技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的腹膜透析设备。
背景技术
在腹膜透析(PD)中,透析溶液(透析液)被填充入患者腹腔中。在一定停留时间后(在此停留时间内,通过患者腹膜在透析液和血液之间发生物质交换),现已“用过”的透析液被新鲜透析液替换。为此,用过的透析液通常被排入袋中。在腹腔中的该停留时间内,透析液颜色改变。除了透析液变色外,常发现有混浊。通常,透析液应具有类苹果汁的颜色。被排出时,用过的透析液相应发生的变色或混浊经医生、负责透析的人员或患者自己目测检查。结合混浊状况来评估用过的透析液是否具有常见的正常变色。如果现在将变色归类为不正常,则通常需要开始进一步检查以找出原因。不处于常见的期望正常范围中的变色表征多种病理原因,例如增加的蛋白质分泌、血分泌,或者它们例如会表征早期腹膜炎(腹膜炎症)。对于不常见的变色情况,通常建议咨询医生,以开始可能的进一步检查。
目测检查的问题在于观察者尤其是未经训练的患者的主观感受。由于主观而变化的评估标准,不可能总是以不变的确定性识别出从腹腔排出的透析液是否呈现相对还算正常或已经异常的变色。
发明内容
现在,本发明的目的是如此改进上述类型的腹膜透析设备,即,改进在透析液的变色或混浊度评估时的客观性,并且还提供用于支持混浊度评估的机器。
根据本发明,该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的设备来实现。据此,提供一种腹膜透析设备,该设备具有用于定期送出和收回透析液的装置(循环仪),该装置包括带有导管的管子。现在根据本发明,该装置包括可用以确定透析液的变色或混浊度的机构。由于本发明的这种解决方案,操作人员即医生、负责透析的人员或甚至患者自己,能通过客观的机构确定或可确定待评估的实际透析液的混浊度。
由接在主权项之后的从属权项获得本发明的优选实施方案。
因此,通过这样的机构获得的透析液的颜色值和混浊度值可被存储。为此,颜色值和混浊度值能被存储在设于该机构中的存储器中。
根据另一优选实施方案,颜色值和混浊度值连同字母数字数据如患者数据一起被存储在移动存储介质中,例如存在患者卡的存储芯片中。
用于确定颜色和混浊度的机构最好能包括显示器,显示器优选呈触屏形式。在显示器上可以呈现色谱,操作人员可根据色谱来选择适合的颜色和/或混浊度。为此,颜色和/或混浊度可在显示器上呈现在特设的窗口中并被选择。为实现透析液和在显示器上标示的颜色标度之间的直接对比,在显示器区域中设置照明区是特别有利的,借此照亮均充有透析液的透析管或试管。借助所获得的透析液的颜色和/或混浊度,操作人员可以在显示器所呈现的颜色值和/或混浊度值标度中选择和输入相关的值。
在显示器区域中,该设备优选包括警报区,一旦所确定的颜色值和/或混浊度值按规定偏离了预定的颜色值和/或混浊度值,则警报区发出警报。警报可以仅以光学警报形式在显示器上发出。但作为替代,人们在此可以想到附加的听觉警报铃或其它一些警报信号可以发声。可行的是,可以仅输出听觉警报信号,而在显示器上没有任何指示。当发出警报时,要求在这种情况下咨询医生,他然后可以进行进一步检查。
根据优选方案,颜色值和/或混浊度值的过去测量值最终可以显示在显示器上以便相互对比。根据混浊度历史及所存储的混浊度值和/或颜色值,医生已能获得当前并发症的线索并因此可安排有针对性的检查。
本发明还涉及相应的方法,这已在权利要求书中要求保护。

具体实施方式
图1示出了显示器10,其设在腹膜透析设备内的用于定期发送和收回腹膜透析液的装置上。借助该显示器,可在腹膜透析治疗之后确定排出的透析液的颜色。为此,窗口12设在呈触屏形式的显示器10上,在该窗口中示出可对应“用过”的透析液颜色的典型的颜色或典型的混浊度。通过可借助触摸触屏来启用的箭头键14,操作人员(即医生、负责透析的人员或患者自己)能改变来自相应标度的颜色值,以选择对应透析液的实际颜色或实际混浊度的值,其中,该标度存储在与显示器10相关联的存储器中。当确定在窗口12中示出的颜色值或混浊度与透析液之间相一致时,当时在那里示出的值可通过相应触摸窗口12被存储起来。当设置不带触屏控制的简单显示器10时,在此与触屏相关地说明的操作也可以通过其它输入装置例如通用的计算机键盘或鼠标来实现。
图2表示一个替代的变型实施方式,其中,显示器10在其输出窗口16中不仅示出特定的颜色值和/或混浊度值,而且示出整个混浊颜色色谱。当显示器呈触屏形式时,该值可通过触摸在颜色和/或混浊度范围中的、对应透析液的色谱被选择和被存储。
如图2所示但有略微不同的操作模式的显示器的另一替代实施方式如图3所示。类似于图1所示的变型实施方式,针对透析处理而实际确定的值通过设在触屏上的箭头键14在窗口18被输入。借助内存,该值被存储并被标示在窗口16中的相应工作周的下一天中,从而在所示实施例中由此获得周记录,这为主诊医生提供了透析液可能发生变化的信息并从而允许主诊医生推断可能有的现有病理变化。
图4示出了显示器,其右侧部基本对应于图1的实施例并有相同功能。为了能够直接参照透析液,在显示器中设置附加的照明区20,在在此所示的实施例中,在照明区20前方布置有透明的透析管22,该透析管由于其透明实现了透射。因此,被引导流过该透析管的透析液的变色可由操作人员与在窗口12中所选择的颜色显示或者说随此显示的混浊度做直接对比。因此,透析液的实际颜色值和/或混浊度值的确定在很大程度上是客观的。
在图5的视图中示出了显示器10的变型实施方式,其大部分对应图3的实施方式。但在这里,还加入了附加的显示器警报区24,其中,当透析液的实际确定颜色值和/或混浊度值与规定的混浊度值的差超出预定尺度时,发出字母数字警报信号。可选的是,视觉字母数字警报显示也可用发声来支持。

Claims (13)

1.一种腹膜透析设备,包括用于定期送出和收回透析液的装置,该装置包括用于确定透析液的颜色和/或混浊度的机构,其特征是,用于确定颜色和混浊度的该机构包括显示器,在该显示器上,颜色和/或混浊度能被显现在特此而设的窗口中并在该窗口中被选择,
其中,设置有输入装置,负责透析的人员或患者自己能通过该输入装置选择和/或改变呈现在显示器上的颜色和/或混浊度,以选择对应透析液的实际颜色和/或实际混浊度的值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征是,借助该机构确定的透析液的颜色值和/或混浊度值能被存储起来。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征是,该透析液的颜色值和混浊度值能被存储在设于该机构中的存储器中。
4.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征是,该透析液的颜色值和混浊度值连同字母数字数据能存储在移动存储介质上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征是,在该显示器上能显现色谱,能从该色谱中选择对应透析液的实际颜色和/或实际混浊度的颜色和/或混浊度。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的设备,其特征是,在显示区设置照明区,能借助该照明区照亮均充有透析液的透析管或试管。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的设备,其特征是,在显示器上设置警报区,一旦所确定的颜色和/或混浊度出现预定偏差,则该警报区发出警报。
8.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征是,颜色值和/或混浊度值的过去测量值被显示在显示器上,以便相互对照。
9.一种使用根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的腹膜透析设备确定透析液的颜色和/或混浊度的方法,其特征是,该颜色和混浊度连同字母数字数据被存储在存储器上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征是,所述存储器是移动存储介质。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征是,在显示器上呈现色谱,并且透析液穿过透明管或被充入透明试管,以提供适合的颜色和/或混浊度值的对照和选择。
12.根据权利要求9或11所述的方法,其特征是,一旦偏离对照颜色值预定值,发出警报。
13.根据权利要求9或11所述的方法,其特征是,颜色和混浊度值的过去测量值被显示在该显示器上。
