Abstract

背景技术
当前的现有技术包括各种类型的铆钉,这些铆钉用于在它们之间固定多个元件,其中例如文献ES2228503、ES2247173、ES2268139和ES2267470(在最近的技术中)以及文献ES0290910和ES273562(在较早的技术中)所述的铆钉。
这些已知的铆钉用于以快速且简单的方式来接合不同的材料,但是不能防止噪声、振动和运动在这些材料之间传递,并且这些已知的铆钉不适用于抵抗不同类型材料的收缩和膨胀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有新颖结构的通用弹性铆钉,该弹性铆钉由同轴安装的弹性体、杆和垫圈构成,该弹性体布置在垫圈和杆的头部之间。
所述弹性体包括外周突起,在铆接过程中该外围突起布置在待铆接的部件之间,从而防止在所述部件之间振动和噪声的传输,由此基于简单却极其有效的解决方案解决了上面提到的问题。

-图3d:将杆2的主体20折断而完成弹性接合。
具体实施方式
下面给出本发明的可行的实施方式的实施例的非限制性的描述。
本发明的对象是一种通用弹性铆钉,该弹性铆钉由弹性体1、杆2和垫圈3构成。
依照本发明并且根据所示的实施方式:
-弹性体1具有轴向孔10并且设置有外周突起11。该弹性体优选是旋转体;
-杆2具有细长构造并且在其两个端部上设置有两个头部21、22,在这两个头部21、22之间定位有所述弹性体1,所述杆2容纳在所述弹性体1的轴向孔10中,杆2的细长体20延伸穿越过该轴向孔10;
-所述垫圈3布置在杆2的头部22和弹性体1的其中一个基部之间。
更具体地,在图1中所示的实施方式中,本发明的弹性铆钉具有特定的特征,即由具有圆形横截面的弹性体1形成,并且弹性体1可为圆柱形或锥形的且设置有轴向孔或通孔10,刚性的或半刚性的杆2或传统的铆钉装配在该轴向孔或通孔10中。
所述杆2在其一个端部上具有一个头部21,该头部21抵靠弹性体1的端部,然而相对的另一端部是锥形的或尖形的并且穿过前述的弹性体1的另一端部到达外面,在这一端上有刚性或半刚性的止挡垫圈3。
弹性体1与杆2和垫圈3一起形成单个单元,该单元被插入待接合的构件C1、C2的孔中,结果是借助于合适的工具例如铆机R驱动杆2的尖形端部20,使得杆2滑动,从而弹性体1在杆的前述头部21和垫圈3之间压缩,压缩造成弹性体1的膨胀,随之将构件C1、C2弹性结合。
Claims (3)
1.一种通用弹性铆钉,其特征在于:
a)所述弹性铆钉由同轴装配的弹性体(1)、杆(2)和垫圈(3)构成;该弹性体(1)布置在所述垫圈(3)和所述杆(2)的头部(21)之间;
b)所述弹性体(1)包括外周突起(11),所述外周突起(11)在铆接过程中布置在待铆接的部件(C1)、(C2)之间,以防止振动和噪声在所述部件(C1)、(C2)之间传递。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通用弹性铆钉,其特征在于,所述杆(2)是刚性的或半刚性的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通用弹性铆钉,其特征在于,所述杆(2)是金属的螺柱或销。
