Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在水中通过受控加入(regulated addition)过氧化氢而从气流中吸收氯的方法。
背景技术
在高温处理氯化物的工业工艺(例如有机氯化物的燃烧反应、氯化反应和水解反应)中,形成氯化氢,根据Deacon平衡其在任何氧存在下形成元素氯。这种元素氯存在于废气流中,必须从废气流中去除以符合排放限制。
由于氯在水中的溶解度较低,通常用碱性吸收剂如氢氧化钠溶液来吸收氯,如以下反应式(1)和(2)所述:
Cl2+H2O----->HCl+HClO (1)
HCl+HClO+2NaOH----->NaCl+NaClO+H2O (2)
然而,其它碱性吸收剂(石灰乳、氨、胺、碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐等)也是可能的。
在所有碱性吸收过程中,驱动力是盐的形成(氯化物和次氯酸盐)。这些过程的结果是形成含次氯酸盐的盐溶液,其得到有限范围的应用(如氯漂白)或在适当处理后被加到废水中。为此,必须减少形成的次氯酸盐,这典型地通过加入亚硫酸盐、硫代硫酸盐、过氧化氢和其它物质来实现。例如,在EP0406675中,使用由碳酸氢钠和亚硫酸氢钠组成的吸收溶液。
酸性介质中的吸收也已描述。在这种情况下,通常使用低氧化态的金属盐(例如Fe2+、Cu1+等)作为吸收剂,然后由氯将其转化为较高的氧化态(参见,例如DE-A 2545342)。
上述所有过程均形成仅具有有限的进一步应用的盐溶液。
此外已描述的是用有机溶剂分离出氯。例如,使用四氯甲烷、二氯甲苯、二氯三氟甲苯(dichlorobenzotrifluoride)等化合物。这些物质具有以下缺点:具有明显的蒸汽压力,其又必须从干净的气流中去除。
SU 697160描述一种用于净化含氯化硼、氯化钛、还有氯、氯化氢和碳酰氯(光气)的废气的方法。该方法在一个阶段需要浓盐酸并在下一阶段在盐酸溶液中需要过氧化氢作为吸收剂。该方法进一步的特征在于:它在工作时不产生废物因而不产生废水。所描述的是一个分批工艺,其中,最初首先装载(charge)35%浓盐酸和9-30%过氧化氢溶液,然后通入废气。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于从气流中吸收氯(气)而得到可利用产品的简单的连续方法。
本发明提供一种用于在水中从选自氮气、氧气、二氧化碳、氩气、氦气和它们的混合物的气流中吸收氯(气)的方法,其中,通过受控加入过氧化氢来抑制次氯酸形成,并形成盐酸。
已发现,尽管氯(气)在水中的溶解度较低,但如果建立抑制依据反应式(1)形成次氯酸的条件,那么水也能够用于吸收含氯的气流。根据本发明的方法不需要在上游净化阶段(stage)的浓盐酸并且连续地进行。
已发现,在通过将氯引入水中而得到的盐酸中,吸收溶液中的氯,在添加过氧化氢后,反应产生盐酸,并且通过这种方式氯能够被限制(bound)在吸收剂中。在此基础上建立的连续的吸收装置产生不含任何盐的废水流,并且即便含有也只含有少量的次氯酸,但却含有可利用的盐酸。可以调控过氧化氢的加入使得形成的盐酸不含有任何次氯酸。
在根据本发明的方法中,优选根据来自于气相中氯浓度的要求,以受控方式最初加水并加入过氧化氢。本方法中形成的盐酸构成无盐的废水流,其不仅能作为废水排放而且使得在进一步处理中能够利用材料。
本方法中优选使用这样的气流,除了氯之外,其包括不大于10体积份,更优选不大于3体积份,尤其不大于1体积份的其它在水中可吸收的气体组分,各种情况均基于100体积份的氯。气流中其它在水中可吸收的气体组分可以是,例如氯化氢和氟化氢。
使用的气流尤其可以是空气。
在优选的实施方式中,含氯的气流连续地流经两个或多个段(区段,stages),在这种情况下水相中过氧化氢的浓度优选在气流方向上增加。
为了从气流中吸收氯,可以使用本身已知的装置,例如板式塔(tray column)、乱堆填料塔(columns with random packings)和洗涤器(scrubber)如喷淋洗涤器、或湿式除尘器(wet-operated dustprecipitator)。
本方法中形成的盐酸优选具有至少0.5%和至多18%浓度。本方法中形成的盐酸优选在进一步工艺中被利用。

1a非本发明
使含氯的惰性气流通入用氢氧化钠溶液吸收循环操作的洗涤器。废水流入废水处理工序,其调节pH并在还原剂辅助下将NaOCl负载转化为NaCl,然后将其作为废水排放。所有分离出来的氯被转化成氯化钠然后被排放到废水中。该氯由此从整个系统中除去并流失。
1b本发明
使含氯的惰性气流通入一个或多个用盐酸吸收循环操作的洗涤器,其中注入或通过塔板加入水和过氧化氢。将得到的盐酸送到氯化氢吸收中。
2a非本发明
使含氯的惰性气流通入用pH调节的氢氧化钠溶液吸收循环操作的洗涤器。通过氧化还原受控加入过氧化氢,将形成的次氯酸钠转化为NaCl。含盐的废水流离开洗涤器。
2b本发明
使含氯的惰性气流通入一个或多个用盐酸吸收循环操作的洗涤器,其中在氧化还原和传导控制下注入和/或通过塔板加入水和过氧化氢。得到的盐酸在分离生产工艺中被利用。
3本发明
在37℃以及20mbar减压下,将含氯量1.7%、含氯化氢量0.017%、含二氧化碳量3.6%和含氮量71.2%的气流引入充满水的乱堆填料塔中。受控加入过氧化氢产生盐酸浓度2%的不含任何次氯酸的废水流。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于在水中从选自氮气、氧气、二氧化碳、氩气、氦气和它们的混合物的气流中吸收Cl2形式氯的方法,其中,通过受控加入过氧化氢来抑制次氯酸形成并且形成盐酸;
其中,使用的所述气流除了氯之外还包括基于100体积份的氯不大于3体积份的在水中可吸收的其它气体组分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,使用的含氯的气流是空气。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述含氯的气流连续通过两个或多个段。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,用来吸收氯的装置是板式塔、乱堆填料塔、洗涤器或湿式除尘器。
