Abstract

本发明公开一种带有透光盖的PAR灯金属灯杯翻边机，包括有机架，在机架上设有旋转杯模，旋转杯模的边缘设有翻边元件，在旋转杯模的上方设有与旋转杯模同步转动的转动压件，在机架上设有控制转动压件上下升降的升降机构，采用上述技术方案后，只要把铝杯倒放在杯模内，在铝杯出口处放置透明盖，然后用转动压件压住透明盖，使杯模旋转，翻边元件靠向铝杯出口边缘，随着铝杯的转动，翻边元件把铝杯边缘向中心方向翻折，将透明盖锁在铝杯内，从而避免只用胶水而出现透明盖意外掉落的事故。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种带有透光盖的PAR灯金属灯杯翻边机。
背景技术：
现有的金卤PAR灯铝杯底部的透明盖是只利用胶水固定的，在使用的过程中，容易出现因胶水老化、粘结力不足或受热软化等原因而导致透明盖掉落，发生事故，为此厂家设计出了铝杯底部成翻边结构，防止透明盖掉落的金卤PAR灯，但目前没有专门加工这翻边结构的设备。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种可加工出翻边结构，防止透明盖掉落的金卤PAR灯灯杯翻边机。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种带有透光盖的PAR灯金属灯杯翻边机，包括有机架，在机架上设有旋转杯模，旋转杯模的边缘设有翻边元件，在旋转杯模的上方设有与旋转杯模同步转动的转动压件，在机架上设有控制转动压件上下升降的升降机构。
升降机构由滑轨、滑条和复位弹簧构成，复位弹簧连接机架和滑条，滑轨设于机架上，转动压件设于滑条的底部，滑条上设有下压杆。
在机架上设有可靠向或离开旋转杯模的摆臂，翻边元件为翻边轮，翻边轮设在摆臂上。
采用上述技术方案后，只要把铝杯倒放在杯模内，在铝杯出口处放置透明盖，然后用转动压件压住透明盖，使杯模旋转，翻边元件靠向铝杯出口边缘，随着铝杯的转动，翻边元件把铝杯边缘向中心方向翻折，将透明盖锁在铝杯内，从而避免只用胶水而出现透明盖意外掉落的事故。

现结合附图详细阐述本发明：
本实施例的带有透明盖的金卤PAR灯灯杯翻边机，包括有机架1，在机架1上设有旋转杯模2，机架1的下部设有驱动旋转杯模2转动的电机(图中没标出)，在旋转杯模2的上方设有固定滑轨3，固定滑轨3上设有滑条4，滑条4的顶部设有与机架1相连的复位弹簧5，滑条4的底部设有可跟随旋转杯模2同步转动转动压件6，在滑条4的中部铰接有下压杆7，下压杆7的末端与机架1铰接，在机架1上设有轴芯8，该轴芯8上活动套装有可靠向或离开旋转杯模2的摆臂9，摆臂9上设有翻边轮10。
本翻边机的工作过程是：往旋转杯模2内放置铝杯，在铝杯的出口处放置透明盖，启动电机驱使旋转杯模2旋转，操作者下压下压杆7，驱动滑条4向下运动，使转动压件6压住透明盖并与旋转杯模2一同转动，拉动摆臂9靠向旋转杯模2，翻边轮10压逼铝杯边缘向内翻折，操作者保持下压杆7和摆臂9的压力，在旋转杯模2转动下完成对整个铝杯的翻边工作，翻边完成后，透明盖被锁紧在铝杯出口处，最后松开下压杆7和移开摆臂9，下压杆7在复位弹簧5的作用下往上退回，取出成品。
本灯杯翻边机的升降机构也可以采用气缸控制实现滑条的上下滑动动作。
上述参照实施例对该带有透明盖的金卤PAR灯灯杯翻边机进行的描述是说明性的而不是限定性的，因此在不脱离发明总体构思下的变化和修改，应属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种带有透光盖的PAR灯金属灯杯翻边机，包括有机架，其特征在于：在机架上设有旋转杯模，旋转杯模的边缘设有翻边元件，在旋转杯模的上方设有与旋转杯模同步转动的转动压件，在机架上设有控制转动压件上下升降的升降机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有透光盖的PAR灯金属灯杯翻边机，其特征在于：升降机构由滑轨、滑条和复位弹簧构成，复位弹簧连接机架和滑条，滑轨设于机架上，转动压件设于滑条的底部，滑条上设有下压杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有透光盖的PAR灯金属灯杯翻边机，其特征在于：在机架上设有可靠向或离开旋转杯模的摆臂，翻边元件为翻边轮，翻边轮设在摆臂上。
