技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种小外径动力电池,尤其是涉及一种钢壳圆柱小外径动力电池。
背景技术
现在国内的小外径动力电池防爆组合盖帽作法一种是由镀镍钢帽、防爆片、泡沫镍和密封圈组成,防爆片为平面结构,由于没有连接片,此款组合帽没有断电功能,中间泡沫镍在压力下厚度会变小,造成电池漏液。第二种作法是由镀镍钢帽、防爆片、铜环、连接片和密封圈组成,这样连接片极耳焊接区面积小,不利于组合帽与电芯的连接,铜环与钢帽、防爆片之间存在接触电阻,使组合帽阻值偏大,且不稳定。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种小外径圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽。
一种小外径圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽1、内环2、防爆片3、连接片4和包覆在外围的密封圈6;所述的连接片底部增加了铝板5,连接片底面增加的铝片增加了极耳焊接面积。
所述的钢帽与内环之间通过锡焊连接,防爆片与内环之间通过激光焊接连接,钢帽、防爆片、内环为整体,降低了组合帽的阻值。所述的钢帽1为表面镀镍的碳钢;所述的内环2为表面镀镍的纯铝;所述的防爆片3、连接片4、铝板5为纯铝;所述的密封圈6为聚丙烯。
采用本实用新型,因为铝板表面为平面,增加了极耳的焊接面积,钢帽、内环、防爆片焊接在一起,可以确保组合帽阻值低于0.5毫欧,通流能力更强大,利于电池高功率大电流性能的发挥。
当电池正常工作时,可保证低阻耗,大功率的通流能力。当电池发生异常时将电池内部断路,严重时防爆片及时破裂来泄掉电池内压,更可靠有效地发挥防爆组合盖帽的安全保护功能。
