Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一安装盒、固定于安装盒之下的一承接件和安装在承接件上的若干发光二极管模组,所述承接件包括若干相互间隔的安装片,所述发光二极管模组分别贴设在安装片底面靠近其两侧缘处,且所述发光二极管模组均向一侧超出位于其下方的安装片对应的一侧边缘。上述发光二极管模组呈阶梯状地设置在发光二极管灯具的两侧且倾斜地面向相反的一侧,从而使发光二极管模组分别正对不同的区域,进而使发光二极管模组产生的照明光均匀地分布到发光二极管灯具周围的照明区域上。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能妥善解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此通常都在灯具内设置有与发光二极管模组接触的散热器以对发光二极管模组进行散热。然而,灯具的二极管模组一般是被水平贴置于散热器一侧而形成平面光源,此类平面光源不仅产生的热量比较集中同时其照射方向单一、照射面积也有限,而无法在灯具周围形成均匀的照明灯光,进而在很多情况下都难以使用户满意。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种照射均匀的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一安装盒、固定于安装盒之下的一承接件和安装在承接件上的若干发光二极管模组,所述承接件包括若干相互间隔的安装片,所述安装片相互平行,所述安装片形状相一致并相互等距间隔,且所述安装片的尺寸大小自靠近安装盒到远离安装盒的方向逐个减小,所述安装片两侧部向下倾斜延伸,且发光二极管模组贴设在两侧部底面上,且所述发光二极管模组均向一侧超出位于其下方的安装片对应的一侧边缘,还包括一灯罩,所述灯罩包括一平板状本体、自本体相对二边缘倾垂直向下延伸的二侧壁呈和自本体另外二相对边缘斜向下延伸超出侧壁并与侧壁连接的二翼部,所述本体开设有供安装盒穿设的开口,且所述开口的内缘与安装盒外周缘的中部结合。
上述发光二极管模组呈阶梯状地设置在发光二极管灯具的两侧且倾斜地面向相反的一侧,而使发光二极管模组分别正对不同的区域,进而使发光二极管模组产生的照明光均匀地分布到发光二极管灯具周围的照明区域上。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参考图1-3,本发明一优选实施例中的发光二极管灯具用于为室内和户外一些特定的场合提供柔和均匀的照明灯光,该发光二极管灯具包括一灯罩20及嵌设于灯罩20上的一安装盒10、安装在安装盒10下方的一承接件30、贴设在承接件30底面的若干发光二极管模组40和固定在承接件30底面并一一对应地罩设发光二极管模组40的若干灯盖50。
上述灯罩20包括一呈矩形的平板状本体22、自本体22相对二边缘倾斜向下延伸的二呈矩形的平板状翼部24及自本体22另外二相对边缘垂直向下延伸并与翼部24连接的二梯形侧壁26。所述翼部24延伸超出侧壁26。所述翼部24及侧壁26边缘均向外水平延伸设置有安装缘28。所述本体22中部设有一矩形开口(图未标)。该灯罩20的本体、翼部24、侧壁26及安装缘28上开设有若干通气孔29,所述通气孔29密集地排列在灯罩20上,以加强承接件30的空气流动性。
上述安装盒10大致呈一长方体形,其内可容置并安装诸如电子整流器、驱动器及控制器等相关电子元件。该安装盒10的顶部中央设置有安装件12,该安装件12与外界的吊杆或吊绳连接而将发光二极管灯具安装固定。该安装盒10底面的各个角落竖直向下延设有一固定柱14,每一固定柱14内形成有螺孔140。该安装盒10嵌设于灯罩20的本体22的开口中,其上半部分凸伸超出所述开口,下半部分则收容于灯罩20的翼部24及侧壁26围设的空间内,且其底平面低于灯罩20的侧壁26。
上述承接件30包括由导热性能良好的材料如铝、铜等金属片体一体形成的若干安装片32,所述安装片32水平固定在安装盒10下方且相互等距间隔,所述安装片32的形状均对应相同,但安装片32的尺寸大小由上向下递减。所有安装片32水平放置时,其在水平面上的投影均为矩形。每一安装片32均包括一呈矩形平板状的支撑部322和从支撑部322相对两侧边缘倾斜下并向外对称地延伸的二安装部324。最靠近安装盒10的安装片32的安装部324的外侧缘向外水平延伸有凸边3240,所述最靠近安装盒10的安装片32的支撑部322置于灯罩20的侧壁26上并搭接于侧壁26的安装缘28上,安装部324则置于灯罩20的翼部24上并搭接于翼部24相应的安装缘28上,两侧凸边3240搭接在灯罩20翼部24相应的安装缘28上。每一支撑部322上开设有四穿孔3220,所述穿孔3220呈矩形排列且分别与安装盒10底面固定柱14的螺孔140对应,以供螺杆件100从上向下穿过而与螺孔140配合。所述安装片32的支撑部322相互平行间隔地设置在安装盒10下方,所述支撑部322的大小由上向下逐一减小,且下一安装片32的支撑部322对应上一安装片32支撑部322的中部。
上述发光二极管模组40分别安装在安装片32安装部324底面并靠近其外侧缘处,每一发光二极管模组40包括一长条形电路板42和安装在电路板42上的若干发光二极管元件44。该电路板42沿着安装片32安装部324的外侧缘贴设在安装部324底面。
上述灯盖50为长方体状盒体,且灯盖50的上端开口而将发光二极管模组40罩于其内,且每一灯盖50对应罩设一发光二极管模组40。该灯盖50开口端缘还向外延设有固定缘52,该固定缘52通过锁螺钉或粘贴等常用固定方式贴固在安装片32安装部324底面并环绕对应的发光二极管模组40。
上述发光二极管灯具处于组装状态时,螺杆件100自下向上逐个穿过安装片32支撑部322的穿孔3220后与安装盒10底面固定柱14内的螺孔140配合而将安装片32固定,且螺杆件100还套设有分别夹置在相邻的二安装片32之间的垫圈200,从而使安装片32相互等距间隔开来。
上述发光二极管灯具在使用时,因为所述安装片32的尺寸由上向下递减,因而贴设在安装片32底面近两侧缘处的发光二极管模组40对应超出其下一安装片32的两侧缘而不会被位于其下方的安装片32阻挡而削减发光二极管模组40的照射角度进而影响其照射范围及其照明效果。上述发光二极管模组40呈阶梯状地设置在发光二极管灯具的两侧且倾斜地面向相反的一侧,从而使发光二极管模组40分别正对不同的区域,进而使发光二极管模组40产生的照明光均匀地分布到发光二极管灯具周围的照明区域上。

Claims (7)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一安装盒、固定于安装盒之下的一承接件和安装在承接件上的若干发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述承接件包括若干相互间隔的安装片,所述安装片相互平行,所述安装片形状相一致并相互等距间隔,且所述安装片的尺寸大小自靠近安装盒到远离安装盒的方向逐个减小,所述安装片两侧部向下倾斜延伸,且发光二极管模组贴设在两侧部底面上,且所述发光二极管模组均向一侧超出位于其下方的安装片对应的一侧边缘,所述发光二极管灯具还包括一灯罩,所述灯罩包括一平板状本体、自本体相对二边缘倾垂直向下延伸的二侧壁呈和自本体另外二相对边缘斜向下延伸超出侧壁并与侧壁连接的二翼部,所述本体开设有供安装盒穿设的开口,且所述开口的内缘与安装盒外周缘的中部结合。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装片包括位于安装盒正下方的一支撑部和由支撑部相对两侧边缘倾斜向下向外延伸的二安装部,所述发光二极管模组贴设在安装部的底面。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:位于支撑部同一侧的安装部相互平行地错开。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述支撑部相互平行,支撑部的大小自靠近安装盒到远离安装盒的方向逐一减小,且下一安装片的支撑部对应上一安装片支撑部的中部。
5.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括若干螺杆件,所述螺杆件自下向上穿过所述安装片与安装盒底部配合而将安装片固定,且螺杆件上套设有分别夹置在相邻两安装片之间的垫圈,从而将安装片相互隔开。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述最靠近安装盒的安装片的两侧缘水平向外延伸有凸边,所述灯罩侧壁及翼部的底端缘水平向外延设有与安装片凸边及其边缘结合的安装缘,所述灯罩本体、翼部及侧壁均开设有通气孔。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括上端开口的若干灯盖,每一灯盖对应罩设一发光二极管模组,其开口端缘向外延设有贴设在安装片上并环绕发光二极管模组的固定缘。
