被引入到所述至少一个边缘(22)中,所述弓形的凹陷的半径对应于所述投影透镜(3)的焦距。
2.如权利要求1所述的投影模块,其特征在于所述投影透镜相对于反射器壳体在中心布置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的投影模块,其特征在于所述前照灯是汽车前照灯。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的投影模块,其特征在于所述至少一个边缘(22)是吸光的。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的投影模块,其特征在于所述至少一个边缘(22)根据用于道路交通的近光的明暗边界的路线进行构造。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的投影模块,其特征在于所述至少一个边缘(22)是布置在所述投影透镜(3)的光学轴线的外侧的水平的边缘。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的投影模块,其特征在于所述光源(1)由LED所形成。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的投影模块,其特征在于所述反射器壳体被构造为使得在靠近所述至少一个边缘(22)处产生最大的光分布。
9.一种汽车前照灯,包括如权利要求1或2所述的投影模块。
