Abstract

本发明提供了一种电子驻车制动器。该电子驻车制动器包括产生旋转力的驱动马达;形成在所述驱动马达的驱动轴处的主动齿轮;与所述主动齿轮直接接合的从动齿轮;以及与所述从动齿轮接合的心轴,当所述驱动马达被驱动时该心轴通过经由所述从动齿轮接收所述驱动马达的旋转力而直线移动。传递驱动马达的旋转力的齿轮结构被简化为主动齿轮和从动齿轮,从而减小了用于齿轮的安装空间,由此减小了电子驻车制动器的尺寸。

Description

车辆的电子驻车制动器
技术领域
本发明涉及电子驻车制动器,更具体地涉及一种能够改进各个部件,比如产生驱动力的驱动马达、传递驱动力的齿轮,以及将旋转运动转变为直线运动的心轴(spindle),的结构的电子驻车制动器。
背景技术
通常,驻车制动器被用于将车辆保持在停止状态。最近,已经开发出一种通过由驱动马达产生的旋转力将车辆保持在停止状态的电子驻车制动器(EPB)。
如图1中所示,根据现有技术的电子驻车制动器包括:产生旋转力的驱动马达1;连接到驱动马达1上,用于产生比驱动马达1产生的扭矩更高的扭矩的减速装置(reduction device)2;以及在通过接收来自减速装置2的旋转力而旋转的同时来回移动的心轴3。
心轴3通过驻车拉线连接到安装在车轮处的制动器上,从而能够根据心轴3的运动来执行或释放安装在车轮处的制动器的制动操作。
减速装置2包括:由驱动马达1驱动而旋转的主动(driving)齿轮2a;心轴3插入其中的从动(driven)齿轮2c;以及与主动齿轮2a和从动齿轮2c啮合以将主动齿轮2a的驱动力传递到从动齿轮2c的多个中间齿轮2b。
电子驻车制动器必须具有紧凑的尺寸,从而能够容易地安装在车辆中。然而,由于根据现有技术的电子驻车制动器装有包括多级齿轮系的减速装置2,所以增大了电子驻车制动器的尺寸。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个方面在于提供一种具有紧凑尺寸的电子驻车制动器。
本发明额外的方面和/或优点将在下面的描述中部分地进行阐述,并且通过该描述将部分地显而易见,或者通过本发明的实施例可以得知。
通过提供一种电子驻车制动器来获得本发明前述的和/或其它的方面,该电子驻车制动器包括:产生旋转力的驱动马达;形成在该驱动马达的驱动轴处的主动齿轮;与该主动齿轮直接接合(couple)的从动齿轮;以及与该从动齿轮接合的心轴,当该驱动马达被驱动时该心轴通过经由该从动齿轮接收该驱动马达的旋转力而直线移动。
根据本发明,该电子驻车制动器还包括:操纵按钮;检测传感器,其检测施加到该驱动马达上的电流或计算该驱动马达的RPM;以及电子控制单元,其通过接收该操纵按钮的操纵信号和该检测传感器检测到的信息来对制动力以及该驱动马达的过载进行控制。
如上所述,根据本发明的电子驻车制动器,由于能够简化将驱动马达的旋转力传递到心轴的齿轮结构,所以能够减小齿轮的安装空间,从而能够减小电子驻车制动器的尺寸。

具体实施方式
现在将详细说明本发明的实施方式,附图中例示了本发明的实施方式,其中相同的标号指代相同的元件。下面通过参照附图来描述实施方式从而解释本发明。
如图2中所示,根据本发明的电子驻车制动器包括:电子控制单元(ECU)10,其用于通过接收操纵按钮40的操纵信号和与驻车操作相关的各种信息来产生控制信号;致动器组件30,其用于根据ECU 10的控制来供应或释放制动力;以及制动器组件20,其用于根据致动器组件30的操作来对车轮25进行制动。
当用户操作操纵按钮40时,自动驻车模式设定信号被发送到ECU 10。也就是,如果操纵按钮40被开启(turn on),就根据车辆的状态自动地设定驻车模式或非驻车模式。
制动器组件20包括:驻车拉线21,其从致动器组件30接收轴向力;和轮缸23,当驻车拉线21的拉力施加到该轮缸上时,该轮缸通过保持住安装在车轮25处的轮盘(未图示)来对车轮25进行制动。
ECU 10接收并分析操纵按钮40的操纵信号和与驻车操作相关的各种信息,然后确定当前模式是驻车模式还是非驻车模式。此外,ECU 10基于确定结果来控制致动器组件30和制动器组件20的操作。
如果检测传感器50检测到致动器组件30的驱动马达31(见图3)过载,那么ECU 10就控制驱动马达31的操作,以防止驱动马达31过载。
在驻车模式或非驻车模式期间,ECU 10基于施加到驱动马达31上的电流来计算制动器组件20的驻车拉线21的张力,并且获取与驱动马达31的RPM相对应的驻车拉线21的操作行程数据,以校正驻车拉线21的张力。此外,ECU 10基于驻车拉线21的张力来控制驱动马达31的操作,以预测制动器组件20的制动力。
此时,检测传感器50检测当驱动马达31被在前进或后退方向上驱动时施加到驱动马达31上的电流或者计算驱动马达31的RPM,并且把结果值发送到ECU 10。
如图3中所示,致动器组件30包括驱动马达31、形成在驱动马达31的驱动轴32处的主动齿轮33、与主动齿轮33啮合的从动齿轮34,以及通过从动齿轮34的旋转力而来回移动的心轴35。
在操纵按钮40被操作时,在ECU 10的控制下在前进或后退方向上驱动驱动马达31,由此把制动力或释放力提供给制动器组件20。
如上所述,主动齿轮33是通过加工驱动马达31的驱动轴32而形成的。从动齿轮34与主动齿轮33啮合以接收驱动马达31的旋转力,并且与心轴35接合以移动心轴35。
心轴35与从动齿轮34接合,并且当驱动马达31被驱动时根据从动齿轮的旋转而直线移动。
心轴35连接到驻车拉线21上。驻车拉线21的一端连接到心轴35上,而驻车拉线21的另一端连接到安装在车轮处的轮缸23上。详细来讲,驻车拉线21连接到心轴35的端部上,以在根据心轴35的运动被拉动或释放的同时供应制动力。
所以,根据本发明的实施方式,主动齿轮33形成在驱动马达31的驱动轴32处,并且直接连接到主动齿轮33上的从动齿轮34与心轴35直接接合。因此,与根据现有技术的具有多级齿轮组的电子驻车制动器不同,能够减小用于传递驱动马达31的旋转力的齿轮33和34的安装空间。
因此,根据本发明的实施方式,能够减小用于齿轮33和34的安装空间,从而能够减小电子驻车制动器的尺寸。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的几个实施方式,但是本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在不偏离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施方式做出改变,本发明的范围由权利要求和它们的等价形式来限定。

Claims (2)

1.一种电子驻车制动器,该电子驻车制动器包括:
产生旋转力的驱动马达;
形成在所述驱动马达的驱动轴处的主动齿轮;
与所述主动齿轮直接接合的从动齿轮;以及
与所述从动齿轮接合的心轴,当所述驱动马达被驱动时,该心轴通过经由所述从动齿轮接收所述驱动马达的旋转力而直线移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子驻车制动器,该电子驻车制动器还包括:操纵按钮;检测传感器,其检测施加到所述驱动马达的电流或计算所述驱动马达的每分钟转速RPM;以及电子控制单元,其通过接收所述操纵按钮的操纵信号和所述检测传感器检测到的信息来对制动力以及所述驱动马达的过载进行控制。
