Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯盒和容置在灯盒内的一发光二极管模组,所述灯盒底面开设一出光口,所述灯盒内侧间隔设置有若干与出光口距离不同的固定结构,每一固定结构均可供所述发光二极管模组安装,通过将所述发光二极管模组选择性安装于不同的固定结构上,改变所述发光二极管模组与所述出光口之间的距离。上述发光二极管灯具可根据具体的需要,将发光二极管模组固定在灯盒内侧不同的固定结构上来调整发光二极管模组到灯盒出光孔之间的距离,从而调节发光二极管灯具的照射角度以及强度。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能妥善解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此通常都在灯具内设置有与发光二极管模组接触的散热器以对发光二极管模组进行散热。然而,灯具尤其是贴设在天花板上的室内照明灯具,其发光二极管模组一般通过螺钉锁定于散热器或基板的底面上,而无法通过改变发光二极管模组的位置来调节灯具的照射角度以及照射强度,而在很多情况下都难以使用户满意。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能调节照射角度以及强度的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯盒和容置在灯盒内的一发光二极管模组,所述灯盒底面开设一出光口,所述灯盒内侧间隔设置有若干与出光口距离不同的固定结构,每一固定结构均可供所述发光二极管模组安装,通过将所述发光二极管模组选择性安装于不同的固定结构上,改变所述发光二极管模组与所述出光口之间的距离。
上述发光二极管灯具可根据具体的需要,将发光二极管模组固定在灯盒内侧不同的固定结构上来调整发光二极管模组到灯盒出光孔之间的距离,从而调节发光二极管灯具的照射角度以及强度。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-3,本发明一实施例中的发光二极管灯具用于为室内和户外一些特定的场合提供柔和均匀的照明灯光,该发光二极管灯具包括一灯盒10、安装在灯盒10内的若干发光二极管模组20和与灯盒10顶面连接而将发光二极管灯具悬挂固定的二安装架30。
上述灯盒10呈长方体形,其包括一矩形顶板12、由顶板12相对两长侧边缘垂直向下延伸的二矩形侧板14、连接侧板14底端缘并与顶板12平行的一矩形底板16、容置在灯盒10内并承接在底板16上的一矩形透光板18和分别与顶板12、侧板14以及底板16相对短边缘接合以形成完整封装盒体的二封板15。
上述顶板12在靠近其两相对长侧边缘处形成有两列相互间隔的安装孔120。上述底板16上开设一矩形出光口160,该出光口160位于底板16的中间位置,且出光口160的大小仅略小于底板16的大小,以使位于灯盒10内的发光二极管模组20产生的灯光通过透光板18照射出去。上述封板15呈矩形,大小与灯盒10的两端面相适应,可通过锁螺钉等方式封盖在灯盒10的两端面上。上述透光板18的平躺在底板16顶面,并完全覆盖底板16的出光口160。
请一并参阅图4,上述二侧板14相向延伸有与底板16相互平行间隔的二压板142。优选地,该二压板142与底板16之间的距离正好供透光板18插入,以将透光板18两侧部分夹置在压板142与底板16之间而固定。该二侧板14内侧设置有若干沿垂直灯盒底面的方向间隔排列的固定结构,所述固定结构与底板16出光口160的距离不同且均与底板16及透光板18平行,每一固定结构与发光二极管模组20配合而将发光二极管模组20固定在与透光板18距离不同的地方。每一固定结构包括由二侧板14内侧分别向内延伸的二间隔凸板144和形成于二凸板144之间的一滑槽145。所述凸板144上开设有若干相互间隔的配合孔1440,且位于同一侧板14内侧的所有凸板144上的配合孔1440分别对齐并与顶板12上的安装孔120对应。
上述发光二极管模组20包括一矩形电路板22和安装在电路板22上的若干发光二极管元件24。优选地,该电路板22的尺寸大小与透光板18的尺寸大小相等,并正好水平插置在灯盒10内。
上述安装架30包括用于与天花板或吊杆(图未式)等连接的一条形安装部32、由安装部32两端垂直向下延伸的二连接部34和由二连接部34底端向外水平弯折延伸的二接合部36。所述接合部36与灯盒10的顶板12通过锁螺钉或焊接等方式接合,从而将灯盒10悬挂固定在天花板或吊杆下面。
同时参阅图5,组装上述发光二极管灯具时,由灯盒10的一端开口选择性地将发光二极管模组20插入其中一固定结构的滑槽145内,而使发光二极管模组20的电路板22的两侧部分夹在二侧板14内侧对应的二对凸板144之间固定。为进一步将发光二极管模组20夹紧在灯盒10内,若干螺杆件100自上向下穿过灯盒10顶板12的安装孔120以及位于发光二极管模组20上方凸板144对应的配合孔1440而抵压在发光二极管模组20电路板22的上面。
上述发光二极管灯具在使用时,发光二极管模组20距离透光板18越近则发光二极管模组20产生的灯光就被侧板14遮挡得更少,从而具有更大的出射角并获得更大的照明区域及照明强度,反之则能使发光二极管灯具具有更小的照明区域及照明强度,因此,可根据具体的需要,将发光二极管模组20插入侧板14内侧不同的滑槽145内来调整发光二极管模组20到透镜18的距离,从而调节发光二极管灯具的照射角度以及强度。

Claims (5)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯盒和容置在灯盒内的一发光二极管模组,所述灯盒底面开设一出光口,其特征在于:所述灯盒内侧间隔设置有若干与出光口距离不同的固定结构,每一固定结构均可供所述发光二极管模组安装,通过将所述发光二极管模组选择性安装于不同的固定结构上,改变所述发光二极管模组与所述出光口之间的距离,所述固定结构为形成于灯盒内侧的滑槽,所述发光二极管模组从灯盒一端插入其中一对滑槽内固定,所述滑槽与灯盒底面平行,所述灯盒包括一顶板、由顶板两相对边缘向下延伸的二侧板和连接二侧板底端缘的一底板,所述滑槽形成于侧板内侧,所述出光口开设于底板上,所述侧板内侧向内凸设有若干相互间隔的凸板,所述滑槽形成于相邻的二间隔凸板之间,所述顶板上开设有若干安装孔,每一凸板上均开设有与安装孔对应的配合孔,若干螺杆件自上向下穿过灯盒顶板的安装孔以及位于发光二极管模组上方凸板对应的配合孔而抵压在发光二极管模组的上面。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述若干固定结构沿垂直灯盒底面的方向间隔排列。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯盒包括一容置在灯盒内并覆盖所述出光口的一透光板,所述灯盒内侧向内凸设有压在透光板顶面上的压板。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组包括插设在滑槽内的一电路板和安装在电路板底面而面向所述出光口的若干发光二极管元件。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括与灯盒顶面连接而将发光二极管灯具悬挂固定的二安装架,所述安装架包括一条形安装部、由安装部两端垂直向下延伸的二连接部和由二连接部底端向外水平弯折延伸并与灯盒顶部的二接合部。
