Claims (9)
- 权利要求1. 一种大功率 LED灯, 包括: 外壳 (19), 发光组件、 散热片 (10); 发光组件包括反光 碗 (15a)、 LED ( 13) 和透镜 (15), 其特征是: 散热片 (10) 呈辐射状设置在外壳通 道内, 每片散热片 (10) 的外端与外壳 (10) 的内壁相接, 内端与一环状筒体 (9) 外 壁相联, 所有散热片 (10) 的前端面形成一个锥形内凹的环面, 反光碗 (15a) 设置在 该环面上; 环状筒体(9)的轴线与外壳轴线重合, 环状筒体(9)的前端面呈面状, LED( 13) 和透镜 (15) 安装在该面上。
- 2. 如权利要求 1所述的大功率 LED灯, 其特征是: 驱动电源 (7) 安装在环状筒体 (9) 内, 环状筒体 (9)前端设有一透镜压紧盖 (16), 后部设有后端盖 (5), 透镜 (15) 安 装在环状筒体 (9) 前端面与透镜压紧盖 (16) 之间。
- 3.如权利要求 1或 2所述的大功率 LED灯, 其特征是: 外壳 (19)、 散热片 (10)、 环状 筒体 (9) 以及反光碗 (15a) 为不可拆卸的整体件。
- 4. 如权利要求 1所述的大功率 LED灯, 其特征是: 反光碗 (15a) 内外圈以外的区域分 布着由栏栅状散热片形成的散热通道。
- 5. 如权利要求 2所述的大功率 LED灯, 其特征是: 透镜压紧盖 (16)、 环状筒体 (9) 及 后端盖 (5) 由连接螺栓 (1 ) 联接成一密封整体。
- 6. 如权利要求 1所述的大功率 LED灯, 其特征是: 外壳 (19) 的形状为筒状。
- 7. 如权利要求 1所述的大功率 LED灯, 其特征是: 外壳 (19) 的形状呈多棱形状。
- 8. 如权利要求 1所述的大功率 LED灯, 其特征是: 外壳 (19) 上设有定位支架。
- 9. 如权利要求 1所述的大功率 LED灯, 其特征是: 外壳 (19) 上设有散热通孔。
