本发明涉及一种分离隔离器,更具体地涉及一种具有可与止挡接合的扁线螺旋弹簧的分离隔离器,以限制皮带轮的旋转。
背景技术
由于较好的燃料经济性的益处,用于客车应用的柴油发动机的使用越来越多。此外,汽油发动机正提高压缩比,以改善燃料效率。结果,柴油和汽油发动机附件传动系统不得不克服由发动机的上述变化引起的来自曲轴的较大幅度的振动。
除高的加速/减速速率和高的交流发电机惯性之外,随着曲轴振动的增强,发动机附件传动系统常常经历由于皮带滑动引起的皮带啁啾噪声。这还将缩短皮带使用寿命。
曲轴隔离器和交流发电机分离器/隔离器已广泛地用于具有高的角振动的发动机,以在发动机操作速度范围中滤掉振动。然而,尽管曲轴隔离器在发动机运转速度范围中能很好地起作用;但在发动机起动或停止期间仍存在由隔离器自身的固有频率引起的问题。
交流发电机分离器/隔离器能消除交流发动机皮带轮处的皮带滑动问题,但其不能解决在曲轴皮带轮处出现的皮带滑动。对于某些发动机,不得不一起使用曲轴隔离器和交流发电机分离器/隔离器。不幸的是,这显著增加附件传动系统的成本,并且车辆制造商常常不愿支付此成本。
本技术领域的代表是美国专利No.6044943,其公开了一种曲轴分离器,该曲轴分离器具有安装轮毂、可旋转地安装在安装轮毂上的皮带轮、安装在所述皮带轮内的环形承载器、安装在环形承载器与皮带轮之间的偏压装置以及安装在环形承载器与皮带轮之间的单向离合器。偏压装置使皮带传动免受曲轴冲击,并降低皮带系统的角共振频率。单向离合器防止由于发动机的启动/停止或发动机突然的减速引起的传动中的皮带张力突然的反向,并防止由于张紧器对于反向模式不充分的输出而导致的瞬间反向滑动皮带尖叫。单向离合器限制可传递的最大扭矩量,以防止在瞬间过载期间的皮带打滑。
需要的是一种分离隔离器,其具有可与止挡接合的扁线螺旋弹簧,以限制皮带轮的旋转。本发明满足该需求。

本发明包括一种分离隔离器,其包括:皮带轮;轮毂构件,其包括止挡;扁线螺旋弹簧,其具有固定地连接至皮带轮的端部,该扁线螺旋弹簧具有可与止挡接合的另一端,以便限制皮带轮的旋转。

具体实施方式
图1是分离隔离器的透视图。分离器100包括皮带轮10。径向轴衬11与皮带轮10的内表面13接合。轴衬11与表面13接合。为清楚起见省略了轮毂构件20(见图2)。
轮毂盘12与皮带轮10配合地接合。轮毂盘12不是固定地连接至皮带轮10。相反,轮毂盘12固定地连接至轮毂构件20(见图2)。
扁线螺旋弹簧14通过端部16连接至皮带轮10。弹簧14的端部15与弹簧支撑件17接合。弹簧支撑件17接合轮毂构件20中的止挡21。螺旋弹簧14可包括扁线(flat wire)或圆线(round wire)。
在弹簧14的螺旋之间设置有塑料弹簧支撑件18。
图2是图1中的分离隔离器的分解视图。弹簧支撑件17的表面17a滑动地接合轮毂构件20的内表面23。在轮毂构件20与皮带轮10之间设置有轴向轴衬25。轴衬25滑动地促进轮毂构件20与皮带轮10之间的运动。在轮毂盘12与皮带轮10之间设置有轴向轴衬26。轴衬26滑动地促进轮毂构件20与皮带轮10之间的运动。
见图3,弹簧14通过紧固件30固定地连接至皮带轮10。轮毂盘12通过紧固件31固定地连接至轮毂构件20。分离器通过使用穿过轮毂盘12的紧固件连接至发动机曲轴(未示出)。弹簧支撑件17接合轮毂构件20上的止挡21。
皮带轮10能相对于轮毂构件20旋转并受止挡21限制。弹簧14缠绕并接触止挡21,以吸收沿第一方向(传动方向)的角振动。在减速期期间,弹簧14(并因此皮带轮10)将简单地与止挡21分离,并沿相反的方向自由旋转360度、180度、120度等,直到弹簧支撑件17再次接触止挡21为止。自由运动的范围取决于螺旋弹簧14的数量和止挡片21的数量。
支撑件18防止螺旋相对于彼此叠并(collapse),使支撑件17在猛烈驱动(hard drive)期间“松脱(ratchet)”通过止挡21。支撑件18还允许螺旋相对于彼此少许的滑动运动。
图3是图1中的分离隔离器的剖视透视图。紧固件30将端部16固定地连接至皮带轮10。支撑件17被示出与止挡21接合。
皮带轮相对于轮毂构件的相对旋转运动的范围大约为360°。这是因为使用一个弹簧和一个止挡。
图4是分离隔离器的替代实施例的透视图。除以下描述的差异以外,图4、5、6中的分离器与图1、2、3中所描述的相同。在该替代实施例中,代替单个扁线螺旋弹簧,具有两个扁线螺旋弹簧140和141。
图5是图4中的分离隔离器的分解视图。各弹簧的端部分别连接至弹簧支撑件170和171。弹簧140和141各自连接至皮带轮10。各弹簧支撑件170、171分别接合止挡210、211。
皮带轮相对于轮毂构件的相对旋转运动的范围大约为180°。这是因为使用两个弹簧和两个止挡。止挡设置成彼此相距180°。
图6是图4中的分离隔离器的剖视透视图。沿传动方向,弹簧支撑件170将接触止挡210,而弹簧支撑件171将接触止挡211。
沿相反的方向,例如在发动机减速期间,皮带轮10将旋转通过大约180°,使支撑件171接触止挡210,并且支撑件170接触止挡211。
尽管在此已描述了本发明的形式,但对于本领域的技术人员明显的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在部件的结构和关系中作出变化。

Claims (3)

1.一种分离隔离器,包括:
皮带轮;
轮毂构件,所述轮毂构件包括止挡;
扁线螺旋弹簧,所述扁线螺旋弹簧具有固定地连接至所述皮带轮的端部;
所述扁线螺旋弹簧具有能与所述止挡接合的另一端,以限制所述皮带轮的旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分离隔离器,还包括:
两个或更多个扁线螺旋弹簧;以及
两个或更多个止挡,各止挡配合地设置成接合各扁线螺旋弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分离隔离器,还包括设置在扁线螺旋弹簧的线圈之间的衬套。
