套管针
技术领域
本发明涉及一种微创手术,更具体地,涉及腹腔镜检查手术、胸腔镜检查手术、关节镜检查手术和经自然腔道内镜手术(NOTES)。 
本发明最特别地涉及一种用于这个目的的套管针。 
背景技术
腹腔镜检查手术使实施很多介入成为可能。通常,这种类型的手术通过数个套管针的辅助来实施,布置这些套管针,以使手术获得在各个套管针之间的良好的三角测量,从而特别地具有对应于手术装置的手术区域的侧面视图。对于病人而言,布置数个套针管代表着数个伤痕,这些伤痕可能会疼痛并且可能会经受继发性感染。此外,很多的伤痕对病人而言意味着形象的破坏。为了消除这些缺点,目前的技术发展使利用单个套管针来实施介入变成可能,这种套管针包含数个工作通道。在NOTES手术中,利用自然腔道来进入腹腔,例如,穿透胃、直肠或者阴道穹。对于腔道,手术也利用这种包含数个工作通道的单个套管针。 
在外科手术领域,用于腹腔镜检查手术、胸腔镜检查手术、关节镜检查手术和NOTES手术的套管针是众所周知的。这些套管针由主管组成,在该主管内,包含一个或多个工作通道。这种具有数个工作通道的套管针的缺点在于只能有一幅手术区域的轴向视图,跟使用数个套管针的情况一样,这不能使手术具有手术区域的良好视图。从轴向视图上,外科医生不能获得景深。 
发明内容
本发明特别旨在解决上述问题。本发明涉及一种套管针,其包括由远端和近端限定的主管。主管包括布置在所述近端和远端之间的、适于容纳一个或多个微创手术装置的中心管道。此外,主管的侧面包括至少一个孔口,该孔口具有的尺寸能够使一个或多个其他的微创手术装置在与主管的主轴成角度的方向上贯穿主管,以使所述其他装置(多个装置)的远端与所述管的主轴不在一条线上。因此,所述其他装置的远端能够从所述主管的远端露出。 
根据本发明的第一实施例,主管的侧面包括在主管的任一侧上按照与所述主管的主轴成角度的方向设置的两个孔口;所述孔口具有的尺寸能够使一个或多个其他的微创手术装置在与主管的主轴成角度的方向上贯穿主管。因此,在这个变型中,所述其他装置的远端在所述主管的侧壁处露出。 
根据本发明的另一实施例,贯通所述孔口放置光学装置。这种结构给外科医生提供了手术区域的侧面视图和景深,这增加了手术操作的安全性。

具体实施方式
在图1和2(尺寸比率并不代表实际情况)中示意性表示的套管针包括主管1,所述主管1具有其工作通道和近端2,所述近端2包括可移动阀门(未示出)。如图2中所示,第一装置8放置在管1的主管道内。第一装置8的远端11定位于手术区域12内。这种套管针的特征在于与主管1形成角度的附加工作通道3。附加工作通道包括阀门4。工作通道3的壁在位置5截止于主管1的壁处;主管1包括在对面的壁上的位置6处的侧孔口。这些孔口5和6、主管1的侧面使得贯穿工作通道3的装置9、10(参见图2)能够穿过。水平虚线7表示病人体内和体外之间的界面。通过利用例如附加工作通道3中的倾斜式相机(angular camera), 外科医生获得手术区域的侧面视图。主管还包括用于CO2通过的连接器14,以产生和保持气腹。 
不用说,本发明并不受限于上述例子所描述的套管针。 
如上所述,本发明还涉及一种不具有第二孔口6的主管。 
可以用其他微创手术装置来代替放置在附加工作通道3中的光学装置9、10。也可以在附加工作通道中放置数个装置。 
最后,应该注意,还可以沿着主管1来布置附加的横向工作通道。 
如果工作通道3与孔口5铰接,主管1和工作通道3之间的角度就可以被调整。如果主管1包括两个孔口5和6,就用主管1上的径向槽来代替孔口6,以允许角度的变化。 

Claims (6)

1.一种套管针,其包括由近端(2)和远端(13)限定的主管(1),所述主管包括放置在所述近端(2)和远端(13)之间并适于容纳一个或多个微创手术装置(8)的中心管道;主管(1)的侧面包括至少一个孔口(5),该孔口具有的尺寸能够容纳在与主管的主轴成角度的方向上贯穿主管(1)的相机(9,10),以使所述相机(9,10)的远端(10)与所述主管(1)的主轴不在一条线上,并使所述相机提供与所述主管(1)的主轴在一条线上的手术区域的侧面视图。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套管针,其中主管(1)的侧面包括在主管(1)的任一侧上按照与所述主管(1)的主轴成角度的方向布置的两个孔口(5,6);所述孔口(5,6)具有的尺寸能够使所述相机(9,10)在与主管的主轴成角度的方向上贯穿主管(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的套管针,其中所述孔口(5,6)被布置成在套管针被放置在位时分别与病人的体内和体外相通。
4.一种由上述权利要求中任一项所述的套管针和相机(9,10)形成的组件,所述相机(9,10)在与所述主管(1)的主轴成角度的方向上贯通所述主管(1)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其中所述相机(9,10)包括与所述主管的主轴成角度的远端,以便提供与所述主管(1)的主轴在一条线上的手术区域的侧面视图。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组件,其中所述相机是倾斜的。
