Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于支撑医疗设备的装置,尤其是用于支撑手术室照明灯、监视器,或外科手术导航仪的装置。本发明包括一个可以安装在手术室天花板上的垂直支柱,以便更好的和上述的医疗设备相连接。 
背景技术
根据专利EP 0 392 303 A1所公开的技术,即一种用于支撑手术室照明灯的装置,其包括一个可以安装在手术室天花板上的垂直支柱,在该垂直支柱上安装有数个可以旋转的悬臂。并且,每个悬臂上装有一个手术室照明灯。 
从上述现有技术可知,手术室照明灯的结构和尺寸根据其应用目的和空间条件而有所不同,因此,为了及时满足市场的需求,制造商必须保留有相当数量的库存,这些存货能够用于支撑各种手术室照明灯。相应的,该现有技术已经阐明,其目的在于提供一种手术室照明灯及其支撑装置,这种支撑装置对不同的照明灯的结构具有很好的适配性,这样可以减少制造商的库存。然而,该项现有技术要求手术室照明灯及其支撑装置所组成的系统中各部件在制造商那里就必须定好,并在那里组装好。 
根据专利DE 20015 399U1所公开的技术,该专利给出了一种轴承套,可以绕中心轴承体转动。其具体结构如图4所示,中心的各个轴相互之间不是直接连接,尤其不是通过螺栓连接。相反,中心轴承体延伸穿过所有的轴承套。这种结构减少了组装的变化性,这是因为,在组装之前,必须选取和决定该中心轴承体的长度,而各个轴承套是从上至下依次套在中心轴上的,因此所选定的中心轴承体的长度值决定了轴承套的数量。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种支撑医疗设备的装置,尤其是用于支撑手术室照明灯的装置。这种装置在其安装地点的组装拥有更广泛的适应性。 
为了达到这个目的,该发明提供了一种用于支撑医疗设备的装置,包括 
一个垂直支柱, 
至少一个轴承头,所述轴承头安装在所述垂直支柱上,和 
一个或多个支撑在所述轴承头上的悬臂, 
其中, 
在所述装置上可以选择性地安装不同数量的轴承头。 
在本说明书上下文中,术语“垂直”,“水平”,“上部的”和“下部的”或类似的词,均应根据此装置通常的安装地点来解释,即具体到本发明就是手术室的天花板或类似地点。 
如本发明所述,这种用于支撑诸如数个手术室照明灯和一定数量的不同长度悬臂的装置构成了一个系统,根据使用条件,在安装地点选择和安装此系统。该选择可能与所使用的悬臂的长度和数量均有关系。悬臂的数量可根据轴承头而改变,两个或多个轴承头可以被选择性地从上至下依次叠加安装,也可以安装在一起。 
如本发明所述,本发明的系统包括轴承头以及安装在轴承头上的不同长度的悬臂,如此一来,装有合适长度的悬臂的轴承头可以根据使用条件选择性地进行组合,然后安装天花板上。 
本发明的一个优选方案是,每一个轴承头与一根轴相连接并可绕轴旋转。优选的是,每根轴可以稳固地与其上方的那根轴连接。分别根据在组装地点所安装的轴或轴承头的数量,所使用的悬臂的数量随之发生变化。 
在优选的具体实施例中,每一个轴承头包括一个悬臂夹头,所述悬臂的一小段可以插入所述的悬臂夹头内,然后通过紧固手段安装在所述轴承头上,紧固手段可以是采用一个或几个螺钉。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,1表示的是手术室天花板的一部分。本发明的关键点在于数个悬臂2a,2b,2c的安装方式,这种安装方式是现场组装,现场组装具有极强的灵活性。本说明书只说明并描述了悬臂以及它们的安装方式。除开悬臂,在悬臂的伸出末端也可以连接有弹性臂,这种弹性臂的安装方式是已有技术(也可以参考上述的现有技术)。 
一个垂直支柱8将悬臂2a,2b,2c和天花板1连接起来。悬臂2a,2b,2c通过轴承头3a,3b,3c安装在垂直支柱的下方。 
如图2所示,每个轴承头3包括一个构件10,所述构件10用于安装悬臂2。图2还给出了轴4、连接螺栓5、集电环6、轴承7(如滚针轴承),以及其它部件的分解图。集电环6用作电路接线端以及起定位的作用。 
如图2所示,一个悬臂2插入构件10的夹头10’内几厘米,然后通过一个水平旋入的螺钉固定在轴承头3上,所述水平旋入的螺钉的方向在图2中被标示为数字9。四个螺丝水平穿过悬臂2上的沟槽11。悬臂2是铝制的,所述螺钉穿过沟槽11的内壁将悬臂2固定在轴承头3上。 
按这种方式,可以从不同长度的悬臂2中,现场选择并安装合适的悬臂。 
图3给出了如图1安装的本发明装置的纵向剖面图,图4给出了沿图3中A-A线的剖面图。 
在如图3和图4所示的具体实施例中,三个轴4a,4b,4c是从上至下依次单独安装的。三个轴上分别安装有轴承头3a,3b,3c。除开上述的三个轴和三个轴承头的实施例,可以安装有更少或更多的轴和轴承头。这意味着本发明还有更多的变形。图3给出了悬臂2a,2b,2c是如何插入各个轴承头的构件10上的夹头10’中的。 
图4给出了轴4a,4b,4c的安装方式。首先,较上部的轴4a通过连接螺栓5a固定在垂直支柱8的下部末端的法兰8’上。然后,连有轴承头3b的轴4b通过连接螺栓5b与其上方的轴4a相连。还可以有另一个轴4c通过连接螺栓5c紧固在轴4b的下方。从中可以看出,这种组装方式使得单独的轴和轴承头可以选择性地安装。比如说,也可以安装两个或更多的带有轴承头的轴,而不是上述的三个轴以及每个轴带有一个轴承头。该装置的最下端用盖板12封闭。 

Claims (6)

1.一种用于支撑医疗设备的装置,所述装置包括
一个垂直支柱(8),
多个安装在垂直支柱(8)上的轴承头(3a,3b,3c),
多个悬臂(2,2a,2b,2c),所述多个悬臂支撑在所述的多个轴承头上,
轴(4)和连接螺栓(5)用于从上至下依次垂直安装多个轴承头(3a,3b,3c),其特征在于:
每一个轴承头(3a,3b,3c)与一个轴(4a,4b,4c)互相配合,所述轴承头可绕所述轴旋转,其中,轴(4b,4c)通过连接螺栓(5a,5b,5c)与位于其上方的轴(4a,4b)直接相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,
所述的垂直支柱(8)安装在手术室的天花板上;
所述的医疗设备为手术室照明灯。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,
所述的每一个轴承头包括一个构件(10),不同长度的悬臂选择性地安装在所述构件(10)上。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,
不同长度的悬臂选择性地安装在所述构件(10)上;
所述的构件(10)包括夹头(10');
所述的悬臂(2)伸入所述夹头(10')中一段距离。
5.如权利要求1、2、4之一所述的装置,其特征在于,
所述的悬臂(2)通过水平横向延伸的螺钉(9)安装在轴承头(3)上。
6.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,
所述的悬臂(2)通过水平横向延伸的螺钉(9)安装在轴承头(3)上。
