Abstract

本发明提供触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,其包括:面板驱动电路,包含栅极驱动块、数据驱动块、和信号控制块;以及液晶模块,所述液晶模块通过与数据像素连接的数据像素线在数据像素中存储数据,以响应自数据驱动块中提供的数据信号,并通过与读取像素连接的读取像素线读取数据。读取像素通过共享线连接至数据像素。

Description

触控式屏幕液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,尤其涉及通过使用具有共享数据像素线和读取像素线的结构的液晶模块而在像素内存储数据并读取触摸信息的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置。
背景技术
随着图形用户界面(下文称作“GUI”)系统的最近发展和普及,具有简单输入界面的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置已经广泛使用。触控式屏幕液晶显示装置为取代键盘和鼠标的输入装置,如果用户用手指直接触摸安装在液晶显示面板上的触控板,就可以执行所需操作。
触控式屏幕液晶显示装置允许用户在GUI环境如视窗操作系统中完成商务运作,其可以广泛地用于办公自动化领域、游戏应用领域、移动装置领域等。
这种触控式屏幕液晶显示装置分类为电阻型、电容型、红外线型、声波型、电磁型等。现今,已经积极地开展对于提供有具触控面板功能的液晶显示面板的集成型电容触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的研究,从而降低了触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的厚度。
上述触控式屏幕液晶显示装置基本上包括显示图像信息的液晶面板、粘接至液晶面板的触控板、控制器、源极驱动IC等。
电容触控式屏幕液晶显示装置具有的配置为基板上布置对应于输入键的多个极板,且互相以预定间距分离,而且电压施加于极板。电容触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的运行方式是当人的手指触摸极板时,根据手指和极板间的介电常数,通过侦测寄生电容确定该极板已经选择,然后确定的输入信号传送至终端的中央处理单元(CPU),从而执行对应该输入信号的输入。
图1为电路图,说明现有技术中电容触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的液晶模块的结构。
参考图1,现有技术中的电容触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的液晶模块100包括多个形成在基板上用于传送栅极信号的栅极线G1至G3,多个用于传送数据信号的数据像素线VDATA_1至VDATA_3,以及用于读取存储的信息的读取像素线RREAD1。可以理解的是,数据像素线VDATA_1至VDATA_3与读取像素线RREAD1分离。
如图1所示,在传统的电容触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的液晶模块100中,由于数据像素线与读取像素线分离,数据驱动电路SD-IC的通道输出负载对于所有的通道都一样,从而输出波形也一样。然而,具有上述结构的液晶模块存在的问题是当读取像素的数量增加,三原色(RGB)数据像素的开口率就会降低,而且需要大尺寸的液晶面板。
发明内容
因此,本发明已经为了解决现有技术中的问题做出努力,且本发明的目的是提供一种通过使用具有共享数据像素线和读取像素线的结构的液晶模块而在像素内存储数据并读取触摸信息的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种通过在具有共享数据像素线和读取像素线的结构的液晶模块中补偿共享线中发生的延迟而减少数据线和共享线的输出波形变化的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置。
为了获得上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,包括:面板驱动电路,包含栅极驱动块、数据驱动块、和信号控制块;以及液晶模块,其通过与数据像素连接的数据像素线在数据像素中存储数据,以响应自数据驱动块中提供的数据信号,并通过与读取像素连接的读取像素线读取数据,其中读取像素通过共享线与数据像素连接。
根据本发明的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,通过使用具共享数据像素线和读取像素线的结构的液晶模块可以确保数据像素的开口率,即使使用小尺寸的液晶面板。
而且,根据本发明的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,增加提供给用于驱动共享线的输出缓冲器的偏置电流或者增加与共享线的输出缓冲器连接的复用器的尺寸,从而补偿共享线内发生的延迟,最终减少输出波形的变化。

具体实施方式
现在参考实例以及所附图示详细说明本发明的具体实施例。
根据本发明的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置包括面板驱动电路和液晶模块。面板驱动电路包括栅极驱动块、数据驱动块、和信号控制块。由于栅极驱动块和信号控制块具有如现有技术中栅极驱动块和信号控制块相同的结构,除了数据驱动块之外,因此其详细说明将省略。
图2为电路图,说明根据本发明中触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的液晶模块的结构。
如图2所示,根据本发明中的电容触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的液晶模块200包括多个形成在基板上以传送栅极信号的栅极线G1至G3、多个用于传送数据信号的数据像素线VDATA_1至VDATA_3、以及用于读取存储的信息的读取像素线RREAD1。可以理解的是读取像素线RREAD1和数据像素线VDATA_3共享。
通过使用具有上述共享数据像素线和读取像素线的结构的液晶模块,可以增加三原色(RGB)数据像素的开口率。
图3A为电路图,说明本发明中触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的液晶模块和数据驱动块的结构,并且图3B为说明本发明中触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的数据像素线和共享线的时序的图式。
如图3A所示,根据本发明的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的数据驱动块300,其包括输出缓冲器单元310、复用器单元320、和连接垫单元330。
输出缓冲器单元310输出用于驱动液晶模块200的数据信号,并包括数据线输出缓冲器311和共享线输出缓冲器312。数据线输出缓冲器311将数据信号输出至数据像素线340并且共享线输出缓冲器312将数据信号输出至共享线350。
复用器单元320选择输出缓冲器单元310的输出信号的其中之一并将所选的信号传送至液晶模块200。复用器单元320包括数据线复用器321和共享线复用器322。数据线复用器321选择并传送数据线输出缓冲器311的输出信号的其中之一,并且共享线复用器322选择并传送共享线输出缓冲器312的输出信号的其中之一。
较佳地,复用器单元320进一步包括传送器323,其与数据线复用器321的输出端和共享线复用器322的输出端连接。
如图3B所示,当数据传送时,数据像素线340上加载高压而共享线350上加载低压。然而,在传送下一数据前,形成传送器323的连接,从而数据像素线340和共享线350的电荷共享,最终减少电流消耗。
连接垫单元330包括连接至液晶模块200的数据像素线340的数据线垫331和连接至共享线350的共享线垫332。
如图3A所示,在共享数据像素线和读取像素线的结构中,由于在共享线350中额外地增加寄生电容Cp和寄生电阻,不同于数据像素线340,与数据像素线340相比所述共享线350发生延迟现象。
因此,如果当驱动数据像素线340和共享线350的时候使用相同的输出缓冲器,发生输出波形变化,从而导致图像的差异。在这方面,需要提供能够补偿共享线350中延迟发生的技术。
根据本发明的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的数据驱动块300进一步包括偏置电流供应部313,其与共享线输出缓冲器312连接,以增加偏置电流,最终减少输出波形变化。此外,偏置电流供应部313的偏置电流可以通过偏置电流控制部(图中未示)产生的控制信号调节。
同时,根据本发明的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置的数据驱动块300,共享线复用器322的尺寸大于数据线复用器321的尺寸,也就是,进一步减少了电阻,从而可以减少输出延迟的变化。
尽管本发明的最佳实施例已经作为示例目的描述,熟悉本领域的技术人员可以明白在不脱离本发明范围和精神的前提下,如权利要求所要保护的内容,可以对本发明作出各种修改,添加和替换。

Claims (8)

1.一种触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,包括:
面板驱动电路,包含栅极驱动块、数据驱动块、和信号控制块;以及
液晶模组,其通过与数据像素连接的数据像素线在所述数据像素中存储数据,以响应自所述数据驱动块中提供的数据信号,并通过与读取像素连接的读取像素线读取数据,
其特征在于,所述读取像素通过共享线连接至所述数据像素。
2.如权利要求1所述的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述数据驱动块包括:
输出缓冲单元,其输出用于驱动所述液晶模块的数据信号;
复用器单元,其选择所述输出缓冲器单元的输出信号的其中之一并将所选的信号传送至所述液晶模块;以及
垫单元,连接至所述液晶模块的所述数据像素线和所述共享线。
3.如权利要求2所述的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述输出缓冲器单元包括:
数据线输出缓冲器,其将所述数据信号输出至所述数据像素线;以及
共享线输出缓冲器,其将所述数据信号输出至所述共享线。
4.如权利要求3所述的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,进一步包括偏置电流供应部,其将偏置电流施加至所述共享线输出缓冲器。
5.如权利要求4所述的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,进一步包括偏置电流控制部,其产生控制所述偏置电流的信号。
6.如权利要求3所述的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述复用器单元包括:
数据线复用器,其选择并传送所述数据线输出缓冲器的输出信号的其中之一;以及
共享线复用器,其选择并传送所述共享线输出缓冲器的输出信号的其中之一。
7.如权利要求6所述的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述共享线复用器具有比所述数据线复用器的电容更大的电容。
8.如权利要求6所述的触控式屏幕液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述复用器单元进一步包括传送器,其与所述数据线复用器的输出端和所述共享线复用器的输出端连接。
