Abstract

一种灯具,包括一主体及位于主体相对侧的第一发光体和第二发光体,第一发光体、第二发光体与本体之间均呈一夹角,以使第一发光体和第二发光体发出的光在本体前方交汇。与现有技术相比,本发明的二发光体位于单盏灯具两侧,且与灯具的本体之间均呈一夹角,使二发光体发出的光可在灯具前方交汇,从而使单盏灯具可以同时满足多个方向的照明要求,适宜应用在洗墙灯,隧道灯,景观性投射灯等照明场合。

本发明涉及一种照明装置。
背景技术
一些特定灯具,诸如洗墙灯、隧道灯、景观性投射灯等,通常需要多个方向的照明,但现有技术下的单盏灯具的光源通常只能朝一个方向发光,为满足不同方向发光的照明需要,就必须同时使用多盏这样的灯具。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种单盏可同时满足不同方向照射的灯具。
一种灯具,包括一主体及位于主体相对侧的第一发光体和第二发光体,第一发光体、第二发光体与本体之间均呈一夹角,以使第一发光体和第二发光体发出的光在本体前方交汇。
与现有技术相比,本发明的二发光体位于单盏灯具两侧,且与灯具的本体之间均呈一夹角,使二发光体发出的光可在灯具前方交汇,从而使单盏灯具可以同时满足不同方向的照明要求,适宜应用在洗墙灯,隧道灯,景观性投射灯等照明场合。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
本发明一些实施例中的灯具主要用作洗墙灯、隧道灯、景观性投射灯等。如图1至图4所示,本发明一些实施例的灯具大体上包括一主体1及位于主体1两相对侧的第一发光体2和第二发光体3,第一发光体2、第二发光体3与本体1之间均呈一夹角θ(如图4所示),以使第一发光体2和第二发光体3发出的光在本体1前方交汇混合,该二夹角θ根据需要可以相等,也可以不相等,在一些实施例中,θ可为10~20度,优选地,可为15度,可以理解地,根据需要θ值也可以改变。
本体1包括一矩形盒状本体框体12。所述本体框体12底部具有一开口,一驱动电路组件80容置在本体框体12内,一盖板16罩设本体框体12的底部开口,以形成一密封的盒体,防止雨水、灰尘等物进入其中。本体框体12的一对纵长的侧壁上各开设有二固定孔120,以与螺钉(图未示)配合而将一支架20固定其上。本体框体12一较短的侧壁上安装有一防水接头18,用以供电线穿过与本体框体12内的驱动电路组件80相连。
所述第一、二发光体2,3均包括一矩形发光体框体14、一安装在发光体框体14底部的散热器30、一贴置于散热器30的发光二极管模组40、容置于发光体框体14内且罩设发光二极管模组40的一导光模组50、容置于发光体框体14内且罩设导光模组50的一导光罩60及抵压导光罩60的一按压件70。第一、二发光体2,3的发光体框体14自本体框体12顶部两相对侧朝相反方向斜向上延伸而出,每一发光体框体14包括一口字形基壁142及自基壁142外侧缘向上延伸出的三侧壁144,三侧壁144与本体框体12的纵长侧边围成一具有一定高度的容置空间,其中连接本体框体12的二侧壁144在临近本体框体12处各开设一漏水槽148,以便灯具在户外使用时积水可沿漏水槽148流出。基壁142的四角处开设四通孔146。
在一些实施例中,可以通过压铸等手段将上述本体框体12及由本体框体12顶部两相对侧朝相反方向斜向上延伸出的上述二发光体框体14一体成型,形成的一V形框体10。
每一支架20包括一连接件22及一支撑件24。连接件22为三角形金属片,其每一角的边缘处开设一通孔220,二螺钉穿过连接件22顶端的二通孔220螺锁固定于本体框体12侧壁的二固定孔120内。该连接件22中央开设一指示孔222。支撑件24由一金属板一体弯折而成,其包括一本体242及沿本体242一端垂直延伸出的一折边244。该折边244上开设二条形通孔248,用以供螺钉穿过将灯具固定在安装面(如地面)上。该本体242中央开设一枢接孔243,一铆钉穿过连接件22底端的一通孔220铆合固定于该枢接孔243内,从而将框体10与支架20枢接。与折边244相对的本体242另一端呈弧形,沿该弧形端缘设有一弧形滑孔246,当框体10相对于支架20的支撑件24转动时,连接件22的指示孔222可同时沿支撑件24的弧形滑孔246移动以指示框体10相对于支架20的支撑件24转动的角度。
每一散热器30由导热性能良好的材料一体制成,其包括一基呈矩形板32及从基板32底表面垂直向下延伸的若干散热片34。所述基板32顶表面间隔开设有若干安装孔(图未标),以与螺钉配合而将发光二极管模组40固定其上,基板32四角处边缘各开设有一与框体10基壁142的通孔146对应的固定孔320。
每一发光二极管模组40包括若干平行排列的矩形电路板42及均匀固定于每一电路板42一侧面的发光二极管44。电路板42的另一侧面贴合于散热器30的基板32上。当然这些电路板42也可以由一整块电路板替代,这些发光二极管44则在电路板42上呈矩阵排列。所述电路板42开设有与基板32上安装孔对应的若干穿孔(图未标)。在一些实施例中,两个发光二极管模组40发出不同颜色的光a,b。由于本体框体12与发光体框体14之间存在夹角θ,使本体框体12左右两侧的发光二极管模组40发出的不同颜色的光a,b在本体框体12正前方交叉混合而生成第三种颜色的光,以适应一些特定场合的需求。
每一导光模组50包括一矩形固定架52及安装在固定架52上的若干透镜54。所述固定架52的尺寸略大于电路板42以完全覆盖对应的发光二极管模组40。固定架52对应电路板42上的发光二极管44处设有若干矩形的透孔520。所述透镜54对应安装在固定架52的透孔520处,发光二极管44发出的光经透镜54向外射出。固定架52底部的四角处一体凸伸出开设有通孔524的四定位柱522,定位柱522抵靠于发光体框体14的基壁142上。
每一导光罩60为一矩形平板,由透明或半透明材料如玻璃等制成。导光罩60的尺寸与发光体框体14尺寸对应,使其正好容置于发光体框体14内。该导光罩60的四角处设有对应于发光体框体14的通孔146的四孔洞600。该二导光罩60根据需要可以采用具有相同颜色的透明材料制成,也可以采用不同颜色的材料制成,使发光二极管44发出的光透过导光罩60后颜色发生改变。
所述呈矩形条状的按压件70用以按压于导光罩60的边缘处,其外围尺寸大小与导光罩60尺寸一致,以将导光罩60夹置于按压件70与导光模组50之间。按压件70的四角处设有对应于导光罩60的孔洞640的孔口700。
组装该灯具时,将发光二极管模组40贴设并固定于散热器30的基板32上;将导光模组50置于框体10的二发光体框体14内;再将导光罩60置于发光体框体14内使其抵压导光模组50;再将按压件70置于导光罩60上;再将散热器30置于发光体框体14底部;四螺钉顺次穿过按压件70的孔口700、导光罩60的孔洞600、导光模组50的定位柱522、发光体框体14的通孔146,并螺锁固定于散热器30的固定孔320内,从而将按压件70、导光罩60、导光模组50、框体10及散热器30固定在一起。
本发明的灯具使用时,由于本体框体12与发光体框体14间存在夹角θ,以使第一发光体2和第二发光体3发出的光在本体1前方交汇混合,特别地,在一些其他场合,可使置于发光体框体14内的二发光二极管模组40发出的不同颜色的光在本体框体12正前方发生混合而生成第三种颜色的光,从而使单盏灯具可以同时满足多种颜色光的照明要求。

Claims (12)

1.一种灯具,其特征在于:包括一主体及位于主体相对侧的第一发光体和第二发光体,第一发光体、第二发光体与本体之间均呈一夹角,以使第一发光体和第二发光体发出的光在本体前方交汇。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述本体包括一本体框体,第一发光体和第二发光体中的每一个包括一发光体框体、一固定在发光体框体上的散热器及贴置于散热器的一发光二极管模组,二发光体框体连接在本体框体相对侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述二发光体框体从本体框体相对侧斜向上一体延伸出。
4.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述第一发光体发出第一种颜色的光,第二发光体发出第二种颜色的光,且二发光体发出的两种颜色的光在本体前方混合而生成第三种颜色的光。
5.如权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一基板及从基板延伸出的若干散热片,每一发光二极管模组包括一电路板及若干固定于电路板一侧面的发光二极管,电路板的另一侧面贴合于散热器的基板上。
6.如权利要求5所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述每一发光体框体包括一口字形基壁及自基壁外侧缘向上延伸出的三侧壁,三侧壁及本体框体的一侧边围成一容置发光二极管模组的容置空间。
7.如权利要求6所述的灯具,其特征在于:连接本体框体的二侧壁在临近本体框体处各开设一漏水槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于:还包括容置于发光体框体内且罩设发光二极管模组的二导光模组,每一导光模组包括一抵靠发光体框体基壁的固定架及安装于固定架且对应罩设发光二极管的若干透镜。
9.如权利要求8所述的灯具,其特征在于:还包括二罩设所述导光模组的导光罩,二导光罩由相同或不同颜色的透明材料制成,使发光二极管发出的光透过导光罩后颜色发生改变。
10.如权利要求9所述的灯具,其特征在于:还包括将导光罩固定在发光体框体内的二按压件,以将导光罩夹置于按压件与导光模组之间。
11.如权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于:还包括二连接在本体框体两侧的支架,每一支架包括一连接本体框体的连接件及与连接件枢接的一支撑件。
12.如权利要求11所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述支撑件包括一本体及自本体延伸出的用以将灯具固定的一折边,本体设有一弧形滑孔,连接件开设一指示孔,当本体框体相对于支架的支撑件转动时,连接件的指示孔可同时沿支撑件的弧形滑孔移动以指示本体框体相对于支架的支撑件转动的角度。
