本实用新型涉及供电领域中的一种大外径动力电池上的盖帽,特别涉及一种Z结构包边动力电池防爆组合盖帽。
背景技术
现在国内的包边动力电池防爆组合盖帽作法一是由镀镍钢帽、防爆片和密封圈组成,防爆压力只能控制在1.5-2.0MPa左右,使电池在断电后防爆片很容易开裂,发生电解液泄漏;当防爆压力达到2.0MPa以上时则无法开启,从而失去防爆作用。第二种作法是将钢帽顶部改小,这样增加了电池串并联时焊接的难度。
发明内容
针对现有包边动力电池防爆组合盖帽的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种Z结构包边动力电池防爆组合盖帽。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的措施是:
一种Z结构包边动力电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽、防爆片和包履在防爆片外部的密封圈,防爆片与钢帽相连,钢帽与防爆片之间设置有凸台,凸台内安装有钢片,防爆片通过隔离圈与连接片相连,连接片包裹在密封圈内;
所述防爆片为Z型包边防爆片,钢帽通过激光焊接方式连接在防爆片内;
所述钢帽与钢片之间通过锡焊连接;
所述密封圈的材质为聚丙烯;
所述隔离圈的材质为PBT;
所述钢帽的材质为表面镀镍的钢。
本实用新型的有益效果:当电池正常工作时,可保证低阻耗,大功率的通流能力;当电池发生异常时将电池内部断路,严重时防爆片能及时破裂,更可靠有效地发挥防爆组合盖帽的安全保护功能。

具体实施方式
一种Z结构包边动力电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽1、防爆片2和包履在防爆片2外部的密封圈3,防爆片2与钢帽1相连,钢帽1与防爆片2之间设置有凸台,凸台内安装有钢片5,防爆片2通过隔离圈6与连接片4相连,连接片4包裹在密封圈3内;所述防爆片2为Z型包边防爆片,钢帽1通过激光焊接方式连接在防爆片2内;所述钢帽1与钢片5之间通过锡焊连接;所述密封圈3的材质为聚丙烯;所述隔离圈6的材质为PBT;所述钢帽1的材质为表面镀镍的钢。
本实用新型的有益效果:钢帽与防爆片激光焊接,可以使阻值更低,低于0.5毫欧,使通流能力更强大,利于电池高功率大电流性能的发挥;防爆片包裹钢帽,可以防止电解液从钢帽与防爆片之间渗出,能更好的起密封作用;钢片可以防止防爆片变形过大,使防爆压力可以根据需要调整;钢片与钢帽之间通过锡焊固定,可以防止钢片在组合帽内不晃动,增加了抗震性;当电池正常工作时,可保证低阻耗,大功率的通流能力。当电池发生异常时将电池内部断路,严重时防爆片能及时破裂,更可靠有效地发挥防爆组合盖帽的安全保护功能。
