Abstract

Description

用于制造机动车用燃料箱的方法及机动车用燃料箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种由热塑性塑料制造机动车用燃料箱的方法以及一种由热塑性塑料制成的机动车用燃料箱,该燃料箱包括至少一个设置在燃料箱内部的加油和运行排气装置,其中,至少一个排气管路在箱内壁上的位置固定的连接点和穿过箱壁的通孔之间延伸。
背景技术
由热塑性材料制成的机动车燃料箱通过挤压吹塑成型或者通过焊接由热塑性塑料注塑成的半壳体一体地制成。同样已知:这些机动车燃料箱通过对板形的塑料半成品的拉深或热成型来制造。机动车用燃料箱通常包括装入件,例如燃料泵、物位传感器、排气阀、除气容器以及油气过滤器。已知的燃料箱由聚烯烃制成,该聚烯烃已知对于碳氢化合物不是防渗透密封的。因此,塑料燃料箱由具有用于碳氢化合物的阻隔层的多层式挤出物制造。这些例如由EVOH构成的阻隔层对于液态和气态的碳氢化合物是不能透过的。为了避免对于碳氢化合物的潜在的排放路径,通常将所有对于燃料箱的运行所需的构件布置到燃料箱内部,其中用于机动车的接口的数量应保持得尽可能小。
在制造一体挤压吹塑成型的燃料箱时例如已知:装入件借助为此设置的支架置入到向下打开的挤出的预成型软管中。然后使各模具围绕设有装入件的预成型软管闭合,预成型件在闭合的成型模具内部以已知的方式成型。
在用于制造机动车用塑料燃料箱的另一方法中,制造幅面状的挤出物,将这些挤出物在第一步骤中在一个多件式的成型模具中成形为壳形的中间产品并且在第二步骤中在同一成型模具中成形为一个一体的闭合的箱。在此,在两个确定型腔的成型模具之间设置一个中间框架,在该中间框架内部或者在另一中间框架上可移动地或者说可伸出和可缩回地设置有构件支架。在一个中间步骤中,通过构件支架将各功能构件置入到仍然热塑性的已经成形为壳体的中间产品中并且与该中间产品形锁合地和/或材料锁合地连接。
替代地,当然也可以通过在完成的箱中设置的检查开口将装入件定位和固定在燃料箱中,其中,燃料箱这样的完备配套必须主要以手工工作进行并且成本相当高。
因此,在前面描述的方法中基本上希望将所有的功能构件包括必需的排气装置在一个工序中置入到成型模具内部。
特别是在成型要制造的箱时在该箱中装配加油和运行排气装置目前存在困难,因为排气点在后来的箱壁上的位置由于收缩弯曲和制造公差可能变化。所以完全自动地制造管路通孔和将阀固定在为此设置的燃料箱的排气点上首先不成问题,但在排气点和例如穿过油箱壁的通孔之间的连接管路目前必须仍然如以前一样以手工工作装配。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于:提供一种用于由热塑性塑料制造机动车用燃料箱的方法,该方法就此而言得以改进。
本发明的目的还在于:提供一种前面所述类型的燃料箱,该燃料箱允许在制造工艺期间在很大程度上自动化地置入装入件。
所述目的首先通过一种用于由热塑性塑料制造机动车用燃料箱的方法来实现,包括制造幅面状的预成型件,将预成型件在第一步骤中在一个多件式的成型模具中在第一热力下成形为壳状的中间产品并且在第二步骤中在同一成型模具中成形为一体的闭合的箱,其中,在第一步骤和第二步骤之间,将至少一个加油和运行排气装置如此固定在中间产品的至少一个内壁上,使得带有至少一个连接配件、至少一个排气装置和至少一个功能构件的加油和运行排气装置的至少一个预装配的部分在一个工序中材料锁合地和/或形锁合地与内壁连接,在装配时使连接配件穿过中间产品的壁,更确切地说是在使用至少一个长度可变的管路区段作为排气管路一部分的情况下。
本发明可如下概述:在加油和排气装置中使用至少一个长度可变的管路区段创造了一个附加的装配自由度,该装配自由度能实现在燃料箱中全自动化地固定排气装置。此外,收缩和膨胀公差以这样的方式和方法得以补偿。
排气装置通常包括运行排气阀、加油排气阀和安全阀例如倾翻阀,其在倾翻情况下关闭排气管路。可以在一个阀壳体中结合多个功能性的各排气阀通常须在燃料箱中设置在不同的疏远的排气点上,更确切的说,设置在安装位置中上部的内壁上。由于现代的燃料箱的复杂轮廓,在没有附加的装配自由度时这样的管路十字接头或管路网的装配变得困难。根据本发明的解决方案能通过气动操作装置对于自动化固定实现任意的装配自由度。
在根据本发明的方法的一种优选的方案中规定,排气管路的长度可变性的量如此选择,即该量大致等于连接配件在穿过中间产品的壁时实施的行程。以这样的方式和方法确保,涉及的排气管路可以实施穿透运动。对于管路例如构造为波纹管的情况同样确保,该管路在完成的箱中不在重力方向上下垂,这原则上是不值得希望的。液化的燃料可以收集在管路环中,该燃料在燃料箱排气时可能被带走。避免这样的虹吸形成是重要的。
此外,基于本发明的目的通过一种由热塑性塑料制成的机动车用燃料箱实现,该燃料箱带有至少一个设置在燃料箱内部的加油和运行排气装置,其中,至少一个排气管路在箱内壁上的位置固定的连接点和穿过箱壁的通孔之间延伸,根据本发明的燃料箱的特征在于,排气管路构造成长度可变的。
排气管路例如可以构造成至少局部制成波纹状的或折皱式的。对此替代地,排气管路可以交替地包括较软材料和较硬材料的区段。
在根据本发明的燃料箱的另一替代的构型中规定,排气管路构造多部分式的,其中,排气管路的彼此嵌套引导的区段是可伸缩的。
通过根据本发明的排气管路的构型,较大的长度匹配以有利的方式和方法是可能的,这些长度匹配对于确保相应的装配自由度是必需的,例如当一带有排气阀的预制的排气管路一方面应当与箱壁焊接并且另一方面应当借助连接配件穿透该箱壁时。
根据本发明,这样一个管路联合体可以完全预装配地设置在箱中。在制造过程中,不需要手动地或自动化地事后连接各构件。预制的排气装置可设计成,使得两个或者多个连接的构件可以设置在一个共同的轴线上,这些构件必须由使用决定地和/或工艺决定地彼此远离或相向运动。
另外,排气管路的可伸缩的构造还具有优点,即,由结构决定地可靠地避免形成虹吸。
符合目的地,排气管路的长度可变性的量大致对应于在将加油和运行排气管路固定在箱内壁上时沿排气管路纵向方向的装配自由度。
在此可以一同考虑可能的收缩和膨胀公差。
符合目的地,排气管路的彼此嵌套引导的部分相对彼此密封。
在使用制成波纹状的排气管路时例如符合目的是,使排气管路克服在装配位置中作用的重力在其连接点之间得到支承。
为此可以规定,排气管路借助至少一个保持夹挂在箱壁上。
保持夹可例如构造成保持弹性件。由此避免排气管路的虹吸形成。
保持夹或者说保持弹性件符合目的地如此设置,使得排气管路在延伸的状态下、即在连接配件的穿过运动实施之后至少部分地被保持夹围绕嵌接。由此确保要置入到箱中的部件的自动化装配。
对于根据本发明的燃料箱,连接点优选设置在箱内壁上并且穿过箱内壁的通孔设置在箱壁的相互成角度地延伸的区段上。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的方法基本上首先一次地根据图1至3解释。该方法包括由一个或者多个没有示出的设置在模具2上方的挤出机由热塑性塑料挤出两个幅面状或片状的预成型件1。在此,这些预成型件1可以通过切开软管状的预成型件获得或者替代地由宽缝喷嘴挤出而成。这些预成型件1基本上是通过由聚乙烯、回用料层(废料层)、粘附剂层和用于碳氢化合物的EVOH阻隔层形成的六层的共挤出物构成。这样的挤出物的层结构基本上是已知的。这些预成型件可以直接在模具上方在重力方向上挤出,替代地这些预成型件可以借助操作装置在挤出头上取下并且转移到模具2中。
模具2在图1至3中以俯视图部分剖切地示出。这些模具包括两个外模3a、3b和一个以中间框架的形式的中间模3c。这些外模3a、3b可在打开和闭合运动的意义上相互靠近或相互远离地移动。为此,中间模3c可横向于此地移动,如这在图3中示出。
运动轴线以坐标系统的形式例如在图1中标出,其中各外模的打开和闭合运动在X轴上进行,而中间模3c的移动运动在Z轴上进行。
在中间模3c内部设置有一可气动移动的构件支架4,该构件支架可借助没有详细标出的气动缸在X轴和Z轴上移动,其中,该构件支架在图中接纳后来的燃料箱的加油排气装置5。在所描述的实施例中,各构件支架4被描述为可气动移动的构件支架,但本发明应理解为:这些构件支架可以不仅机电式地而且液压式地移动。此外,本发明以要置入燃料箱中的加油排气装置为例描述。然而本发明也应理解为:加油排气装置对于所有想得到的要置入燃料箱中的装入件是有代表性的。这包括相互连接的、作为物位截止阀的加油排气阀5a、排气管路5b和连接配件5c。加油排气装置5为了观察目的非常简化地示出,事实上机动车用燃料箱具有与排气管路相互连接的不同的排气点。这些排气点构造为具有倾翻安全功能的物位截止阀或者构造为简单的运行排气阀,并且通过一个或者多个管路线路相互连接。
在示出的实施例中,加油排气装置5的每个部件通过没有详细标出的气动缸和相应的接纳部在空间轴线上可移动或者说可运动。
图1示出在模具打开的情况下燃料箱的制造。外模3a、3b限定确定箱轮廓的型腔。
在第一方法步骤中,外模3a、3b在X轴方向上向中间模3c移动或者说闭合。仍然热塑性的挤出物或者说仍然热塑性的预成型件1通过施加压差在由外模3a、3b限定的型腔内部或者说在由外模3a、3b形成的空腔内部扩展、成形并且贴靠到模具壁上,如这例如在图2中示出的那样。以这样的方法和方式获得两个壳状的中间产品6。
然后,加油排气装置5通过构件支架4定位在一个中间产品6a的内壁7a上。在此,首先将加油排气阀5a压靠到仍然热塑性的内壁7a上。加油排气阀5a在其圆周上设有未示出的固定支脚,这些固定支脚分别设有开孔。在加油排气阀5a压紧到中间产品6a的仍然热塑性的内壁7a上时,热塑性的挤出物流过并流到加油排气阀5a的固定支脚的开孔后面,使得在加油排气阀5a与内壁7a之间得到形锁合的并且可选地也材料锁合的连接。而与加油排气阀5a远离的连接配件5c在Z轴方向上如此运动,使得该连接配件穿过或者说穿透中间产品6a的壁。为此,连接配件5c配设有穿透尖端8。在外模3a中在相应的位置处设有用于连接配件5c的接纳部9。此外,连接配件5c装备有环绕的凸缘10,该凸缘与中间产品6a的内壁7a焊接。
在一个继续的方法步骤中,外模3a、3b在X轴上移动或打开,中间模3c在Z轴的方向上在外模3a、3b之间移出,然后外模3a、3b闭合,其中,中间产品6a、6b在其圆周边缘11上相互焊接成一个闭合的燃料箱。
下面首先参照图4至8,图4至8图示出根据本发明第一实施例的燃料箱的形成。
如这特别是从图4可得出,在根据本发明的燃料箱的第一实施例中规定,排气管路5b构造成波纹管,该波纹管由结构决定地具有与通常布设的排气管路相比略小的刚性并且提供一定的长度可变性。在图4中,在连接配件5c和加油排气阀5a之间延伸的排气管路5b曲折形弯曲地示出。在此处应强调的是:排气管路5b的曲折形的走向由于观察的原因夸大地示出。该排气管路在所示的位置中也可以是完全伸展的,其中,排气管路的波纹部允许该排气管路在Z轴方向上、至少在所需的装配自由度的范围内的长度可变性。该长度可变性大致相应于由连接配件5c要实施的穿过中间产品6a的内壁7a的穿透运动。
为了由于排气管路5b的由结构决定地较小的固有刚性而克服该排气管路的基于重力作用的虹吸形成,在内壁7a上附加地规定定位至少一个保持弹性件12。保持弹性件12通过基座板13与内壁7a焊接。保持弹性件12包括一个与排气管路5b的圆形外轮廓匹配的圆弧形区段14和一个在连接在该圆弧形区段上的导向舌形件15,该导向舌形件用于将排气管路5引导到被保持的最终位置中,如在图6至8中所图示的那样。
如由图4至8的概览可见,穿透尖端的运动在Z轴方向上引起排气管路5b的延伸运动,使得可能弯曲的区段实施在X轴方向上的运动。排气管路5b处于张力下并且通过导向舌形件15被导向地滑动到保持弹性件12的圆弧形区段中,它在那里卡锁。以这样的方式和方法将排气管路5b逆着重力方向保持在燃料箱的安装位置中,可靠地避免形成虹吸。排气管路5b的最终位置从图5中可见。
下面参照图9和10,在图9和10中图示出根据本发明的燃料箱的另一方案的制造。

Claims (12)

1.用于由热塑性塑料制造机动车用燃料箱的方法,包括制造幅面状的预成型件,将预成型件在第一步骤中在一个多件式的成型模具中在第一热力下成形为壳状的中间产品并且在第二步骤中在同一成型模具中成形为一体的闭合的箱,在第一步骤和第二步骤之间,将至少一个加油排气和/或运行排气装置固定在中间产品的至少一个内壁上,使得带有至少一个连接配件、至少一个排气管路和至少一个功能构件的加油排气和/或运行排气装置的至少一个预装配的部分在一个工序中材料锁合和/或形锁合地与内壁连接,在使用至少一个长度可变的管路区段作为排气管路一部分的情况下,在装配时使连接配件穿透中间产品的壁,其特征在于,所述排气管路的长度可变性的量这样选择,即,该量大致等于连接配件在穿透中间产品的壁时实施的行程。
2.吹塑成型的由热塑性塑料制成的机动车用燃料箱,包括至少一个加油排气和/或运行排气装置(5),该加油排气和/或运行排气装置包括加油排气阀,该加油排气阀固定在吹塑成型的燃料箱的内壁上,至少一个排气管路(5b)在由在排气管路的一端直接固定在吹塑成型的燃料箱的内壁上的加油排气阀提供的固定连接点和在排气管路的另一端设置在穿过箱壁的通孔上的连接配件之间延伸,其特征在于,所述排气管路(5b)构造成长度可变的,以补偿燃料箱的收缩和膨胀公差,所述排气管路(5b)的长度可变性的量大致对应于在将加油排气阀固定在燃料箱内壁上时沿排气管路(5b)纵向方向的装配自由度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述排气管路(5b)构造成至少局部制成波纹状的或者折皱式的。
4.根据权利要求2所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,由在排气管路的一端固定在燃料箱的内壁上的加油排气阀提供的固定连接点和在排气管路的另一端设置在穿过箱壁的通孔上的连接配件设置在箱壁的相互成角度地延伸的区段上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述排气管路(5b)构造成多部分式的,所述排气管路(5b)的彼此嵌套引导的区段(16a、b)构造成可伸缩的。
6.根据权利要求5所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述排气管路(5b)的彼此嵌套引导的部分相对彼此利用O形圈密封件密封,该O形圈密封件沿排气管路的可变的长度在各部分之间提供密封。
7.根据权利要求2所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述排气管路(5b)克服在装配位置中作用的重力在其连接点之间得到支承。
8.根据权利要求7所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述排气管路(5b)借助至少一个保持夹挂在箱壁上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述保持夹构造为保持弹性件(12)。
10.根据权利要求2所述的机动车用燃料箱,其特征在于,所述排气管路(5b)克服在装配位置中作用的重力在其连接点之间得到支承。
11.根据权利要求10所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述排气管路(5b)借助至少一个保持夹挂在箱壁上。
12.根据权利要求11所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述保持夹构造为保持弹性件(12)。
