Claims (9)
- 발광 어셈블리가 반사볼(15a), LED(13) 및 렌즈(15)를 포함하고, 덮개(19), 발광 어셈블리 및 방열 핀(10)을 포함하는 고출력 LED 램프에 있어서,방열핀(10)은 덮개의 채널에 반경방향으로 설치되고, 각각의 방열 핀(10)의 외측단은 덮개(19)의 내부 벽과 연결되며, 내측단은 원기둥(9)의 외부 벽에 연결되고, 방열핀(10)의 모든 전단면은 원뿔형태의 오목한 토로스(torus)를 형성하며, 반사볼(15a)은 원뿔형태의 오목한 토로스 상에 제공되고; 원기둥(9)의 축은 덮개의 축과 일치하며, 원기둥(9)의 전단면은 평면이고, LED(13) 및 렌즈(15)는 평면상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,구동 전원(7)은 원기둥(9)에 설치되고, 눌림 렌즈 커버(16)는 원기둥(9)의 전단에 있으며, 후단 커버(5)는 후방부에 제공되고, 렌즈(15)는 눌림 렌즈 커버(16)와 원기둥(9)의 전단면 사이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 램프.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,덮개(19), 방열핀(10), 원기둥(9) 및 반사볼(15a)은 고정식(non removable) 일체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,펜스-형태 방열 핀에 의해 형성된 방열 채널은 반사볼(15a)의 링의 내측과 외측 영역들에 분배되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 램프.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,눌림 렌즈 커버(16), 원기둥(9) 및 후단 커버(5)는 연결 볼트(1)에 의해 통합 밀봉 바디로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,덮개(19)는 기둥 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,덮개(19)는 다중 마름모 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,위치설정 브래킷은 덮개(19) 상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,방열 관통 홀은 덮개(19)에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 램프.
