技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括轮毂以及固定在所述轮毂上的叶片的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮,本发明还涉及一种应用了这样的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮的通风机或风扇。
背景技术
随着时间的推移,空调设备与冷却或通风设备的过滤材料和导管表面会因为在它们上面淤积污垢层和油脂层而被弄脏。在这些层中包含有细菌与真菌,这些细菌和真菌可通过气流进一步传播。这样,对于停留在相应的由空调设备调节空气或通风的房间中的人而言,可能会引起过敏与感染。众所周知,为避免这些问题或者减小这种风险,可在引导空气的设备部分的相应表面涂上抗菌或灭菌的涂层。对此,合适的活性材料是由如银、铜、钼等贵金属组成的金属复合物(Metall-Komplexe)的纳米级分子。另外也已公知,为此可应用含有银离子的粉末状陶瓷载体,由此金属离子能可逆地附在材料表面上。
发明内容
本发明的基本目的在于,使在通风装置中细菌、真菌、病毒,也就是病菌的传播途径能够更加安全,以抵抗这些病菌的传播。
根据本发明,这一目的是这样实现的,即,对于通风机构中存在的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮,在轮毂和/或叶片的表面上至少部分地具有起抗菌作用的活性材料。
此外,根据本发明,如果采用的通风机或风扇包括优选具有护栅的壳体和安置在所述壳体中的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮以及驱动所述通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮的电机和电机支架,而且至少在所述通风机或风扇引导空气的壳体部分的表面上具有起抗菌作用的活性材料,则是有利的。作为起抗菌作用的活性材料采用的是金属复合物的纳米级分子,尤其是像银、铜、钼等贵金属的金属复合物的纳米级分子。这种分子具有微动(olygodynamisch)、抗菌的效用。通过涂以这样的纳米级分子,就使经相应涂覆的表面免受到细菌、病毒性微生物及真菌的侵袭。它们阻止了生物膜的形成,并通过杀菌的功效消灭经涂覆的表面上的微生物。
可选地,活性材料也可以是一种包含有例如银离子的陶瓷载体,其中,作为陶瓷载体尤其可采用铝硅酸盐。这样的活性材料以粉末状引入到所述涂层中。
根据本发明,起抗菌作用的活性材料被引入到漆、粉末涂料或塑料混合物中,这样,通过将所述活性材料按照要求以不同的浓度添加到相应的材料中,使得它们能够作为表面的涂层或者以漆层或者表面薄膜的形式施用。
同样也可以将起抗菌作用的活性材料拌和到通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮或者通风机壳体或风扇壳体的部件的制造材料中。
通风机或风扇通常包括壳体,在所述壳体中安置可旋转的所述通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮,其中,所述通风机叶轮和集成于其中的电机被一同固定在电机支架上。另外,所述壳体可配备护栅。对于通风机的部件,尤其是对于那些引导空气或者位于输送的气流中的部件,在其表面上具有根据本发明的活性材料以起到抗菌作用,也落入本发明的范围之内。在此,根据所预计的细菌负担最高的地方的不同,活性材料涂层的浓度在各部件上可以相同,或者也可以不同。各种通风机的结构形式对于本发明的实施是不重要的,因而本发明可应用于任何类型的通风机,特别是轴向与径向通风机是常见的。
本发明并不限于所描述的实施例,而是包括所有在本发明的意义上具有相同作用的设备。
在本发明的意义上,抗菌是指不但有效地抵抗细菌,而且也有效地抵抗病毒与真菌。

Claims (11)

1.通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮,其包括轮毂以及固定在所述轮毂上的叶片,其特征在于,所述轮毂和/或所述叶片在其表面上至少局部地具有起抗菌作用的活性材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮,其特征在于,所述活性材料包含金属复合物的纳米级分子,尤其像银、铜、钼等贵金属的金属复合物的纳米级分子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮,其特征在于,所述活性材料包括其中含有银离子的陶瓷载体,所述陶瓷材料优选为铝硅酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮,其特征在于,所述抗菌的活性材料形成在所述轮毂和/或叶片的表面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮,其特征在于,表面层包括喷镀层、漆层或薄膜。
6.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮,其特征在于,所述活性材料被混合到所述通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮的制造材料中。
7.通风机或风扇,其包括壳体和安置在所述壳体中的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮以及驱动所述通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮的电机和电机支架,所述壳体优选具有护栅,其特征在于,所述通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮是根据权利要求1至6之一所述的通风机叶轮或风扇叶轮。
8.根据权利要求7所述的通风机或风扇,其特征在于,所述壳体和优选所述支架以及护栅至少在其引导空气的部分的表面上具有抗菌的活性材料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的通风机或风扇,其特征在于,抗菌的活性材料与根据权利要求2或3所述的活性材料一致。
10.根据权利要求7至9之一所述的通风机或风扇,其特征在于,所述抗菌的活性材料被包含在表面层,尤其是漆层、喷镀层或薄膜中。
11.根据权利要求7至9之一所述的通风机或风扇,其特征在于,所述抗菌的活性材料被混合到所述通风机的制造材料中。
