Abstract

本发明是一种汽车前桥轮毂轴承预紧力调节装置,属汽车转向装置,其特征是该转向节主轴的左圆柱端段带有外螺纹,在转向节主轴的左圆柱端段上前后对称地开设左右向的矩形止动直槽,在转向节主轴的左圆柱端段上套装内径带有矩形凸块的环形减磨挡片,减磨挡片的矩形凸块对应嵌装在转向节主轴左圆柱端段上的矩形止动长直槽中以限位,然后在转向节主轴的左圆柱端段上旋装六方尖角部对称地开设螺孔的调整螺母,拧紧并达到预紧力,接着在转向节主轴上位于调整螺母的左侧安装圆周均布开设通孔且内径上前后对称地带有矩形凸块的环形锁片,在锁片上的与调整螺母上的螺孔对应相通的通孔中穿装螺栓并拧紧,使轮毂轴承处于最佳工作状态,保证使用寿命。

汽车前桥轮毂轴承预紧力调节装置
技术领域
本发明属汽车转向装置,尤其是涉及一种汽车轮毂轴承预紧力调节装置。
背景技术
现有汽车,尤其是重型卡车,其前桥轮毂轴承预紧力调整装置多采用开有径向通孔的转向节端部与开槽螺母相配合并通过开口销锁止的方法,往往因调节好轮毂轴承预紧力后,开槽螺母的槽口与转向节端部的径向通孔不成一直线,致使开口销不能穿过,不得不再拧转开槽螺母,以使开槽螺母的槽口与转向节端部的径向通孔对应处于同一直线上,从而导致轮毂轴承预紧力改变,往往未能满足预设要求,导致轮毂轴承未处于正常的工作状态,严重影响轮毂轴承的性能和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车前桥轮毂轴承预紧力调节装置,一方面通过调节调整螺母的松紧,可使轮毂轴承达到任意预紧力,同时用组合螺栓将调整螺母与锁片固定使调整螺母不松动,从而使轮毂轴承满足预紧力要求,使轮毂轴承接近理论工作状态,延长轮毂轴承的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的,一种汽车前桥轮毂轴承预紧力调节装置,包括转向节、轮毂和左圆锥滚子轴承、右圆锥滚子轴承,轮毂通过左、右圆锥滚子轴承安装在转向节主轴上并绕此主轴旋转,其特征是:
该转向节主轴的左圆柱端段带有外螺纹,在此转向节主轴的左圆柱端段上前后对称地开设左右向的矩形止动直槽,并使前侧或后侧的矩形止动直槽直达转向节主轴的左圆柱端段右侧的圆柱段上成为矩形止动长直槽,在转向节主轴的左圆柱端段上套装内径带有矩形凸块的环形减磨挡片,并使该减磨挡片抵靠在左圆锥滚子轴承上,减磨挡片上的矩形凸块对应嵌装在转向节主轴左圆柱端段上的矩形止动长直槽中以限位,防止减磨挡片的转动,然后在转向节主轴的左圆柱端段上旋装调整螺母,拧紧并达到预紧力,在该调整螺母的六方尖角部对称地开设螺孔,接着在转向节主轴上位于调整螺母的左侧安装环形锁片,在该环形锁片上圆周均布开设通孔,并使各通孔的中心圆的半径与调整螺母六方尖角部上的螺孔的中心圆半径相一致,在该锁片的内径上前后对称地带有矩形凸块并使此矩形凸块嵌装进转向节主轴的左圆柱端段上的矩形止动直槽中以限位,防止锁片的转动,然后,在锁片上的与调整螺母上的螺孔对应相通的通孔中穿装螺栓并拧紧,并在此螺栓上对应套装平垫片和弹簧垫片,直至拧紧,由于锁片的限位,调整螺母也得到限位而止动,使轮毂轴承(即左圆锥滚子轴承和右圆锥滚子轴承)处于最佳工作状态,保证了轮毂轴承的使用寿命。
本发明提出的汽车前桥轮毂轴承预紧力调节装置,结构合理,安装牢固,使用可靠,轮毂轴承符合理论预紧力要求,使轮毂轴承处于最佳工作状态,保证了轮毂轴承使用寿命。
现结合附图和实施例对本发明所提出的汽车前桥轮毂轴承预紧力调节装置做进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
从图1-图4中可以看出:一种汽车前桥轮毂轴承预紧力调节装置,包括转向节1、轮毂2和左圆锥滚子轴承4、右圆锥滚子轴承3,轮毂2通过左、右圆锥滚子轴承4、3安装在转向节1主轴上并绕此主轴旋转,其特征是:
该转向节1主轴的左圆柱端段带有外螺纹,在此转向节1主轴的左圆柱端段上前后对称地开设左右向的矩形止动直槽,并使前侧或后侧的矩形止动直槽直达转向节1主轴的左圆柱端段右侧的圆柱段上成为矩形止动长直槽9,在转向节1主轴的左圆柱端段上套装内径带有矩形凸块的环形减磨挡片5,并使该减磨挡片5抵靠在左圆锥滚子轴承4上,减磨挡片5上的矩形凸块对应嵌装在转向节1主轴左圆柱端段上的矩形止动长直槽9中以限位,防止减磨挡片5的转动,然后在转向节1主轴的左圆柱端段上旋装调整螺母6,拧紧并达到预紧力,在该调整螺母6的六方尖角部对称地开设螺孔10,接着在转向节1主轴上位于调整螺母6的左侧安装环形锁片7,在该环形锁片7上圆周均布开设通孔11,并使各通孔11的中心圆的半径与调整螺母6六方尖角部上的螺孔10的中心圆半径相一致,在该锁片7的内径上前后对称地带有矩形凸块并使此矩形凸块嵌装进转向节1主轴的左圆柱端段上的矩形止动直槽中以限位,防止锁片7的转动,然后,在锁片7上的与调整螺母6上的螺孔10对应相通的通孔11中穿装螺栓8并拧紧,并在此螺栓8上对应套装平垫片和弹簧垫片,直至拧紧,由于锁片7的限位,调整螺母6也得到限位而止动,使轮毂轴承(即左圆锥滚子轴承4和右圆锥滚子轴承3)处于最佳工作状态,保证了轮毂轴承的使用寿命。

Claims (1)

1.一种汽车前桥轮毂轴承预紧力调节装置,包括转向节(1)、轮毂(2)和左圆锥滚子轴承(4)和右圆锥滚子轴承(3),其特征是:
该转向节(1)主轴的左圆柱端段带有外螺纹,在此转向节(1)主轴的左圆柱端段上前后对称地开设左右向的矩形止动直槽,并使前侧或后侧的矩形止动直槽直达转向节(1)主轴的左圆柱端段右侧的圆柱段上成为矩形止动长直槽(9),在转向节(1)主轴的左圆柱端段上套装内径带有矩形凸块的环形减磨挡片(5),并使该减磨挡片(5)抵靠在左圆锥滚子轴承(4)上,减磨挡片(5)的矩形凸块对应嵌装在转向节(1)主轴左圆柱端段上的矩形止动长直槽(9)中以限位,在转向节(1)主轴的左圆柱端段上旋装调整螺母(6),拧紧并达到预紧力,在该调整螺母(6)的六方尖角部对称地开设螺孔(10),接着在转向节(1)主轴上位于调整螺母(6)的左侧安装环形锁片(7),在该环形锁片(7)上圆周均布开设通孔(11),并使各通孔(11)的中心圆的半径与调整螺母(6)六方尖角部上的螺孔(10)的中心圆半径相一致,在该锁片(7)的内径上前后对称地带有矩形凸块并使此矩形凸块嵌装进转向节(1)主轴的左圆柱端段上的矩形止动直槽中以限位,在锁片(7)上的与调整螺母(6)上的螺孔(10)对应相通的通孔(11)中穿装螺栓(8)并拧紧,并在此螺栓(8)上对应套装平垫片和弹簧垫片。
