典型的两个表面单板(surface veneer)(前面板和后面板)的纹理方向与矩形板材的尺寸较长的边平行。三层板(three-ply)沿表面纹理轴线较结实,但是随着层数的增加,胶合板板材的纵向/横向的强度和刚度将变得较均等。因为仅有中央板芯层具有横向的纹理,所以三层板沿表面层(surfaceply)的纹理方向较容易弯曲。为了确保三层板在面板纹理方向上的强度和刚度特性,各表面单板的厚度需要在整个板材厚度的25%至33%之间,即两个表面单板占整个板材厚度的50%至66%。

发明内容

下文中,为了简单起见,假设根据本发明的多层基板(multi-ply platform)和装饰贴面板(decorated panel)为具有所定长度、宽度和厚度的矩形形状,其中厚度比长度和宽度小,然而,本发明适用于任意形状的贴面板和基板。此外,术语“多层”本意不局限于仅由木质层构成的贴面板和基板,而是想要包括如下的任意的多层结构:一个以上的层是由一个方向的性能与同一层中与该一个方向大致垂直的方向的性能不同的材料制成的,其中这些方向中的一个方向被定义成纹理(或纵向)方向,另一个方向被定义成横向;和/或一个以上的层是由中密度纤维板(MDF)(medium density fibreboard)、高密度纤维板(HDF)、纺织材料(woven material)、无纺材料(non-wovenmaterial)、纸、浸渍纸(impregnated paper)、金属(例如铝)、箔(foil)、塑料、聚合体材料(polymer material)、复合材料(composite material)、橡胶和/或能够为贴面板或基板提供期望的特性的任意其它的材料等材料制成的,期望的特性例如为下列非穷尽列表中列出的一个以上的期望性能:增大的强度、增大的挠度、降低的挠度、增强的抗水性、增强的加工性能(machineability)、高应力区域(例如,在贴面板的想要设置使贴面板能够被结合到一起的相互协作特性的区域)的局部增强、降低对湿度的敏感性、更好的消声性;这些层可以是实心的或穿孔的,且可选地可以设置有诸如肋、槽、突起和凹部等特征,以提供期望的机械性能和/或以增强层之间的结合。将使用如下的术语:基板和贴面板的最长尺寸沿纵向延伸,并且纹理在纵向上的层、单板(veneer)等将被称为纵向纹理板。横断纵向的方向(即,在层的平面内与纵向成90°的方向)是横向,并且纹理在横向上的层、单板等将称为横向纹理板。不具有可辨识的纹理(例如MDF层)的层将被称为中性层(neutral plies)。尽管中性层不具有可辨识的纹理,但是例如通过选择复合材料中的纤维的取向或将加强肋(strengthening rib)等添加到板,能够制造在纵向和横向上具有不同性能的层,并且,在这种板中,如果具有最大的抗弯性能的轴线是纵向轴线,那么这种板将被认为等同于纵向纹理板。类似地,如果具有最大的抗弯性能的轴线是横向轴线,那么这种板将被认为等同于横向纹理板。与层面垂直的方向被称为厚度方向。因此,在尺寸为2400mm×1200mm×15mm的基板或板中,纵向延伸2400mm,横向延伸1200mm,并且基板或贴面板的厚度为15mm。纹理方向在图中用粗双端箭头示出。
图1a)示出了现有技术中的5层胶合板板材1的分解图。板材1包括5个单板3、5、7、9、11,该5个单板在它们的边缘对齐的状态下被堆叠布置。单板3和5是面层(face plies),即它们具有露出的面板表面(face surface)并且均具有与板材1的纵向大致对齐的纹理,下文中具有与板材1的纵向大致对齐的纹理的层或单板将被称为纵向纹理层(或“L”)。中央层9也是纵向纹理层。与中央层9的两侧相邻的是中间层7、11。这些层均具有横向纹理,在下文中,具有与横向大致对齐的纹理的层或单板将被称为横向纹理层(“C”)。
图1b)和图1c)示出了被组装成胶合板板材的图1a)的层,未示出被应用到接触面之间以将层保持在一起的粘合剂。该胶合板板材具有被配置成L-C-L-C-L的5个层。因为层的数量和层的纹理的方向关于板材的中心面对称,所以该胶合板板材是平衡胶合板板材。
图2a)示出了现有技术中的装饰性胶合贴面板13的分解图。装饰性胶合贴面板13包括由装饰性壳板(lamella)15覆盖的胶合贴面板。如果装饰性胶合贴面板用于墙或地板,那么根据所制的装饰性胶合贴面板的类型,壳板15可以是旋切(peeled)、刨切(sliced)或锯切成的通常木质的片状材料。壳板15的材料的纹理方向是纵向,所以壳板15是是纵向纹理层。
图2b)和图2c)示出了被组装成装饰性胶合贴面板13的图2a)的壳板和胶合板板材,未示出被应用在接触面之间以将壳板(“La”)和胶合板板材保持在一起的粘合剂。该贴面板具有被配置成La-L-C-L-C-L的6个层。因为层的数量和层纹理方向关于板材的中心面不对称,所以该装饰性胶合贴面板13是不平衡板。这意味着当此种板受到湿度和/或温度变化时,该板很可能以不对称的方式变形。
图3a)示意性地示出了根据本发明的第一实施方式的4层多层基板21的层的立体分解图。想要将基板21与纹理方向在纵向上的的装饰性壳板接合在一起,以形成例如用于墙或地板等的装饰贴面板。基板21包括4个单板23、25、27、29,该4个单板以它们的边缘对齐的方式被堆叠布置。与在现有技术胶合板板材通常使用的结构相反,不以交替的纹理方向来布置单板。单板23是面层,并且具有可见的工作面31,当将该基板做成装饰贴面板时,该工作面31将用于接收装饰性壳板。单板23的纹理方向与将要贴附到其上的装饰性壳板的纹理方向大致垂直。单板25也是面层,并且单板25的纹理方向与将要贴附到单板23上的装饰性壳板的纹理方向平行。还有两个中间层27、29,中间层27、29的纹理方向均与单板23的纹理方向一致。在此示例中,因为多层基板将要与纹理方向为纵向的木质的装饰性壳板(也称为“顶部耐磨层”)一起使用,所以单板23、27和29是横向纹理层,而面层单板25是纵向纹理层。
图3b)和图3c)示出了被组装成多层基板的图3a)的多个层,未示出被应用到接触面之间以将层保持在一起的粘合剂。该基板21具有被配置成C-C-C-L的4个层23、27、29、25。因为层的数量和它们的纹理方向关于该板材的中心面不对称,所以该基板21是不平衡的。
图4a)示出了根据本发明的装饰性多层贴面板33的第一实施方式的分解图。装饰性多层贴面板33包括由装饰性壳板35覆盖的多层基板21。如果装饰性多层贴面板33用于地板或墙,那么根据所制的装饰性多层贴面板的类型,壳板35可以是旋切、刨切或锯切成的通常木质的片状材料。为了形成平衡的贴面板,壳板35的材料的纹理方向为纵向,所以壳板35是纵向纹理层。
图4b)和图4c)示出了被组装成装饰性多层贴面板33的图4a)的壳板35和多层基板21,未示出被应用到接触面之间以将壳板35和多层基板21保持在一起的粘合剂。该贴面板具有被配置成La-C-C-C-L的5个层。优选地,壳板和层的性能在强度和密度方面匹配。它们在厚度方面也可以匹配。如果壳板和所有的层由相同的材料制成,那么优选地,壳板35和底面层25具有相同的厚度,并且壳板35和底面层25的总厚度与层23、27和29的总厚度大致相同。因为层的数量和这些层的纹理方向关于板材的中心面对称,所以提供了平衡的贴面板。一般地,期望的是,在各层使用相同类型的材料的大致平衡的贴面板中,纵向纹理层的组合厚度与横向纹理层的组合厚度大致相同,然而,如果使用不同类型的材料时,例如紧密木材(dense wood)用于纵向纹理层而次紧密木材(less dense wood)用于横向纹理层,那么横向纹理层的总厚度可能需要比纵向纹理层的总厚度厚,以实现平衡的贴面板。
如果壳板材料的纹理方向为横向,即为横向纹理层,那么为了实现平衡的装饰性多层贴面板,壳板应当被贴附到具有L-L-L-C的层结构的多层基板,壳板La被贴附到最外面L层,以形成具有La-L-L-L-C的层配置的多层贴面板。
在本发明的第二实施方式中,不平衡的多层基板包括三个层。在多层基板想要与壳板材料的纹理方向为纵向的壳板一起使用的情况下,则多层基板将具有C-C-L的层结构,壳板被贴附到最外面的C层,以形成具有La-C-C-L的层配置的多层贴面板。相反地,在多层基板想要与壳板材料的纹理方向为横向的壳板一起使用的情况,则多层基板将具有L-L-C的层结构,壳板被贴附到最外面的L层,以形成具有La-L-L-C的层配置的多层贴面板。
还可以想到根据本发明的不平衡的基板的其它实施方式:在不止3个连续的层具有大致相同的纹理方向的情况下,例如为C-C-C-C......或L-L-L-L......,接着跟着一个以上的层,该一个以上的层中的至少第一个层具有与上述纹理方向大致垂直的纹理方向,即C-C-C-C-L...或者L-L-L-L-C...,如图5c)和图5d)所示。
可以想到,根据本发明的不平衡的基板中存在一个以上的中性层的进一步的实施方式。如果仅设置一个中性层,那么该中性层可以被设置在使得当通过添加装饰性壳板而将基板制成装饰贴面板时使装饰贴面板的中心面将位于中性层内的位置,例如如果中性层由如金属或MDF或HDF或复合材料等坚固而具有一定挠性的某种材料制成,那么该中性层将形成用于将摆放好的贴面板保持在一起的锁定系统的一部分。如图5e)所示,作为一种可选的方案,中性层可以是距装饰性壳板最远的层(例如中性层是防水的并且中性层用于防止基板下方的水进入基板内);或者,如图5f)所示,作为另一个可选方案,中性层可以形成为与壳板直接接触的层(例如中性层是防水的并且中性层用于防止贴面板上的水渗入基板内)。
包括中性层的基板的一个实施方式例如可以具有如图5g)所示的被配置成L-L-L-N-C的多个层(用虚线示出可选的附加层N和L),并且以该基板为基础的装饰贴面板可以具有La-L-L-L-N-C的层配置。在此情况下,壳板是横向纹理层。仅仅作为示例,包括中性层的基板的另一个实施方式可以具有如图5h)所示的L-L-N-L-C的层配置,并且以该基板为基础的装饰贴面板具有La-L-L-N-L-C的层配置。在此情况下,壳板是横向纹理层。也可以想到其它的不平衡的基板配置(诸如C-N-C-L,C-C-N-C-C-L等),并且在这些示例中,大致平衡的装饰贴面板具有带纵向纹理层特性的壳板。
如果中性层较薄并且具有挠性,例如能用作防蒸汽层或防潮层的塑料膜,因此中性层不会显著影响基板的强度,那么该中性层能够被放置于基板中的任何位置而基本不影响最终的装饰贴面板的平衡性。
例如使用形成于基板的边缘的简易舌槽接合系统(tongueand groove joining system)51、53(如图5g)示意性示出的)或更复杂的突起和槽的卡锁(click-lock)或弹锁(snap-lock)55、57(如图5h)示意性示出的)接合系统,可以将不止一个中性层结合进基板(如图5g)和图5h)中的虚线所示),例如可以设置防水塑料膜,以减小渗入基板的水,也可以设置MDF、HDF、塑料、聚合物、复合材料以及金属层,以提供局部的强度和/或挠性和/或增强的加工性。此种接合系统包括在基板的一个边缘的突起和在基板的相反边缘的相应的槽,该槽能够接收来自相邻贴面板的突起(当已经将基板制成贴面板并且将贴面板铺设在一起时)。可用的接合系统不限于图5g)和图5h)所示的示例,而可以是任意类型。接合系统可以形成于不止一个层,并且延伸穿过或包括不止一个层,接合系统不限于形成于中性层。此外,可以想到如下的接合系统:该接合系统在铺设(或安装)贴面板过程中,使用用于配合在相邻贴面板之间的附加部件,该附加部件例如为被配合到贴面板中的槽内的铝型材,所述槽适于接收和夹持该型材。
根据本发明的基板和结合这种基板的多层贴面板的优点在于多层贴面板是平衡的,能够将多层贴面板制作成比传统的相同用途的贴面板薄。例如,如果传统贴面地板想用2mm厚的壳板作为耐磨面,则为了在使用期间获得良好的尺寸稳定性,2mm厚的壳板通常被贴附到10mm厚的5层平衡胶合板基板。然而,根据本发明,能够通过使用砂磨(sanding)之后仅有6mm厚的不平衡的基板而实现相同的尺寸稳定性。该基板能够由以C-C-L的顺序被胶合在一起的三个2.1mm厚的层制成。能够对此基板进行砂磨,以从面层去除0.15mm,这形成6mm厚的不平衡基板,其中,C层的总厚度是4.05mm,L层的厚度是1.95mm。当2mm厚的壳板被胶合到最外面的C层的工作面时,结果形成具有La-C-C-L的层配置的8mm厚的贴面板,并且壳板和L层的总厚度是3.95mm,并且C层的总厚度是4.05mm。该板大致是平衡的(C层与L层的比例大致是1∶1)并且只使用传统产品所需的材料的约2/3的材料。
此外,可以想到,在根据本发明的基板中,纹理方向大致相同的多个连续的层之后接着跟随纹理方向与前述纹理方向大致垂直的多个连续的层,例如C-C-C-L-L。例如,如果贴面板想使用4mm厚的具有纵向纹理的壳板,那么可以想到,该壳板可以被贴附到如下的根据本发明的基板:该基板具有5个层,各层均标称为2mm厚,并且被配置成C-C-C-L-L,由此形成La-C-C-C-L-L的贴面板。使用厚度为4-2.7-2.7-2.7-2-2的层能提供大致平衡的贴面板。
为了使用带纵向纹理的5mm的壳板制成20mm厚的大致平衡的多层贴面板,根据本发明的不平衡的基板可以由5个被配置成C-C-C-L-L的层制成。C层可以是3.4mm厚,并且L层可以是2.6mm厚,总厚度为15.4mm。该基板不平衡到如下的程度:需要将一个以上的附加层添加到露出的C层,该附加的层与两个纵向层相等,以使贴面板平衡。在从各面上砂磨0.2mm以后,总厚度是15mm,其中10mm是C层,5mm是L层。当5mm厚的壳板被胶合到最外面的C层的工作面时,结果形成20mm厚的大致平衡的贴面板,其中该贴面板具有La-C-C-C-L-L的层配置,并且壳板和L层的总厚度是10mm,并且C层的总厚度是10mm。
作为可选方案,使用带纵向纹理的5mm厚的壳板的20mm厚的大致平衡的多层贴面板可以使用具有被配置成C-C-C-C-L-L的6个层的不平衡基板制成。该基板不平衡到如下的程度:该基板需要将一个以上的附加层添加到露出的C层,该附加的层与两个纵向层相等,以使该贴面板平衡。该C层可以是2.5mm厚,L层可以是2.6mm厚,总厚度为15.2mm。在从各面上砂磨0.1mm以后,总厚度是15mm,其中9.9mm是C层,5.1mm是L层。当将5mm厚的壳板胶合到最外面的C层的工作面时,结果形成20mm厚的大致平衡的贴面板,该贴面板具有La-C-C-C-C-L-L的层配置,并且其中壳板和L层的总厚度是10.1mm,并且C层的总厚度是9.9mm。
根据本发明的所有的基板和贴面板可以适于具有一个以上的如下边缘:这些边缘的轮廓使彼此相邻铺设的贴面板和基板能够通过如卡锁、弹锁或舌槽凸凹结构等相互协作特征而紧固在一起。
本发明不限于所述实施方式,可以对其进行各种变型而不背离如所附的权利要求所限定的本发明的范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种多层基板,其用于制造装饰性贴面板,其中,所述装饰性贴面板包括多层基板和壳板,该多层基板由多个层构成,各层具有主纹理方向,其中,所述多层基板包括主纹理方向为大致纵向的至少一个层(L)和主纹理方向为大致横向的多个层(C),并且,所述多个层被布置成使得至少两个相邻的层具有大致相同的主纹理方向,
所述多层基板对由环境湿度和/或环境温度的变化引起的尺寸变化的抗性关于所述多层基板的中心面大致不平衡,
所述多层基板中的一层能够通过接触面之间的粘合剂与壳板结合,所述多层基板中与能够与所述壳板结合的所述层相隔最远的一层的主纹理方向与所述壳板的主纹理方向大致相同,所述多层基板中超过一半的层连续配置并且主纹理方向与所述壳板的主纹理方向不同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层基板,其特征在于,所述至少两个相邻的层中的一个层是面层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多层基板,其特征在于,所述多个层被结合在一起。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的多层基板,其特征在于,所述多层基板包括两个相反的边缘,其中一个边缘设置有突起(53、55),另一个边缘设置有槽(51、57)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多层基板,其特征在于,所述突起和所述槽能够形成卡锁接合系统。
6.一种贴面板,其包括根据权利要求1-5中的任一项所述的多层基板,且还包括壳板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的贴面板,其特征在于,所述贴面板对由环境湿度和/或环境温度的变化引起的尺寸变化的抗性关于所述贴面板的中心面大致平衡。
