Abstract
一种风扇固定件,用于将一风扇安装到一指定物上,该风扇固定件包括一由软质材料制成的扣合件及一由硬质材料制成的拆卸件;所述扣合件包括一可穿置于所述风扇中并与该风扇固定的风扇结合部;所述拆卸件包括一拆卸件主体及与拆卸件主体固定连接的一指定物结合部,指定物结合部穿置于所述指定物并与该指定物固定连接,所述拆卸件主体可穿置于该风扇结合部中并与该风扇结合部固定。本发明中将风扇固定在指定物的风扇固定件,由于其扣合件由软质材料制成,用它来固定连接风扇,可有效降低风扇产生的振动扩散到指定物上,而与扣合件配合的拆卸件由硬质材料制成,可将风扇更牢靠地固定在指定物上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇固定件。
背景技术
目前运用在计算机中风扇的固定方法基本上分为两种:一种是直接锁金属螺丝固定,成本较低,但由于风扇本身马达的旋转产生的振动较大,导致噪音较大;另一种是使用全橡胶件固定,利用了橡胶的可拉伸性和防振性能,但全橡胶件不易装配,况且使用较大功率的风扇时,风扇振动较大,使橡胶件抖动较大,使用一段时间后,橡胶件容易老化而导致断裂。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种既具有防振降噪功能,同时也具有紧固功能的风扇固定件。
一种风扇固定件,用于将一风扇安装到一指定物上,该风扇固定件包括一由软质材料制成的扣合件及一由硬质材料制成的拆卸件;所述扣合件包括一可穿置于所述风扇中并与该风扇固定的风扇结合部;所述拆卸件包括一拆卸件主体及与拆卸件主体固定连接的一指定物结合部,指定物结合部穿置于所述指定物并与该指定物固定连接,所述拆卸件主体可穿置于该风扇结合部中并与该风扇结合部固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明中将风扇固定在指定物的风扇固定件,由于其扣合件由软质材料制成,用它来固定连接风扇,可有效降低风扇产生的振动扩散到指定物上,而与扣合件配合的拆卸件由硬质材料制成,可将风扇更牢靠地固定在指定物上。
下面参照附图,结合具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图4,本发明的风扇固定件10,可将风扇20固定至一指定物上。在一些实施例中,该指定物可为电脑机壳30。该风扇20可为常用的轴流风扇,其扇框具有一凸缘22,该凸缘22四角落开设有若干通孔(未标号),该电脑机壳30对应风扇20的通孔开设有若干固定孔(图未示),以供上述风扇固定件10穿置,而将该风扇20固定到电脑机壳30上。
请一并参阅图1至图3,该风扇固定件10包括一扣合件12及一与扣合件12配合的拆卸件14,该扣合件12穿过风扇20的通孔并结合在风扇20上,该拆卸件14穿过电脑机壳30的固定孔并结合在电脑机壳30上,该拆卸件14再穿置于该扣合件12中并与该扣合件12结合。
扣合件12可由橡胶等软质、弹性的材料制成。扣合件12在一些实施例中可包括一筒状的扣件主体121、环设于扣件主体121顶部的盘状上抵靠部122及于上抵靠部122下部一定距离处的扣件主体121上凸出环设而成的一下抵靠部124。上抵靠部122、下抵靠部124及以上二者之间的扣件主体121构成与风扇20结合的风扇结合部。扣件主体121的外径与风扇20通孔的孔径一致或略大于风扇20的通孔。下抵靠部124外缘的直径由下至上逐渐增大,下抵靠部124可朝向扣件主体121内侧发生弹性收缩,以引导扣合件12的底端穿设风扇20的通孔。上抵靠部122的直径比下抵靠部124的直径大。优选地,下抵靠部124与上抵靠部122间的距离与风扇20凸缘22的厚度一致,以恰好将凸缘22夹设在下抵靠部124与上抵靠部122之间。下抵靠部124与上抵靠部122之间的扣件主体121周缘向外凸伸出三环状凸部126。该凸部126与风扇20的通孔的内壁弹性接触,以减小扣合件12与风扇20通孔内壁的接触面积,从而利于降低风扇20运转时传导至扣合件12的振动。上抵靠部122内侧中央开设一中空部125,该中空部125与扣件主体121的中心孔连通,该中空部125具有倾斜的内壁,其内径由上至下逐渐减小。
该拆卸件14由塑胶等硬质的材料制成。该拆卸件14可拆卸地安装于扣合件12的扣件主体121内,其包括一柱状的拆卸件主体141、设于拆卸件主体141顶端的一环形挡块144及于环形挡块144下部一定距离处的拆卸件主体141上斜向上弯折延伸形成四个弹性部143。该弹性部143在一些实施例中大致呈C形。挡块144、弹性部143及以上二者之间的拆卸件主体141构成与电脑机壳30结合的指定物结合部。该拆卸件主体141的直径比扣合件12中心孔的内径大。该挡块144的直径大于拆卸件主体141的直径,从而在装配时可以抵靠电脑机壳30。环形挡块144的顶端上形成有一头部142,该头部142可作为把手使用,便于将拆卸件14安装于扣合件12内,或将拆卸件14从扣合件12上拆卸。该弹性部143末端靠近拆卸件主体141但不相连,该弹性部143可朝向拆卸件主体141发生弹性变形,以使拆卸件14可穿设电脑机壳30的固定孔,从而将电脑机壳30夹设在挡块144和弹性部143末端之间。该弹性部143下部的拆卸件主体141周缘向外凸设有若干环形凸部145及向内凹设有若干环形凹部146。当拆卸件14插入扣合件12时,扣合件12内壁向外发生弹性变形而与凸部145弹性接触,使扣合件12与拆卸件14之间利用扣合件12向内收缩的弹力紧密结合,防止拆卸件14从扣合件12中滑出,同时凹部146表面与扣合件12内壁不接触,从而减小了拆卸件主体141与扣合件12内壁的接触面积,利于降低风扇20运转时传导至拆卸件14及电脑机壳30的振动。
安装时,将所述扣合件12穿置风扇20的通孔中,使风扇20的凸缘22被夹设在扣合件12的下抵靠部124与上抵靠部122之间,从而将风扇20连接在风扇结合部上;再将拆卸件14穿设电脑机壳30的固定孔,使电脑机壳30夹设在拆卸件14的挡块144和弹性部143之间,从而将电脑机壳30连接在指定物结合部上;然后将拆卸件14插入扣合件12的中心孔中,直到拆卸件14的弹性部143容置于扣合件12的中空部125内,并使扣合件12的上抵靠部122与电脑机壳30贴合,此时拆卸件14在扣合件12的中心孔内并贯穿风扇结合部。
本发明中将风扇20固定在电脑机壳30的风扇固定件10,由于其扣合件12由橡胶等软质的材料制成,用它来连接风扇20,可有效降低风扇20产生的振动扩散到电脑机壳30上,而与扣合件12配合的拆卸件14由塑料等硬质的材料制成,可将风扇20更牢靠地固定在电脑机壳30上。这样,本发明的风扇固定件10不仅具有有良好的防振降噪功能,同时也具有良好的紧固功能。
Claims (10)
1.一种风扇固定件,用于将一风扇安装到一指定物上,其特征在于:该风扇固定件包括一由软质材料制成的扣合件及一由硬质材料制成的拆卸件;所述扣合件包括一可穿置于所述风扇中并与该风扇固定的风扇结合部;所述拆卸件包括一拆卸件主体及与拆卸件主体固定连接的一指定物结合部,指定物结合部穿置于所述指定物并与该指定物固定连接,所述拆卸件主体可穿置于该风扇结合部中并与该风扇结合部固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定件,其特征在于:所述风扇结合部包括一筒状的扣件主体、设于扣件主体的一上抵靠部及一下抵靠部,风扇夹设在上抵靠部和下抵靠部之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定件,其特征在于:所述下抵靠部外缘的直径由下至上逐渐增大,其可朝向扣件主体内侧发生弹性收缩。
4.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定件,其特征在于:所述下抵靠部与上抵靠部之间的扣件主体周缘向外凸伸出若干环状凸部,该凸部与风扇的内壁弹性接触。
5.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定件,其特征在于:所述指定物结合部包括沿拆卸件主体径向向外凸设的一环形挡块以及于挡块下部一定距离处的拆卸件主体上斜向上弯折延伸形成若干弹性部,该挡块的直径大于拆卸件主体的直径,该弹性部可朝向拆卸件主体发生弹性变形,指定物夹设在挡块和弹性部之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的风扇固定件,其特征在于:所述拆卸件还包括一形成于挡块顶端的头部,该头部可作为把手使用。
7.如权利要求5所述的风扇固定件,其特征在于:所述弹性部下部的拆卸件主体周缘向外凸设有若干环形凸部。
8.如权利要求7所述的风扇固定件,其特征在于:所述该弹性部下部的拆卸件主体周缘向内凹设有若干环形凹部。
9.如权利要求5所述的风扇固定件,其特征在于:所述风扇结合部包括一上抵靠部,该上抵靠部内侧中央开设一中空部,所述拆卸件的弹性部对应容置在中空部内。
10.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定件,其特征在于:所述软质材料为橡胶,所述硬质材料为塑胶。
