用于组装接合式风力涡轮机叶片的方法
技术领域
本公开内容涉及一种风力涡轮机叶片及其组装方法。
背景技术
本文所公开的主题主要涉及风力涡轮机叶片,并且更具体地涉及具有至少两个叶片区段的多区段式风力涡轮机叶片,以及组装该至少两个叶片区段的方法。
运输过长的风力涡轮机叶片到现场地点将产生较大的成本。随着风力涡轮机容量的提高,风力涡轮机叶片长度也在增加,从而进一步加大了运输的难度和成本。因此,需要一种包括多叶片区段的风力涡轮机叶片和组装叶片区段的方法。叶片区段可以较低的成本运输到现场地点并经组装而形成风力涡轮机叶片。
发明内容
根据本文公开的一个实施例,一种组装风力涡轮机叶片的方法包括:提供包括至少两个第一翼梁缘条(spar cap)区段的第一叶片区段;提供包括至少两个第二翼梁缘条区段的第二叶片区段;将第二叶片区段插入第一叶片区段中,其中,在各组对应的第一翼梁缘条区段和第二翼梁缘条区段之间形成翼梁缘条腔;将粘合剂注入翼梁缘条腔中以便将叶片区段连结在一起,其中,在各组对应的第一翼梁缘条区段和第二翼梁缘条区段之间形成嵌接接头(scarfjoint)。
根据本文公开的另一个实施例,一种用于组装风力涡轮机叶片的套件包括:包括至少两个第一翼梁缘条区段的第一叶片区段;包括至少两个第二翼梁缘条区段的第二叶片区段,其中,第二叶片区段可插入第一叶片区段中,以便在各组对应的第一翼梁缘条区段和第二翼梁缘条区段之间形成翼梁缘条腔和嵌接接头;以及用于填充翼梁缘条腔且将第一叶片区段连结到第二叶片区段上的粘合剂。

具体实施方式
本文所公开的实施例包括组装接合式风力涡轮机叶片的方法。该方法容许将叶片构件运输至二次地点或现场地点,在此可将构件组装而形成涡轮机叶片。参看图1、图2和图3,风力涡轮机叶片10包括第一叶片区段12和第二叶片区段14。第一叶片区段12和第二叶片区段14均为中空区段,其包括外表皮18、表皮芯层20和内表皮22。外表皮18、表皮芯层20和内表皮22由质轻且坚固的材料制成。
第一叶片区段12包括至少两个第一翼梁缘条区段26,以及第二叶片区段14包括至少两个第二翼梁缘条区段28。第一翼梁缘条区段和第二翼梁缘条区段构造成用以在其间形成嵌接接头。抗剪腹板32连接第一叶片区段12中的第一翼梁缘条区段26。类似的是,抗剪腹板32连接第二叶片区段14中的第二翼梁缘条区段28。翼梁缘条区段承受风力涡轮机叶片所经受的纵向负载,且附接到相应叶片区段的内表皮22上。在一个实施例中,外表皮18和翼梁缘条区段26和28由复合玻璃或碳构成,而表皮芯层20和抗剪腹板32由泡沫材料或轻质木材构成。
如图3和图4中所示,第二叶片区段14插入第一叶片区段12中,其中,翼梁缘条腔36和嵌接接头38形成在对应的各组第一翼梁缘条区段26和第二翼梁缘条区段28之间。在接合第一叶片区段12和第二叶片区段14之前,至少一个密封衬垫40附接到第一叶片区段上,其中,该密封衬垫定位在第一翼梁缘条区段26附近。当第二叶片区段插入第一叶片区段12中时,内表皮22或第二叶片区段14邻接抵靠密封衬垫40,从而密封翼梁缘条腔36的内表面。
参看图5,至少一个密封卡夹42附接到第一叶片区段12的内表皮22上,以及至少一个密封卡夹衬垫44附接到第二叶片区段14的内表皮上。当第二叶片区段14插入第一叶片区段22中时,密封卡夹42将邻接抵靠对应的密封卡夹衬垫44,从而密封翼梁缘条腔的内表面。密封卡夹42和密封卡夹衬垫44的构造可改变,只要密封卡夹接合该密封卡夹衬垫而形成紧密密封。
在一个实施例中,接头还存在于抗剪腹板32中。例如,对接接头可存在于抗剪腹板32中,其中,抗剪腹板加强板48定位在抗剪腹板的各侧上。抗剪腹板接头可具有备选构造,如嵌接接头。如图3中所示(仅示出了一个抗剪腹板加强板48),抗剪腹板加强板48在第一叶片区段和第二叶片区段接合在一起之前附接到第二叶片区段14上。抗剪腹板密封衬垫50附接到第一叶片区段12上。当第二叶片区段14插入第一叶片区段12中时,抗剪腹板加强板48邻接抵靠抗剪腹板密封衬垫50,从而将抗剪腹板加强板48的任何自由边缘定位成抵靠抗剪腹板密封衬垫50。抗剪腹板接头腔(未示出)形成在抗剪腹板加强板48之间。
如图4中所示,在叶片区段定位在一起之后,在第一叶片区段12和第二叶片区段14的外表皮18、表皮芯层20和内表皮22之间形成表皮接头52。在优选实施例中,在粘合剂注入翼梁缘条腔36中之前,表皮接头52利用表皮接头密封件56密封。表皮接头52由本领域的技术人员所公知的任何方法密封。在一个实施例中,表皮接头密封件56包括泡沫材料或条带。参看图6,至少一个表皮接头加强板60可利用加强板粘合剂61而附接到第二叶片区段14的内表皮22上。至少一个加强板密封衬垫62附接到第一叶片区段12的内表皮22上。当第二叶片区段14插入第一叶片区段12中时,各表皮接头加强板60均邻接抵靠对应的加强板密封衬垫62,在其中形成了表皮接头腔64。
密封衬垫40,44,50,56和62可通过本领域的技术人员所公知的任何方法附接到适合的叶片区段12和14上。在一个实施例中,密封衬垫利用粘合剂连结到叶片区段上。在优选实施例中,密封衬垫由泡沫材料构成,但也可使用适于形成密封件的其它材料。
在第二叶片区段14插入第一叶片区段中之后,将粘合剂注入翼梁缘条腔36、抗剪腹板接头腔、表皮接头52和表皮接头腔64中。如图7中所示,粘合剂经由定位在第一叶片区段12中的翼梁缘条注入端口66注入到翼梁缘条腔36中。各第一翼梁缘条区段26与第二翼梁缘条区段28的连结形成了第一翼梁缘条区段和第二翼梁缘条区段之间的嵌接接头。在一个实施例中,如图7中所示,粘合剂的注入在翼梁缘条腔36的一端开始,且扩散至翼梁缘条腔的另一端,直到其充满。第二叶片区段14的内表皮22和翼梁缘条28可通过在内表皮中使用额外材料和/或沿翼梁缘条腔36的长度使用角板(gusset)来加强,用以克服粘合剂的注入压力。如图8中所示,表皮接头腔64经由表皮接头注入端口68填充粘合剂。由抗剪腹板加强板48所限定的抗剪腹板接头腔经由抗剪腹板注入端口70(见图4)填充粘合剂。注入端口66,68和70在粘合剂注入过程期间还用作通风口。
在一个实施例中,粘合剂包括以下材料如环氧树脂;氨基甲酸乙酯,包括聚氨酯;环戊二烯,包括二环戊二烯;异丁烯酸甲脂;乙烯基酯;或聚酯。如果需要的话,粘合剂可使用本领域的技术人员所公知的任何固化方法在注入过程之后进行固化。
本文公开的所有范围都包括端点,且端点可相互结合。如文中所用,用语″第一″、″第二″等并不表示任何顺序、数量或重要程度,而是用于将一个元件与另一个相区分。结合数量使用的修饰语″大约″和″大致″包括声称值,且具有上下文所指出的含义(例如,包括与具体数量的测定结果相关的误差程度)。描述本发明的上下文中(尤其是在权利要求的上下文中)所使用的用语″一″和″一个″和″该″以及类似所指对象都将认作是覆盖单数和复数两者,除非本文另外指出或与上下文明显冲突。

Claims (10)

1.一种组装风力涡轮机叶片的方法,包括:
提供包括至少两个第一翼梁缘条区段的第一叶片区段;
提供包括至少两个第二翼梁缘条区段的第二叶片区段;
将所述第二叶片区段插入所述第一叶片区段中,其中,在各组对应的第一翼梁缘条区段和第二翼梁缘条区段之间形成翼梁缘条腔;
将粘合剂注入所述翼梁缘条腔中,以便将所述叶片区段连结在一起,其中,在各组对应的第一翼梁缘条区段和第二翼梁缘条区段之间形成嵌接接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
在插入所述第一叶片区段之前将至少一个密封衬垫附接到所述第一叶片区段上,其中,所述密封衬垫附接在第一翼梁缘条区段附近;以及
其中,当所述第二叶片区段插入所述第一叶片区段中时,所述第二叶片区段的内表皮邻接抵靠所述密封衬垫,从而密封所述翼梁缘条腔的内表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一叶片区段和所述第二叶片区段均包括外表皮、表皮芯层和内表皮,以及其中,当所述第一叶片被插入所述第二叶片中时在所述第一叶片区段的表皮与所述第二叶片区段的表皮之间形成表皮接头,以及所述方法还包括:
密封所述表皮接头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
将至少一个密封卡夹附接到所述第一叶片区段的内表皮上;以及
将至少一个密封卡夹衬垫附接到所述第二叶片区段的内表皮上;
其中,当所述第二叶片区段插入所述第一叶片区段中时,所述至少一个密封卡夹邻接抵靠对应的密封卡夹衬垫,从而密封所述翼梁缘条腔的内表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
将至少一个抗剪腹板加强板附接到所述第二叶片区段上;以及
将至少一个抗剪腹板密封衬垫附接到所述第一叶片区段上;
其中,当所述第二叶片区段插入所述第一叶片区段中时,所述至少一个抗剪腹板加强板邻接抵靠抗剪腹板密封衬垫。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
将至少一个表皮接头加强板附接到所述第二叶片区段的内表皮上;以及
将至少一个加强板密封衬垫附接到所述第一叶片区段的内表皮上;
其中,当所述第二叶片区段插入所述第一叶片区段中以形成表皮接头腔时,所述至少一个表皮接头加强板邻接抵靠加强板密封衬垫。
7.一种用于组装风力涡轮机叶片的套件,包括:
包括至少两个第一翼梁缘条区段的第一叶片区段;
包括至少两个第二翼梁缘条区段的第二叶片区段,其中,所述第二叶片区段可插入所述第一叶片区段中,以便在各组对应的第一翼梁缘条区段和第二翼梁缘条区段之间形成翼梁缘条腔和嵌接接头;以及
粘合剂,其用于填充所述翼梁缘条腔且将所述第一叶片区段连结到所述第二叶片区段上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的套件,其特征在于,所述套件还包括:
附接到所述第一叶片区段的内表皮上的至少一个密封卡夹;以及
附接到所述第二叶片区段的内表皮上的至少一个密封卡夹衬垫;
其中,当所述第二叶片区段插入所述第一叶片区段中时,所述至少一个密封卡夹邻接抵靠对应的密封卡夹衬垫。
9.根据权利要求7所述的套件,其特征在于,所述套件还包括:
附接到所述第二叶片区段上的至少一个抗剪腹板加强板;以及
附接到所述第一叶片区段上的至少一个抗剪腹板密封衬垫;
其中,当所述第二叶片区段插入所述第一叶片区段中时,所述至少一个抗剪腹板加强板邻接抵靠抗剪腹板密封衬垫。
10.根据权利要求7所述的套件,其特征在于,所述套件还包括:
附接到所述第二叶片区段的内表皮上的至少一个表皮接头加强板;以及
附接到所述第一叶片区段的内表皮上的至少一个加强板密封衬垫;
其中,当所述第二叶片区段插入所述第一叶片区段中以形成表皮接头腔时,所述至少一个表皮接头加强板邻接抵靠加强板密封衬垫。
