本发明提供一种改良胎面部提高突起通过性能的轮胎,构成胎面的带束层和胎体层之间设置有橡胶板(Rubber sheet),在通过突起时,利用该橡胶板使带束层的弯曲缓和,能够降低通过突起所引起的胎面部的损伤。

提高突起通过性能的载重车辆用的轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及一种载重车辆用的轮胎,尤其是改良胎面部从而提高突起通过能力的轮胎。
背景技术
卡车、特别是自动卸载卡车等用于作业的车辆,通常较大的负载会作用于轮胎,空气压必须很大,使用条件及其苛刻。而且行驶的道路也往往比较险峻。具体的说,负载大的话,为了承受负载则需要高的空气压,而空气压高的话则带束层的张力变大,在张力变大的状态下通过突起物或凹的水坑时,较大的冲击负载施加到轮胎从而导致胎面部的变形量变大。胎面的变形引起构成胎面的带束层弯曲,带束层剧烈的弯曲会导致带束层的分离,结果导致轮胎寿命缩短。
现有的轮胎中,通过改良胎面的花纹或者加强带束层部的刚性来防止由于带束层变形而引起的分离。但是,改变胎面的花纹或者改良带束层部对于提高针对险峻道路的持久性和轮胎自身的持久性方面存在限制,因此仅仅通过改良要素无法提高通过突起物的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轮胎,降低带束层的弯曲程度从而降低带束层的疲劳,结果能够提高带束层的持久性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种轮胎,在构成胎面的带束层和胎体层之间设置橡胶板(Rubber sheet),在通过突起时,利用橡胶板缓和带束层的弯曲角度。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种轮胎,包括胎面1、胎面1的两侧胎壁、和两侧胎壁端部的胎圈部,胎面1、胎壁和胎圈部以胎体2作为骨架,在胎面1的胎体2的外侧形成多个带束层31、32、33,在胎体2和多个带束层中的第一带束层31之间设置有橡胶板4。
优选的是,橡胶板4的宽度W1为胎面宽度W的1/2以下,该橡胶板的中央部厚,越靠近两侧胎壁侧越薄。橡胶板的中央部厚度41为2-5mm,由于越靠近两侧胎壁侧越薄,所以橡胶板4的上表面曲率为胎面的表面曲率的80%以下。橡胶板4的模量越大则越硬,在通过突起时,带束层的弯曲变化降低。因此,优选橡胶板4的物性为胎体贴胶的杨氏模量(Young’s Modulus)的50-200%。
以上所述的本发明具有以下的技术效果,在通过突起时,利用橡胶板缓和带束层的弯曲角度从而使带束层的弯曲曲率降低,降低了通过突起时对带束层的张力,进而减少对胎面的损伤。
根据图3所示的实验结果能够确认以下的技术效果,通过使用本发明的橡胶板降低了施加给带束层的张力(tension)。实验的结果表示,在使用了四种带束层的轮胎中,特别是第二轮胎和第三轮胎间的张力被显著降低。

1.一种提高突起通过性能的载重车辆用的轮胎,包括胎面、胎面的两侧胎壁和两侧胎壁端部的胎圈部,胎面、两侧胎壁和胎圈部以胎体作为骨架,在胎面的胎体的外侧形成多个带束层,在胎体和多个带束层中的第一带束层之间设置有橡胶板,所述橡胶板的中央部的厚度为2-5mm,所述橡胶板的中央部厚,越靠近两侧胎壁侧越薄,所述载重车辆用的轮胎的特征在于,
所述橡胶板的宽度(W1)为胎面宽度(W)的1/2以下,由于越靠近两侧胎壁侧越薄,所述橡胶板的上表面曲率在胎面的表面曲率的80%以下,所述橡胶板的模量为胎体贴胶的杨氏模量的50-200%。
