Abstract

一种汽车变速箱支撑板的生产工艺,包括:坯料处理、落料、压筋、切边、成型、压圆角、冲孔、切边、打字、冲凹点、钻孔、忽孔、钻斜孔、磨毛刺。采用上述的工艺,将原来的钻孔并去毛刺工艺,改为现在的冲孔工艺,由于冲孔工艺完成需要的时间非常短,所以相比于钻孔和之后的去毛刺工艺,可大大提高该产品的工作效率,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车变速箱支撑结构,汽车的变速箱全靠该支撑板支撑,是非常重要的汽车零部件。
背景技术
汽车变速箱支撑板的生产工艺通常是:坯料处理、落料、压筋、切边、成型、压圆角、钻孔并去毛刺、切边、打字、冲凹点、钻孔、忽孔、钻斜孔、磨毛刺。其中的钻孔并去毛刺工艺环节,速度慢、工效低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车变速箱支撑板的生产工艺,解决钻孔并去毛刺工艺环节,速度慢、工效低的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种汽车变速箱支撑板的生产工艺,包括:坯料处理、落料、压筋、切边、成型、压圆角、冲孔、切边、打字、冲凹点、钻孔、忽孔、钻斜孔、磨毛刺。
包括:
1坯料处理  将坯料处理成矩形,按产品的规格进行加工;
2落料  将坯料进行落料加工,形成合适的尺寸规格;
3压筋  采用压力机在坯料上压出两个加强筋(1);
4切边  对坯料的四角进行切边,采用斜切;
5成型  用压力机将经过切边工艺的坯料压入模具中,初步成型;
6压圆角  将两侧边(2)进行压圆角,形成圆弧边;
7冲孔  用压力机冲压出坯料两侧的孔(3);
8切边  切掉坯料多余的边角,主要是横向侧面的边角;
9打字  在坯料的表面刻上型号和编号;
10冲凹点  在坯料的内表面中部两侧冲压凹点(4);
11钻孔  在凹点(4)的斜对角两侧分别钻孔(5);
12忽孔  对所钻的孔(5)进行去毛刺;
13钻斜孔  对孔(3)进行扩斜;
14磨毛刺  把整个坯料表面的毛刺磨平,成型。
采用上述的工艺,将原来的钻孔并去毛刺工艺,改为现在的冲孔工艺,由于冲孔工艺完成需要的时间非常短,所以相比于钻孔和之后的去毛刺工艺,可大大提高该产品的工作效率,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种汽车变速箱支撑板的生产工艺,包括:
1坯料处理  将坯料处理成矩形,按产品的规格进行加工;
2落料  将坯料进行落料加工,形成合适的尺寸规格;
3压筋  采用压力机在坯料上压出两个加强筋1;
4切边  对坯料的四角进行切边,采用斜切;
5成型  用压力机将经过切边工艺的坯料压入模具中,初步成型;
6压圆角  将两侧边2进行压圆角,形成圆弧边;
7冲孔  用压力机冲压出坯料两侧的孔3;
8切边  切掉坯料多余的边角,主要是横向侧面的边角;
9打字  在坯料的表面刻上型号和编号;
10冲凹点  在坯料的内表面中部两侧冲压凹点4;
11钻孔  在凹点4的斜对角两侧分别钻孔5;
12忽孔  对所钻的孔5进行去毛刺;
13钻斜孔  对孔3进行扩斜;
14磨毛刺  把整个坯料表面的毛刺磨平,成型。
工艺流程七采用直接冲孔,可以为后部的流程十三做准备,不需要采用钻孔并去毛刺的工艺,这样可以提高整个流程的生产效率。

1.一种汽车变速箱支撑板的生产工艺,包括:坯料处理、落料、压筋、切边、成型、压圆角、冲孔、切边、打字、冲凹点、钻孔、忽孔、钻斜孔、磨毛刺,包括:
1)坯料处理  将坯料处理成矩形,按产品的规格进行加工;
2)落料  将坯料进行落料加工,形成合适的尺寸规格;
3)压筋  采用压力机在坯料上压出两个加强筋(1);
4)切边  对坯料的四角进行切边,采用斜切;
5)成型  用压力机将经过切边工艺的坯料压入模具中,初步成型;
6)压圆角  将两侧边(2)进行压圆角,形成圆弧边;
7)冲孔  用压力机冲压出坯料两侧的孔(3);
8)切边  切掉坯料多余的边角,主要是横向侧面的边角;
