Abstract
本发明涉及轮胎胎面压出用压出模具,该轮胎胎面压出用压出模具用于在制造轮胎时,压出轮胎半成品即组合体,如胎面冠部(Cap Tread)、胎面翼部(Wing Tread)和胎面基部(Sub Tread)。更具体地,涉及如下的轮胎胎面压出用压出模具的多重预型模具:改善构成压出模具的预型模具(Preformer die)和该预型模具的橡胶流路,从而能够适用各种规格的最终模具,易于进行各种胎面橡胶的边界面的调节。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎胎面压出用压出模具,该轮胎胎面压出用压出模具用于在制造轮胎时,压出轮胎半成品即组合体,如胎面冠部(Cap Tread)、胎面翼部(Wing Tread)和胎面基部(Sub Tread)。更具体地,涉及如下的轮胎胎面压出用压出模具的多重预型模具:改善构成压出模具的预型模具(Preformer die)和该预型模具的橡胶流路,从而能够适用各种规格的最终模具,易于进行各种胎面橡胶的边界面的调节。
背景技术
在轮胎制作工序中,压出工序是如下作业:将在精练工序所生产出的配合橡胶,经过粉碎(Break Down Roll)作业和加热(Warming Roll)作业之后,连续供给至压出机中,并通过规定的模具,按照制作说明书,制作出具有一定形状的压出物。该压出物中的轮胎胎面由胎面冠部、胎面翼部和胎面基部等构成。
现有技术中的用于压出轮胎胎面压出物的压出模具,主要使用的是压力分配方式(Pressure Type)和强制分配方式(Overlapping Piece Type)的模具。
其中,如图5所示,在前者压力分配方式模具的结构中,第1上部预型模具101和第1下部预型模具102组装入第1预型模具保持器103中,在该第1预型模具保持器103和第2预型模具保持器104之间,组装入第2上部预型模具105a和第2下部预型模具105b,在上述第2预型模具保持器104中装入最终模具106。
其中,附图标记107为胎面翼部流路。
在现有技术中的这种预型模具结构中,由于预型模具采用的是盒式插入组装方式,所以尽管通过使用各种规格的最终模具具备了能够在短时间内更换不同规格的优点,但是很难进行各胎面橡胶的边界面的调节。
另外,如图6所示,在后者的强制分配方式的模具中,在预型模具保持器(201)中制造了胎面翼部流路(202)和胎面冠部流路(203)和胎面基部流路(204),具有组入了最终模具(205)的结构的预型模具结构,从而易于调节各胎面橡胶的边界面,但是,在另一方面,在更换最终模具时,预型模具保持器本身也必须一起更换掉,所以存在不能适用于各种规格的最终模具、更换时间很长、使用不方便的缺点。
发明内容
所以,本发明是考虑上述现有技术中的问题而提出的,目的在于提供一种轮胎胎面压出用压出模具的多重预型模具,它能够兼顾可适用现有技术中各种规格的最终模具的压力分配方式模具的优点和能够容易调节各胎面橡胶的边界面的强制分配方式模具的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明的轮胎胎面压出用压出模具的预型模具,具有:第1预型模具保持器,具有胎面翼部流路、胎面冠部流路和胎面基部流路;和第2预型模具保持器,被插入组装用于被排出压出物的最终模具。其中,在上述第1预型模具保持器和第2预型模具保持器之间,夹入设置有与最终模具接触的中间上部预型模具和中间下部预型模具,形成于上述中间上部预型模具中的胎面翼部连接导槽和胎面冠部连接导槽分别与第1预型模具保持器的胎面翼部流路和胎面冠部流路连通,形成于上述中间下部预型模具中的胎面基部连接导槽与第1预型模具保持器的胎面基部流路连通。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的优选实施方式进行详细说明。
图1和图2为示出本发明轮胎胎面压出用压出模具的多重预型模具的一实施方式,图1为本发明的组装截面图,图2为图1中的上下部预型模具的结合主视图。
本发明为制造轮胎时在压出成形轮胎胎面时所使用的压出机的预型模具,在对本发明进行描述之前,先定义轮胎胎面的用语。
本发明中使用的胎面翼部位于胎面冠部和侧壁的边界面处,具有提高耐冲击性和它们之间的粘着性的效果。
另外,胎面冠部为轮胎与路面接触的部分的橡胶层,胎面基部为位于内部涂层和胎面冠部之间的橡胶层。
本发明的轮胎胎面压出用压出模具的预型模具,具有:第1预型模具保持器4,具有胎面翼部流路1、胎面冠部流路2和胎面基部流路3;和第2预型模具保持器6,被插入组装用于被排出压出物的最终模具5。其中,在上述第1预型模具保持器4和第2预型模具保持器6之间,夹入设置有与最终模具5接触的中间上部预型模具7a和中间下部预型模具7b,形成于上述中间上部预型模具7a中的胎面翼部连接导槽1a和胎面冠部连接导槽2a分别与第1预型模具保持器4的胎面翼部流路1和胎面冠部流路2连通,形成于上述中间下部预型模具7b中的胎面基部连接导槽3a与第1预型模具保持器4的胎面基部流路3连通。
即,在本发明中,在第1预型模具保持器4和第2预型模具保持器6之间组装有插盒式的中间上下部预型模具7a、7b,该第1预型模具保持器4具有胎面翼部流路1胎面冠部流路2和胎面基部流路3;最终模具5插入第2预型模具保持器6之中,以与上述中间上下部预型模具7a、7b接触的方式组装。
另外,如图2所示,在上述中间上部预型模具7a中分别形成有胎面翼部连接导槽1a和胎面冠部连接导槽2a,中间下部预型模具7b中形成有胎面基部连接导槽3a。
因此,在本发明中,如现有技术的强制分配方式那样,使从第1预型模具保持器4侧供给的橡胶流中的胎面翼部、胎面冠部和胎面基部的流路强制分配到从该第1预型模具保持器4的开始部到第2预型模具保持器6的开始部为止,从而与现有技术的压力分配方式相比更容易调节各胎面橡胶的边界面;在上述第2预型模具保持器6中,如现有技术的压力分配方式那样,采用插盒式组装来制造中间上下部预型模具7a、7b,从而使得能够在短时间内更换各种规格。
需要附带说明的是,上述中间上部预型模具7a中分别形成有胎面翼部连接导槽1a和胎面冠部连接导槽2a,配合最终硬模5的规格而改变两侧的胎面翼部连接导槽1a之间的距离和胎面冠部连接导槽2a的左右长度,能够使用具有大、中、小尺寸的插盒式中间上部预型模具7a结构。另外,在中间下部预型模具7b中,通过胎面基部连接导槽3a形成在该中间下部预型模具7b的开始点,从而能够对上述胎面基部连接导槽3a的左右长度进行调节,并能够配合最终模具5的规格而使用具有大、中、小尺寸的中间下部预型模具7b结构。
另一方面,图3和图4示出本发明的另一实施方式,在该实施方式中,上述中间下部预型模具7b的胎面基部连接导槽3a延伸到该中间下部预型模具7b的终止地点和最终模具5的开始地点,其他的结构和图1和图2的结构相同。
这样,在图3和图4所示的实施方式中,也具有对胎面基部连接导槽3a的左右长度进行调节,能够配合最终模具5的规格而具有大、中、小尺寸的插盒式中间下部预型模具7b的结构。
如上所述,本发明涉及的新结构的多重预型模具具有如下效果:不但能够使插盒式预型模具配合最终模具的规格来做成具有大、中、小尺寸的预型模具,能够使用可在短时间内更换的各种规格的最终模具(压力分配方式的优点),易于进行各胎面橡胶的边界面的调节(强制分配方式的优点),而且,成形时所产生的反压(Back Pressure)与现有技术相比也变低。
Claims (3)
1.一种轮胎胎面压出用压出模具的多重预型模具,具有:第1预型模具保持器(4),具有胎面翼部流路1)、胎面冠部流路(2)和胎面基部流路(3);和第2预型模具保持器(6),被插入组装用于被排出压出物的最终模具(5),其特征在于,
在上述第1预型模具保持器(4)和第2预型模具保持器(6)之间,夹入设置有与最终模具(5)接触的中间上部预型模具(7a)和中间下部预型模具(7b),形成于上述中间上部预型模具(7a)中的胎面翼部连接导槽(1a)和胎面冠部连接导槽(2a)分别与第1预型模具保持器(4)的胎面翼部流路(1)和胎面冠部流路(2)连通,形成于上述中间下部预型模具(7b)中的胎面基部连接导槽(3a)与第1预型模具保持器(4)的胎面基部流路(3)连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的轮胎胎面压出用压出模具的多重预型模具,其特征在于,
上述中间下部预型模具(7b)的胎面基部连接导槽(3a)延伸到该中间下部预型模具(7b)的终止地点和最终模具(5)的开始地点。
3.如权利要求1所述轮胎胎面压出用压出模具的多重预型模具,其特征在于,
上述中间上下部预型模具(7a、7b)采用插盒式进行组装,以能够更换各种规格。
