Abstract

Description

本发明涉及到一种具有模制外壳的小型断路器的操作机构,外壳内装有一对静触头和动触头,该动触头由一个触头臂支撑,触头臂由此机构在闭合位置和断开位置之间进行操纵;该机构包括:
-一个手动操作手柄,与一个传动连杆连接,组成一个肘节;
-一个触头臂的支撑杆,铰接在一个旋转板的枢轴上,由于一个触头压力弹簧的作用,允许在该板和支持杆之间有小幅度的相对转动;
-一个在该板和传动连杆之间设置的可断开的机械连锁;
-一个铰接在该板上的跳闸杆,由跳闸装置控制,在故障发生时使上述机械连锁断开,导致该机构自动跳闸,而与操作手柄无关。
这种装置从文件EP224,396中已为人所知,其中上述可断开的机械连锁由该板的一个槽口构成,设计成在该机构的置位位置直接与传动连杆的圆柱端相配合。这种机构完全适合于低额定值的断路器,但是对于较高额定值的断路来说,断开机械连锁所需要的跳闸作用力太大,将会使跳闸装置的尺寸过大,而由于外壳的尺寸又很小,这就是不可能实现的了。
根据文件EP-A-144,691,DE-A-1,904,731和DE-U-7500060,该机构的一个中间锁闩和跳闸杆直接铰接在触头臂上。这样一种装配要求此类机构的元件具有很高的精度,以便获得良好的接触压力。
本发明的目的在于使一种小型断路器机构具有较小的跳闸力并且较易于获得良好的接触压力。
本发明机构的特点是,由跳闸杆的一个止动挡与一个可转动地安装在板的心轴上的锁闩相配合,形成了可断开的机械连锁;传动连杆与该锁闩相连的铰接点与该锁闩的轴心偏离。
与锁闩相配合的机械连锁在机械的跳闸传动系统中构成了一个减速传动级,使得来自热-磁跳闸装置的跳闸力能够减小。
根据本发明的一种实施方案,双金属片跳闸元件通过一个具有单向传动的转动连杆连接到跳闸杆上,构成了一个刚性的传动连接,在过负荷跳闸的情况下,当双金属片驱动连杆时,该传动连接与跳闸杆之间没有摩擦;当板运动到触头断开位置时,或在短路跳闸的情况下当撞针作用于跳闸杆时,上述连锁被自动切断。
根据本发明的另一个实施方案,此机构的锁闩在跳闸后与跳闸杆上的一个棘齿止挡点相配合,以这种方式将锁闩闭锁在故障指示位置。
故障跳闸后可以有两种指示:
-一种是由带有标志的锁闩直接指示,该标志正对着外壳上的指示器;
-另一种是由手柄指示,当锁闩在跳闸后被止挡点锁住时,手柄被连杆强制地闭锁在位于闭合与断开位置之间的一个稳定的中间位置;此机构的非自动复位是通过将手柄从中间位置手动移动到断开位置来实现的,这一方面导致重新建立手柄和板之间的机械连锁,另一方面也清除了故障指示。
本发明的其它优点和特性从下面两个说明性实施例的描述中将更为明显,这两个实施例只是作为非限制性的例子,以附图表示,其中:
-图1是本发明机构的第一个实施例的示意图,表示断路器处于闭合位置;
-图2是与图1相同的视图,断路器处于断开位置;
-图3是与图1相同的视图,断路器处于故障跳闸的位置,手柄保持在原位;
-图4表示一个具有跳闸指示器的机构的供选用的实施例。
在图1至图3中,具有模压绝缘外壳12的一个小型断路器的操作机构10属于申请人提出的欧洲专利申请号224,396所描述的那种类型。机构10驱动一个动触头臂14,其自由端支持着一个与静触头18相配合的触头部件16。在外壳12的前面板22上有一个开口20,供手柄24通过,手柄24安装在一个心轴26上,可在闭合位置(图1)和断开位置(图2)之间进行有限的转动;在闭合位置,触头16和18接通,而断开位置对应于触头16和18的分离。手柄24设有一个内支承点,与传动连杆28相连接,构成了一个肘节装置30,其转动中心32相对于手柄24的固定心轴26是偏心的。
手柄24由于一个返回弹簧(未示出)的作用反时针地转向断开位置。静触头18牢固地连接到电磁跳闸装置的本体上,在图中只表示出该跳闸装置的撞针34。触头臂14固定在一个由绝缘材料制成的支持杆36上,后者铰接在转动板40的一个枢轴38上。在触头16、18的接通位置,插在枢轴38上的一个触头压力弹簧(未示出)允许在板40和支持杆36之间有小幅度的相对转动。
由电磁跳闸装置的撞针34和热跳闸装置的双金属片44控制的跳闸杆42可转动地安装在由板40支持的一个心轴46上,相对于枢轴38具有一个预定的间隔。
一个可断开的机械连锁设置在传动连杆28与触头臂14的驱动板40之间。在锁定的位置,连锁48允许机构10通过手柄24进行手动控制。由于跳闸装置的作用,跳闸杆42向跳闸位置运动,使得机械连锁48瞬时断开,导致机构10的自动跳闸,与手柄24无关。跳闸杆42与一个返回弹簧(未示出)相配合,用来保证在机构10故障跳闸后,当手柄24被推动到断开位置时,自动地重新建立起机械连锁48。
这种操作机构的运行为精通此项技术的人们所熟知,此处无需赘述。
根据本发明,可断开的机械连锁48包括一个枢轴式地安装在板40的心轴52上的锁闩50。对着心轴52,锁闩50的前端在连锁48的锁定位置与一个止动挡54相配合,止动挡54位于跳闸杆42的上臂部。
传动连杆28在一个铰接点56与锁闩50相连,在发生跳闸时,铰接点56可在板40的孔隙58中移动。孔隙58或是封闭,或是敞开,其形状是以心轴52为中心的一段圆弧。中间的铰接点56位于心轴52和锁闩50的前端之间。连锁48在机构10的传动系统中构成了一个减速传动级,使得 来自热和磁跳闸装置的跳闸力能够减小。
热跳闸装置的双金属片44通过一个单向传动的转动连杆60与跳闸杆42相配合(见图1和图2)。连杆60由一个肘状杆形成,其一端在一个铰接点62与跳闸杆42的下臂自由相连。该传动杆中间的弯曲部分正对着跳闸杆42的一个凸起部64,以使在过负荷电流流过电极的情况下,当双金属片44偏向右侧时,驱动跳闸杆到跳闸位置。在这一过负荷跳闸阶段,连杆60在双金属44片和跳闸杆42之间形成了刚性的传动连接。在连杆60和跳闸杆42之间没有摩擦损耗,这就使双金属片44所传递的跳闸力明显地减小了。铰接点62安置在跳闸杆42的凸起部64和其旋转轴46之间。
当机构10手动或自动地被驱动到断开位置时,连杆60相对着铰接点62的一端66能够碰到外壳12的突出部,与跳闸杆42的传动连接被切断。板40可围绕枢轴38逆时针转动,于是连杆60的中部就与凸出部64相脱离(图2)。可以看出,如果连杆60与跳闸杆42之间的连接仍然是刚性的,机构10的完全断开将是不可能的。
连杆60的铰接点62与跳闸杆42的旋转轴46当然可以是同样的结构。
在短路后发生磁跳闸的情况下,电磁跳闸装置的撞针34作用于跳闸杆42的下臂,将锁闩50从止动挡54中释放出来,从而解除了对锁闩50的锁定。于是跳闸杆42逆时针转动到跳闸位置,没有任何过负荷跳闸连杆60的制动反作用,由于连杆与双金属片44的灵活连接,连杆保持不起作用的状态。
图3表示机构10在故障跳闸后的状态,手柄24被手动保持在右侧位置,对抗其弹簧的返回力。手柄24的这个位置对应于图4中的闭合位置,但是连杆28不允许在锁闩50与跳闸杆42的止挡54之间重新建立机械连锁48,机构10保持在跳闸状态。一旦手柄24的手动锁定作用被消除,机械连锁48就会自动重新建立起来。
根据图4中机构100的供选用实施例,采用同样的参照号来表示图1至图3中机构10的相同部件。除了机构断开和闭合的两个极端位置外,可转动的手柄24在过负荷或短路故障跳闸后可以占据一个稳定的中间位置(如图4的情况)。跳闸杆42包括一个棘齿止挡点102,能够在跳闸后闭锁锁闩50,并断开机械连锁48。与锁闩的前端相对应,有一个彩色标记104,借助于设置在外壳12前面板22上的一个指示器106,可用来表示出锁闩50的跳闸位置。用止挡点102闭锁锁闩50可以使故障状态通过指示器106和手柄24以两种方式继续表示出来,手柄24处在中间的稳定位置。因此,这种故障指示功能与继路器合为一体。
机构100的非自动复位是通过将手柄24从中间位置逆时针手动移动到断开位置(如箭头R所示)来实现的,导致手柄24和板40之间的机械连锁48重新建立,机构100返回到图2中开关装置的断开状态。故障指示消失,开关装置准备好通过转动手柄24到合闸位置而重新合闸(图1)。

Claims (5)

1、一种具有模制外壳12的小型断路器的操作机构,外壳内装有一对静触头18和动触头16,上述动触头16由一个触头臂14支撑,该触头臂由位于闭合位置的断开位置之间的机构10、100所驱动,该机构包括:
-一个手动操作手柄24,与一个传动连杆28连接,形成一个肘节30;
-一个跳闸装置包括一个带双金属片44的热过负载装置和/或一个带有撞针34的电磁跳闸装置。
-一个触头臂14的支持杆36,铰接在一旋转板40的枢轴38上,由于一个触头压力弹簧的作用,允许在板40和支持杆36之间有小幅度的相对转动;
-一个在板40和传动连杆28之间设置的可断开的机械连锁48;
-一个铰接在板40上的跳闸杆42,具有由跳闸装置控制的第一臂,在故障发生时使上述机械连锁48断开,导致机构10、100自动跳闸,而与操作手柄24无关,上述跳闸杆42可转动地安装在由板40支持的第二心轴46上,相对于枢轴38具有一个预定的间隔。
-返回弹簧装置,用于在跳闸以后引起板(40)和手柄(24)运动到打开位量,其特征在于:
跳闸杆(42)的第二臂包括一个止动挡(54),该止动挡与一个枢轴式地安装在板(40)的第一心轴(52)上和一个锁闩(50)的前端相配合,以形成可断开的机械连锁。
传动连杆(28)在一个中间铰接点(56)与锁闩(50)相连,铰接点(56)位于第一心轴(52)和锁闩(50)的前端之间。
2、根据权利要求1的操作机构,特征是板(40)包括一个密封或打开的孔隙(58),用于当发生跳闸时允许上述中间铰接点(56)移动,上述孔隙(58)被制成以锁闩(50)的第一心轴(52)为中心的一段圆弧形。
3、根据权利要求1的操作机构,特征是机构100的锁闩50在跳闸后与设置在跳闸杆上的一个棘齿止挡点102相配合,以使将锁闩闭锁在故障指示位置。
4、根据权利要求3的操作机构,特征是锁闩50包括一个标志104,在上述故障指示位置正对着外壳12的一个指示器106。
5、根据权利要求3的操作机构,特征是锁闩50在跳闸后被止挡点102锁定时,手柄24被连杆28强制闭锁在位于闭合和断开位置之间的一个稳定的中间位置;机构100的非自动复位是通过将手柄24从中间位置手动移动到断开位置来实现的,一方面导致在手柄24和板40之间的机械连锁48重新建立起来,另一方面清除了故障指示。
