技术领域:
本发明涉及一种电池防爆技术,特别是一种锂离子电池的防爆膜组合件。
背景技术:
锂离子动力电池或者超级电容,在使用过程中因内部会产生大量的气体,在达到极限时不能释放就会导致爆炸,而现有防爆膜的结构多为焊接或者其他固接结构,虽然避免电池爆炸,但防爆膜一旦破裂而不能更换,造成电池报废。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种便于安装、更换和适用范围广的一种锂离子电池的防爆膜组合件。本发明的技术方案是,包括防爆膜,其特征在于:环形塑料体内的下部固连有防爆膜。所述防爆膜,其外沿与环形塑料体相接触部分为波纹或外端为L形。本发明与现有技术比较具有安装、更换方便且使用范围广的显著优点。

附图是本发明锂离子电池的防爆膜组合件。
具体实施方式:
为了解决现有电池防爆膜在爆破后不能更换的缺限,本发明采用了将防爆膜注塑在环形塑料体中形成防爆膜组合件。防爆膜2处在环形塑料体1的部分设有波纹或者其外缘为折弯,以增强其与环形塑料体间的牢固性。作为实施此防爆膜组合件的一个实施例:在锂电池的盖板5上设有一台阶孔4,此台阶孔与防爆组合件相配,在台阶孔的上部为螺纹,下端面与防爆膜组合件的下端面相对。
本发明的防爆和更换方法是,将预制的内设防爆膜(铜箔或铝箱)的防爆膜组合件置于盖板的螺纹台阶孔中,用管螺纹体3将防爆组合件固定在盖板上,当更换防爆膜时,松开螺纹管,即可更换,十分方便和快捷。

1.一种锂离子电池的防爆膜组合件,包括防爆膜,其特征在于:环形塑料体内的下部固连有防爆膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种锂离子电池的防爆膜组合件,其特征在于:所述防爆膜,其外沿与环形塑料体相接触部分为波纹或外端为L形。
