本实用新型公开了一种防堵塞超声焊圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽(1)、防爆片(3)、连接片(4)、支撑板(5)、隔离圈(6)及包裹在外周的密封圈(7)组成,所述连接片(4)与所述支撑板(5)上增加了环形孔。所述的锂电池防爆组合盖帽,在所述钢帽(1)与连接片(4)之间设置有内环(2)。所述的锂电池防爆组合盖帽,所述防爆片(3)外边缘呈“U”型,包覆所述钢帽(1)的外边缘端。所述的钢帽(1)为表面镀镍的碳钢。所述的内环(2)为表面镀镍的纯铝。所述的防爆片(3)为纯铝。所述的连接片(4)为纯铝。所述的支撑板(5)为纯铝。所述的隔离圈(6)为高分子材料。所述的密封圈(7)为聚丙烯。

技术领域
  本实用新型涉及一种防爆组合盖帽,尤其是涉及一种圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽。 
背景技术
  现在国内的动力锂电池卷芯与盖帽之间通过极耳连接,而极耳与盖帽之间一般通过激光焊接连接,此焊接稳定性差,且极耳与盖帽连接面小,不适宜大电流通过;另一种做法是通过超声波焊接连接,稳定性好,且极耳与盖帽连接面积大,能减少大电流通过时的发热,但超声焊接极耳需要考虑CID焊点的抗震性,故排气孔面积较小。 
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种防堵塞超声焊圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽。 
本实用新型公开了一种防堵塞超声焊圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽1、防爆片3、连接片4、支撑板5、隔离圈6及包裹在外周的密封圈7组成,所述连接片4增加了环形孔10,所述支撑板5上增加了环形孔9,环形孔9与环形孔10正好相对设置。所述的锂电池防爆组合盖帽,在所述钢帽1与连接片4之间设置有内环2。所述的锂电池防爆组合盖帽,所述防爆片3外边缘呈“U”型,包覆所述钢帽1的外边缘端。所述的钢帽1为表面镀镍的碳钢。所述的内环2为表面镀镍的纯铝,所述的防爆片3、连接片4、支撑板5为纯铝。所述的隔离圈6为高分子材料。所述的密封圈7为聚丙烯。 
采用本发明,极耳与盖帽可以通过超声波焊接,大大增加了电池稳定性及通流能力。连接片排气孔面积增加,可以确保电池在过度异常(如短路、高温环境)时,不会因为电池内部物质喷出而堵塞排气孔,从而有效断路及泄压,起到安全防爆作用。 
当电池正常工作时,可保证低阻耗,大功率的通流能力。当电池发生异常时将电池内部断路,严重时防爆片及时破裂来泄掉电池内压,可靠有效地发挥防爆组合盖帽的安全保护功能。

具体实施方式
   下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明。 
实施例一:如图1、图2所示的防堵塞超声焊圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽1、防爆片3、连接片4、支撑板5、隔离圈6及包裹在外周的密封圈7组成,所述连接片4增加了环形孔10,所述支撑板5上增加了环形孔9,环形孔9与环形孔10正好相对设置。所述的锂电池防爆组合盖帽,在所述钢帽1与连接片4之间设置有内环2。所述的钢帽1为表面镀镍的碳钢。所述的内环2为表面镀镍的纯铝,所述的防爆片3、连接片4、支撑板5为纯铝。所述的隔离圈6为高分子材料。所述的密封圈7为聚丙烯。

实施例二,如图2所示的防堵塞超声焊圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽1、防爆片3、连接片4、支撑板5、隔离圈6及包裹在外周的密封圈7组成,所述连接片4增加了环形孔10,所述支撑板5上增加了环形孔9,环形孔9与环形孔10正好相对设置所述的锂电池防爆组合盖帽,在所述钢帽1与连接片4之间设置有内环2。所述的锂电池防爆组合盖帽,所述防爆片3外边缘呈“U”型,包覆所述钢帽1的外边缘端。所述的钢帽1为表面镀镍的。碳钢。所述的防爆片3、连接片4、支撑板5为纯铝。所述的隔离圈6为高分子材料。所述的密封圈7为聚丙烯。

1.一种防堵塞超声焊圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽,包括钢帽(1)、防爆片(3)、连接片(4)、支撑板(5)、隔离圈(6)及包裹在外周的密封圈(7)组成,其特征在于:所述连接片(4)与所述支撑板(5)上增加了环形孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防堵塞超声焊圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于:所述的锂电池防爆组合盖帽,在所述钢帽(1)与连接片(4)之间设置有内环(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防堵塞超声焊圆柱锂电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于:所述的锂电池防爆组合盖帽,所述防爆片(3)外边缘呈“U”型,包覆所述钢帽(1)的外边缘端。
