Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于塑料异型材中空胶条成型的方法及其装置,采用后共挤法在型材外侧面挤出胶条,经喷淋冷却成型,其中,在胶条挤出的同时,将冷却空气由后共挤模头内部引入至已挤出胶条的内腔中,以平衡胶条内外部气压并对胶条进行预冷却。此方法及其装置可以防止胶条粘接,减少生产过程中产生的废料,降低生产成本,还可以提高其冷却成型的速度,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于塑料异型材中空胶条成型的装置。
背景技术
对于含有空腔的中空软胶条塑料异型材如图1所示,通常采用后共挤法在型材1侧壁成型胶条2。在牵引初始,中空胶条2从共挤模头的U形胶条成型型腔挤出后,进入喷淋水箱直接进行外部喷淋冷却,由于软胶条2本身内腔21的温度较高且热量不易散发,胶条挤出后在很长一段时间内才能成型,生产效率低,而且软胶条内壁易粘接,形成废料,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于塑料异型材中空胶条成型的装置,挤出的胶条冷却速度快,胶条内壁不易粘接,不仅生产效率高,还可降低生产成本。
本发明是这样实现的:所述塑料异型材中空胶条采用后共挤法在型材外侧面挤出胶条,经喷淋冷却成型,在胶条挤出的同时,将冷却空气由后共挤模头内部引入至已挤出胶条的内腔中,以平衡胶条内外部气压并对胶条进行预冷却;所述成型装置包括后共挤模头,后共挤模头上设有向型材侧壁挤出胶条的主流道和截面形状成U形的胶条成型型腔,后共挤模头由型板一和型板二组成,型板二上设有向型材侧壁挤出胶条的主流道和截面形状成U形的胶条成型型腔,胶条成型型腔沿型材沿动方向逐渐向型材一侧过渡,后共挤模头的型板二和型板一区域开有与型材沿动方向平行的通向已挤出胶条内腔的供气通道,在胶条成型型腔前端的型板一内开有与供气通道相通的进气通道,进气通道的进口端设有气接头。冷却空气由气接头经进气通道及供气通道进入刚挤出的胶条内腔中,对胶条内壁进行冷却。
由上技术述方案可知,本发明将冷却空气引入刚挤出的胶条内腔中,不仅可以平衡胶条内外部气压,防止胶条粘接,减少生产过程中产生的废料,降低生产成本,而且冷却空气对胶条进行预冷却,可以提高其冷却成型的速度,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图2和图3所示,后共挤模头3由型板一31和型板二32组成,型板二32上设有向型材1侧壁挤出胶条2的主流道4和截面形状成U形的胶条成型型腔5,胶条成型型腔5沿型材沿动方向逐渐向型材1一侧过渡,后共挤模头型板二32和型板一31区域开有与型材1沿动方向平行的通向已挤出胶条2内腔的供气通道61、62,在胶条成型型腔5前端的型板一31内开有与供气通道62相通的进气通道6,进气通道6的进口端设有气接头7和调节阀8。
冷却空气通过进气管9经气接头7、调节阀8进入进气通道6,再经供气通道62、61进入已挤出的胶条2的内腔21中。通过调节阀8可以调节进入内腔21中的冷却空气气压。

1.用于塑料异型材中空胶条成型的装置,所述塑料异型材中空胶条采用后共挤法在型材外侧面挤出胶条,经喷淋冷却成型,在胶条挤出的同时,将冷却空气由后共挤模头内部引入至已挤出胶条的内腔中,以平衡胶条内外部气压并对胶条进行预冷却;所述成型装置包括后共挤模头(3),后共挤模头(3)上设有向型材(1)侧壁挤出胶条(2)的主流道(4)和截面形状成U形的胶条成型型腔(5),其特征是:后共挤模头(3)由型板一(31)和型板二(32)组成,型板二(32)上设有向型材(1)侧壁挤出胶条(2)的主流道(4)和截面形状成U形的胶条成型型腔(5),胶条成型型腔(5)沿型材沿动方向逐渐向型材(1)一侧过渡,后共挤模头的型板二(32)和型板一(31)区域开有与型材(1)沿动方向平行的通向已挤出胶条(2)内腔的供气通道(61、62),在胶条成型型腔(5)前端的型板一(31)内开有与供气通道(62)相通的进气通道(6),进气通道(6)的进口端设有气接头(7)。
