超高分子量聚乙烯与涂塑钢丝复合捻绳,涉及纺织绳索,本发明采用直径0.5mm-5mm涂塑不锈钢丝和单根线密度1dtex-10dtex纤维,复丝线密度400dtex-6000dtex超高分子量聚乙烯纤维;其特征是直径0.5mm-5mm不锈钢丝涂覆热塑性塑料的厚度0.3mm-3mm;超高分子量聚乙烯纤维合并捻成线密度6000dtex-30000dtex的绳纱再合并捻成绳股,涂覆热塑性塑料的不锈钢丝分别紧密包覆在超高分子量纤维六个绳股外面;六个包覆涂塑不锈钢丝的绳股与一股绳芯按照捻距为绳索直径的3-10倍加捻成六股捻绳,绳芯比包覆涂塑不锈钢丝的绳股直径大5%-25%。本发明用于耐磨耐高温绳索。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织绳索。
背景技术
现有的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)绳索使用温度只有100度,为提高耐磨耐热性能,通过以下方法获得:制造时在绳索表面采用金属丝材料包覆方法,这种方法的缺陷是在高摩擦产生高温条件下使用时间长,金属丝会把热量传递到里面绳索上而失去耐磨耐高温作用。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的问题是提供一种超高分子量聚乙烯与涂塑不锈钢丝复合捻绳。
本发明的技术方案采用直径0.5mm-5mm的涂塑不锈钢丝和单根线密度1dtex-10dtex纤维,复丝线密度400dtex-6000dtex超高分子量聚乙烯纤维;其特征是直径0.5mm-5mm的不锈钢丝涂覆热塑性塑料的厚度0.3mm-3mm;超高分子量聚乙烯纤维捻成线密度6000dtex-30000dtex的绳纱再合并成绳股,涂覆热塑性塑料的不锈钢丝分别按照绳纱捻股的方式紧密包覆在超高分子量纤维六个绳股外面;六个包覆涂塑不锈钢丝的绳股与一股绳芯按照捻系数(捻距)为绳索直径的3-10倍加捻成六股捻绳,绳芯比包覆涂塑不锈钢丝的绳股直径大5%-25%。
本发明的突出效果是超高分子量聚乙烯与涂塑不锈钢丝复合绳索具有很好耐热性能和耐磨性能,耐磨性能比普通UHMWPE纤维复合绳索提高800%以上;不管在高摩擦产生高温条件下使用时间多长,如涂塑不锈钢丝靠外摩擦面的塑料被磨损;涂塑不锈钢丝与纤维接触面仍有塑料阻隔而不会把高热传递到里面绳索上,涂塑不锈钢丝与纤维接触面仍有塑料隔热功能,在高摩擦条件下起到持续的耐磨耐高温作用;因这种绳索外形具有近似钢丝绳的卷绕排列优势,不但能替代钢丝绳和聚酰胺复合绳,还可广泛应用于拖缆、系泊、集装箱船用和交通航运、航天军事、工农业、矿山等工程;又能应用在特殊需要的耐磨耐高温和耐冲击疲劳性能要求高而普通纤维绳索不能胜任的工程。

具体实施方式
本发明(参见附图)采用直径0.5mm-5mm涂覆热塑性塑料厚度0.3mm-3mm的不锈钢丝1和单根线密度1dtex-10dtex纤维,复丝线密度400dtex-6000dtex超高分子量聚乙烯纤维;把超高分子量聚乙烯纤维合并捻成线密度6000dtex-30000dtex的绳纱再合并成绳股2,涂塑不锈钢丝分别按照绳纱捻股的方式紧密包覆在超高分子量纤维六个绳股外面;涂塑不锈钢丝包覆的六个绳股与一股比包覆涂塑不锈钢丝的绳股直径大5%-25%绳股作为绳芯3加捻成六股绳;捻系数(捻距)为绳索直径的3-10倍。

1.超高分子量聚乙烯与涂塑钢丝复合捻绳,采用直径0.5mm-5mm的涂塑不锈钢丝和单根线密度1dtex-10dtex纤维,复丝线密度400dtex-6000dtex超高分子量聚乙烯纤维;其特征是直径0.5mm-5mm的不锈钢丝涂覆热塑性塑料的厚度0.3mm-3mm;超高分子量聚乙烯纤维合并捻成线密度6000dtex-30000dtex的绳纱再合并捻成绳股,涂覆热塑性塑料的不锈钢丝分别按照绳纱捻股的方式紧密包覆在超高分子量纤维六个绳股外面;六个包覆涂塑不锈钢丝的绳股与一股绳芯按照捻距为绳索直径的3-10倍加捻成六股捻绳,绳芯比包覆涂塑不锈钢丝的绳股直径大5%-25%。
