背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,许多设备与工具对电池的要求不断提高,例如电动工具、航空模型等在启动时需要提供大电流。
传统圆柱形锂离子电池盖帽中含有PTC(热敏电阻特殊材料),这种电池在小电流放电时,PTC不动作,不影响电池放电能量;在大电流放电时PTC有阻抗,并随着温度升高阻抗增大,导致电池压降大,放电能量低。

本实用新型的目的在于解决上述不足,改善圆柱形锂离子电池盖帽结构,提供一种能大电流放电的圆柱形锂离子动力电池盖帽。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题而采取的技术方案是:
一种圆柱形锂离子动力电池盖帽,包括:中部设有球形凹面、周边设有包边的防爆铝片,位于防爆铝片上方、呈帽形的上盖,两端孔径不同的圆管状密封圈,嵌入密封胶圈下开孔内、并与嵌入密封胶圈上开孔内的防爆铝片球形凹面外部固接的小铝片,其特征是:还包括发泡镍环,所述的发泡镍环设置在防爆铝片与上盖之间,防爆铝片的包边包住上盖的边缘并使两者固接密封。
本实用新型的有益效果是:盖帽内阻小,阻值稳定,一致性好,可满足大电流放电要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种圆柱形锂离子动力电池盖帽,包括:上盖1、密封胶圈2、防爆铝片3、发泡镍环4、小铝片5;上盖1位于防爆铝片3的上方,呈帽形;密封胶圈2两端设有不同孔径的圆孔;防爆铝片3的中部设有球形凹面,周边设有包边;在防爆铝片3与上盖1之间设置有发泡镍环4,所述防爆铝片3的包边将上盖1的边缘包住冲压,使上盖1、发泡镍环4、防爆铝片3压紧,防爆铝片3的包边与上盖1的边缘密封固接,并嵌入所述的密封胶圈2的上开孔内,密封胶圈2的下开孔内嵌入小铝片5,小铝片5与防爆铝片3的球形凹面外部固接在一起,组成锂离子动力电池盖帽。
工作原理
本实用新型在使用时,首先将动力电池盖帽安装于圆柱形锂电池上,小铝片与电芯正极耳连接,当锂电池失效而导致内部气体压力达到设定的保护压力时,在气压的作用下电池盖帽中防爆铝片球形凹面向上翻转,由于小铝片5嵌入在密封胶圈中,所以电池盖帽中防爆铝片球形凹面向上翻转运动时,小铝片5与防爆铝片3就会脱离,电池形成断路不能进行充放电,避免电池失效后继续使用而出现电池爆炸现象。

1.一种圆柱形锂离子动力电池盖帽,包括:中部设有球形凹面、周边设有包边的防爆铝片(3),位于防爆铝片(3)上方、呈帽形的上盖(1),两端孔径不同的圆管状密封圈(2),嵌入密封胶圈(2)下开孔内、并与嵌入密封胶圈(2)上开孔内的防爆铝片(3)球形凹面外部固接的小铝片(5),其特征是:还包括发泡镍环(4),所述的发泡镍环(4)设置在防爆铝片(3)与上盖(1)之间,防爆铝片(3)的包边包住上盖(1)的边缘并使两者固接。
