本发明提供一种壳体的制作方法,该方法包括如下步骤:提供一透明薄膜;在该透明薄膜的表面设置一图案层并进行超声波处理,所述图案层为镜面油墨印刷而成;在该图案层表面结合一基体层。

壳体的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体的制作方法,特别是涉及一种具有镜面效果的壳体的制作方法。
背景技术
现有便携式电子产品的壳体大多采用IML(模内贴膜注塑)工艺制成。采用该工艺制成的壳体通常包括一透明的塑料薄膜、在该塑料薄膜的表面上形成的商标或图案、及一注塑于薄膜及商标或图案上的塑料基体层。为了使所述商标或图案具有高亮的镜面效果,现有的做法通常是先在薄膜上印刷含金属粉末的镜面油墨以形成商标或图案,然后再注塑一基体层。然而采用该方法印刷时镜面油墨中的金属粉末难以完全沉积于薄膜的表面,排列亦不够紧密和规整,如此造成印刷的商标或图案对光呈漫反射而影响其镜面效果。为了克服该缺陷,目前的做法是印刷商标或图案后进行静置,然该方法所耗时间长,效率低,且难以导入全自动生产线。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种使壳体具有优良镜面效果的高效制作方法。
一种壳体的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供一透明薄膜;
在该透明薄膜层的表面设置一图案层并进行超声波处理,所述图案层为镜面油墨印刷而成;
在该图案层表面结合一基体层。
本发明壳体的制作方法通过对所述图案层进行超声波处理,使形成图案层的镜面油墨微粒可快速进行规整的排列,使壳体呈现出优良的镜面效果。所述图案层经超声波处理后,其在薄膜层上的附着力增强,亮度及平整度增加。该方法简单易行,效率高。
具体实施方式
本发明较佳实施方式壳体的制作方法包括如下步骤:
提供一透明薄膜。该透明薄膜由塑料制成,该塑料可选自为聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中的任一种。
在该透明薄膜的一表面设置一图案层。该图案层为镜面油墨层,其可采用丝网印刷的方式形成于薄膜的一表面上,以形成产品所需要的商标或其它装饰性图案。该镜面油墨中包含有金属粉末,如银粉末、铜粉末、锌粉末或铝粉末。所述图案层印刷完成后,将所述透明薄膜置于一超声波仪器上进行超声波处理,所述超声波功率可为350-800W,超声波处理时间可为0.5-5.0S。超声波处理后对所述图案层的镜面油墨进行烘烤干燥。所述图案层经印刷及超声波处理后,透过所述透明薄膜另一表面看,即可呈现出高亮的镜面效果。
提供一成型模具,将所述印刷有图案层的透明薄膜置于该模具内并注塑一基体层,使该基体层结合于图案层上。注塑所述基体层的材料可选自为聚乙烯(PE)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)及聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)塑料中的任一种。
本发明较佳实施方式的壳体的制作方法借以超声波处理,使形成图案层的镜面油墨中的金属粉末快速进行规整的排列并沉积于薄膜层的表面,使壳体呈现出优良的镜面效果。所述图案层经超声波处理后,其在透明薄膜层上的附着力增强,亮度及平整度增加。该方法简单易行,效率高。
本发明较佳实施方式的壳体可以是移动电话、游戏机、照相机等电子装置的壳体,亦可以是盖体或容器类制品。

Claims (6)

1.一种壳体的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供一透明薄膜;
在该透明薄膜的表面设置一图案层并进行超声波处理,所述图案层为镜面油墨印刷而成;
在该图案层表面结合一基体层。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述透明薄膜层膜的材料为聚丙烯、聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的任一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述镜面油墨中含金属粉末。
4.如权利要求3所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述金属粉末为银、铜、锌或铝。
5.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述超声波处理的功率为350-800W,超声波处理时间为0.5-5.0s。
6.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制作方法,其特征在于:所述基体层为以注塑成型方式制成的塑料层,该塑料选自为聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯中的任一种。
