Abstract

本发明提供一种立式转塔车床。在立式转塔车床中,在进行工件的外径加工时,避免安装在转塔刀架上的车削内径用刀具与工件干涉。立式转塔车床具备把持工件(W1)并使其旋转的工作台和具有转塔刀架(50)且沿X轴及Z轴方向移动的加工头(40)。将利用液压把持车削内径用刀具T2的刀夹(70)安装在转塔刀架的刀具保持部(60)的局部。自动换刀装置(100)具有转塔式的刀库(120)和活塞(160、162),通过机械地按压刀夹(70)的销(74、76)进行刀具(T2)的卡紧、放松。

立式转塔车床
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立式转塔车床,尤其涉及具备自动换刀装置的立式转塔车床。
背景技术
转塔车床在转塔刀架的周围例如具有12个车削刀具安装部,可以在短时间内选择合适的刀具完成高效的加工。
专利文献1公开了转塔车床的自动换刀装置。该转塔车床具备在转塔刀架上安装有通过液压卡紧、放松刀具的刀夹,且自动更换多个刀具的装置。
专利文献1:日本特开2008-80416号公报。
但是,上述公报的装置是对定位于自动刀具更换位置的刀夹,利用套筒并使用装卸自如的液压油供给机构向刀夹供给液压的装置。
因此,存在产生回路中的液压油的泄漏及异物的混入等不良现象的原因。
发明内容
本发明的立式转塔车床的自动换刀装置提供了使用具备机械的工作的销的刀夹,且不从外部供给液压地自动更换转塔刀架的刀具的装置。
本发明的立式转塔车床作为基本机构,在加工区域内具备:把持工件进行旋转的工作台、沿X轴及Z轴方向移动的加工头和安装在加工头上的转塔刀架,所述立式转塔车床具备:刀夹,其安装在转塔刀架的刀具安装部;自动换刀装置,其相对于刀夹自动进行刀具更换且配置在加工区域外,刀夹具备被机械地操作的一对销和接受销的动作而通过液压来卡紧、放松刀具的机构,自动换刀装置具备与刀夹对置进行刀具更换的刀库和对刀夹的销进行操作的一对工作缸。
并且,自动换刀装置具备机架、设置在机架上的滑动导轨和在滑动面上移动并在加工区域内进行刀具更换的自动换刀单元,自动换刀单元具备转塔式刀库,转塔式刀库具备把持刀具的夹钳和对夹钳向锁紧方向施力的弹簧。
另外,所述立式转塔车床还具备对处于待机位置的自动换刀单元和加工区域之间进行开闭的门。
根据本发明,由于在刀夹上更换自如地安装有长条的加工内径刀具等,因此能够避免在加工外径时加工内径刀具与工件干涉,不更换位置即可进行多品种工件的加工。

具体实施方式
图1是实施本发明的立式转塔车床的外观图,图2是表示主要部分的机械结构的说明图。
用符号1表示整体的立式转塔车床在底座10上具有加工区域WA,且具备把持工件并使其旋转的工作台20。
在底座10上具备沿X轴移动的立柱30。相对立柱30安装有沿与工作台20的旋转轴线平行的Z轴方向移动的加工头40。在加工头40上设置有转塔刀架50,该转塔刀架50旋转分度自如。
图3是表示一般的转塔车床的概要的说明图。
转塔刀架50例如具有12边形的形状,具有12个刀具保持部60。在各刀具保持部60安装有车削外径用刀具T1及车削内径用刀具T2
车削外径用刀具T1对被把持在工作台20上的工件W1进行外径部的加工。车削内径用刀具T2对工件W1进行内径部的加工,但内径车削用的刀具T2的突出尺寸长。因此,存在加工外径时该内径车削用工具T2和工件W1产生干涉的问题。
因此,作为现实的应对,通过在相邻的刀具保持部上不安装车削内径用刀具,而在与远离安装有车削外径用刀具T1的位置的刀具保持部安装车削内径用刀具,来避免发生干涉。通过该处理,使得在转塔刀架50上能够安装的刀具的个数受到限制,成为导致加工效率降低的原因。
本发明的立式转塔车床通过安装自动换刀装置,暂时将车削内径用刀具从转塔刀架上拆卸下来,或通过在加工时更换为最适宜的车削内径用刀具来实现加工效率的提高。
如图2所示,在底座10上与加工区域WA相邻地搭载有自动换刀装置100,工作台20和转塔刀架50所在的加工区域WA与自动换刀装置100之间在加工过程中通过门55关闭而隔离开。
图4、图5是表示转塔刀架50和自动换刀装置100的结构的说明图。
在转塔刀架50的刀具保持部60安装有后述的刀夹70,与该刀夹70对置安装有自动换刀装置100。
自动换刀装置100在机架102上具有滑动导轨104,在导轨104上搭载有自动换刀单元110,且该自动换刀单元110能够移动。
自动换刀单元110具有转塔式刀库120。刀库120具备一对夹钳130和对夹钳130向锁紧方向施力的弹簧140。
由夹钳130保持的车削内径用刀具T2通过向外方施加力,而能够克服弹簧140而拔出,另外,也可以压入刀具。
刀夹70具有交替出入的一对销74、76,通过交替地压入该销74、76,能够卡紧、放松刀具T2
自动换刀单元110具有工作缸150,交替驱动两个活塞160、162,可以操作刀夹70的销74、76。
图6是表示刀夹70的外观的说明图,图7是表示在刀夹70内安装的刀夹单元80的构造的剖视图。
刀夹单元80在箱体内具有与刀柄对应的刀柄孔82,刀柄孔82内安装有沿轴向移动的爪84。爪84与活塞86连动,夹着活塞86设有一对液压口P1、P2
通过向第一口P1供给液压油,爪84和活塞86一起后退,将插入刀柄孔82的刀具的刀柄卡紧。一旦为卡紧状态时,通过活塞86和楔部88自锁。通过向第二口P2供给液压油,活塞86和爪84前进,使刀柄放松。
用于本发明的刀夹70通过交替压入销74、76,将填充于内部的液压油经由未图示的回路向口P1或口P2供给,进行刀柄的卡紧、放松。
利用图8至图12,说明本发明的自动换刀装置的动作。
步骤S1中使转塔刀架50向ATC(自动换刀)原点移动。
步骤S2中使转塔刀架分度。
步骤S3中打开ATC门55。
步骤S4中使自动换刀装置的刀库120前进,用夹钳130接收刀具T2
步骤S5中使放松用活塞160突出,放松刀夹70的刀具。
步骤S6中使放松用活塞160复位。
步骤S7中使转塔刀架50向+Z方向移动。
步骤S8中使刀库120旋转。
步骤S9中使转塔刀架50向ATC原点移动。
步骤S10中利用卡紧用的活塞162卡紧刀具T21
步骤S11中使卡紧用活塞162复位。
步骤S12中使刀库120复位。
步骤S13中关闭ATC门55。
步骤S14中对转塔刀架50分度。
步骤S15中使转塔刀架50向加工位置移动。
通过以上动作,完成刀具的自动更换。另外,在加工工件外径过程中,通过预先取下刀夹70的刀具,能够可靠地避免工件和刀具的干涉。

Claims (5)

1.一种立式转塔车床(1),其在加工区域内具备:把持工件(W1)进行旋转的工作台(20)、沿X轴及Z轴方向移动的加工头(40)和安装在加工头(40)上的转塔刀架(50),所述立式转塔车床的特征在于,具备:
具有刀柄孔(82)的刀夹(70),其安装在转塔刀架的刀具安装部;
自动换刀装置(100),其相对于刀夹自动进行刀具(T1,T2)更换且配置在加工区域外,
刀夹(70)具备被机械地操作的一对销(74,76),
爪(84),其安装在刀柄孔(82)内,其沿轴向移动,
与所述爪连动的活塞(86),
楔部(88),在刀柄成为卡紧状态时,通过所述活塞(86)和所述楔部(88)自锁,
以及夹着所述活塞(86)设置的一对液压口(P1,P2),
自动换刀装置具备与刀夹对置进行刀具更换的刀库(120)和对刀夹的销(74,76)进行交替地压入的一对工作缸(150),
通过压入所述销中的一个,从而向所述一对液压口(P1,P2)中的一个供给液压油,爪(84)和活塞(86)一起后退,将插入刀柄孔(82)的刀具的刀柄卡紧,而通过压入所述销中的另一个,从而向所述一对液压口(P1,P2)中的另一个供给液压油,活塞(86)和爪(84)前进,使刀柄放松。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立式转塔车床,其中,
自动换刀装置(100)具备机架(102)、设置在机架上的滑动导轨(104)和在滑动面上移动并在加工区域进行刀具更换的自动换刀单元(110),
自动换刀单元具备转塔式刀库(120)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立式转塔车床,其中,
自动换刀装置(100)具备机架(102)、设置在机架上的滑动导轨(104)和在滑动面上移动并在加工区域进行刀具更换的自动换刀单元(110),
自动换刀单元具备转塔式刀库(120),
转塔式刀库具备把持刀具的夹钳(130)和对夹钳向锁紧方向施力的弹簧(140)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的立式转塔车床,其中,
自动换刀装置(100)具备机架(102)、设置在机架上的滑动导轨(104)和在滑动面上移动并在加工区域进行刀具更换的自动换刀单元(110),
所述立式转塔车床具备对处于待机位置的自动换刀单元和加工区域之间进行开闭的门(55)。
