本实用新型公开了一种铝钎焊一体型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板,包括盖板(1)、防爆片(2)、隔离圈(3)、孔板(4)和连接片(5),所述隔离圈(3)和孔板(4)包裹防爆片(2);所述防爆片(2)采用“Z”型结构;所述连接片(5)钎焊在盖板(1)上;所述防爆片(2)与盖板(1)密封焊接。所述的盖板(1)为铝合金,所述的防爆片(2)为纯铝,所述的孔板(4)为纯铝,所述的隔离圈(3)为高分子材料,所述的连接片(5)为铝镍复合片,所述的连接片(5)为铝镍复合片。连接片(5)与盖板钎焊连接,增加了连接强度,盖板与防爆片密封焊接,增加了连接强度,同时保证了电池密封性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种动力电池的组合盖板,尤其是涉及一种圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板。
背景技术
动力电池内密闭有非水解液,当充电器出现过分充电或误使用等故障时,常会在电池内部产生异常气体,异常气体的聚集会使电池内部产生过大的压力。在发生异常时防爆阀直接泄压,导致电解液溢出,污染环境,腐蚀周围零件,有些电池不具有防爆功能,安全性低。当组间电池有相对运动时,会造成连接片与电池之间的扯动,使电池失效。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种铝钎焊一体型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板。
铝钎焊一体型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板,包括盖板1、防爆片2、隔离圈3、孔板4和连接片5,所述隔离圈3和孔板4包裹防爆片2;所述防爆片2采用“Z”型结构;所述连接片5钎焊在盖板1上;所述防爆片2与盖板1密封焊接。所述的盖板1为铝合金,所述的防爆片2为纯铝,所述的孔板4为纯铝,所述的隔离圈3为高分子材料,所述的连接片5为铝镍复合片,所述的连接片5为铝镍复合片。
连接片5与盖板钎焊连接,增加了连接强度,盖板与防爆片密封焊接,增加了连接强度,同时保证了电池密封性。
电池正常工作时,可保证低能耗。当电池发生异常时将电池内部断路,严重时防爆片能及时破裂,更可靠有效地发挥防爆组合盖板的安全保护功能。电池与外部连接错位时,盖板与电池整体会一起移动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的一个具体实施例做进一步的说明。
铝钎焊一体型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板,包括盖板1、防爆片2、隔离圈3、孔板4和连接片5。
所述隔离圈3和孔板4包裹防爆片2;所述防爆片2采用“Z”型结构,,电池充放电发生异常时,电解液气化导致电池内部压力增大,防爆片2与孔板4脱离,使得电池内部压力释放。
所述连接片5钎焊在盖板1上;所述防爆片2与盖板1密封焊接,连接片5与盖板钎焊连接,增加了连接强度,盖板与防爆片密封焊接,增加了连接强度,同时保证了电池密封性。
所述的盖板1为铝合金,所述的防爆片2为纯铝,所述的孔板4为纯铝,所述的隔离圈3为高分子材料,所述的连接片5为铝镍复合片,所述的连接片5为铝镍复合片。

1.铝钎焊一体型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板,包括盖板(1)、防爆片(2)、隔离圈(3)、孔板(4)和连接片(5),所述隔离圈(3)和孔板(4)包裹防爆片(2);其特征在于:所述防爆片(2)采用“Z”型结构;所述连接片(5)钎焊在盖板(1)上;所述防爆片(2)与盖板(1)密封焊接。
