上述不同的用于生产纺织品片材的方法是已知的并且在教科书和在专利文献中说明的。
典型地施加在中间衬料上的这些粘合化合物是能够热激活的并且总体上由热塑性聚合物类构成。根据现有技术,用于施加这些粘合化合物涂料的技术是以一种分开的操作在该纤维片材上进行的。通过粘合化合物技术,典型地粉点、糊剂印刷、双点、喷洒、热熔方法是已知的并且在专利文献中说明的。双点涂覆目前被认为对于维护处理之后在顶层织物上的粘附是最有效的。
这样一种双点具有一种双层的结构,其中它由一个下点和一个上点构成。下点透入基底材之中并作为阻挡层对抗粘合化合物的回渗并且使这些上点颗粒锚定。常规的下点包括粘合剂和/或是填充了聚合物的混合物。根据所用的化学品,该下点对与顶层织物形成的粘性结合以及在基底材料中的锚定都有贡献。然而,上点在双层复合材料中是主要的粘合组分并且它是作为一种粉末喷洒在下点上。在喷洒之后,粉末(在较低的层的这些点之间)的过量部分再次被吸掉。在随后的烧结之后,上点被热粘合在下点上并且相对于顶层织物可作为粘合材料。
根据中间衬料的所打算的目的,印刷不同数目的点和/或改变粘合化合物的量或点图案的几何形状。点的典型数目是,例如,对于9g/m2的添加物(add-on)是CP 110,或具有11g/m2添加物范围的CP 52。
所说明的方法确实提供了纺织品可熔粘片材,当用作中间衬料时,它们具有高的粘合强度,但是制造方法是不方便的并且是昂贵的。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种纺织品可熔粘片材,尤其是在纺织工业中作为一种可熔粘中间衬料有用的纺织品可熔粘片材,它具有非常好的触觉与视觉特性以及对顶层织物非常高的粘合强度并且,更重要的是,它的生产是简单和便宜的。
我们已经发现这一目的是通过具有权利要求1的所有特征的一种纺织品可熔粘片材实现的。在从属权利要求中描述了本发明的优选的构想。
根据本发明,一种纺织品可熔粘片材,尤其是作为纺织工业中的一种可熔粘中间衬料有用的可熔粘片材,具有一个背衬层,该背衬层包括通过一种粘合剂在多个选定的表面区域内粘合的并且在剩余的表面区域内不粘合的一种纤维网片,该背衬层具有提供在至少一侧的至少一部分上的一种热塑性聚合物,该纺织品可熔粘片材是通过一种方法可获得的,该方法包括以下步骤:
a)以一种常规方式在一种铺设装置上用纤维生产一个纤维网片,
b)将粘合剂和热塑性聚合物的一种混合物施加在该纤维网片的多个选定的表面区域上,并且
c)对由步骤b)获得的纤维网片进行热处理以干燥并且通过该粘合剂粘合该纤维网片的纤维,以形成一种粘合的纤维网片非织造织物,并且任选地使该粘合剂交联以便将该热塑性聚合物烧结到该粘合的纤维网片非织造织物的表面上并且与其烧结在一起。
现在将使用一种点印刷的方法作为一个实例来说明本发明的优点而不损失一般性。
本发明的纺织品可熔粘片材是以高粘合强度而值得注意的。出人意料地,已经确定,包括粘合剂和作为粘合化合物的热塑性聚合物的一种粘合点与3P/双点结构的常规粘合化合物点具有可比的粘合强度。然而与后者相比,本发明的粘合点能够以一种单步方法来施加,其中这种方法步骤另外同时包括施加该粘合剂由该纤维网片产生粘合的纤维非织造织物。因此本发明的纺织品可熔粘片材的生产是又简单但昂贵。
粘合剂和热塑性聚合物的粘合点同时还部分形成纤维粘合点的结果是在这些固结点之间的纤维的可能移动性的最大化。因此,该纺织品片材具有高弹性、高柔软性以及舒适的手感。与已知的中间衬料相对比,因为该纺织品片材不具有另外施加的格栅点,从现有技术已知的不希望的云纹效应即使在使用极薄的顶层织物的情况下同样不会发生。其结果是,本发明的纺织品片材提供了一种令人愉悦的视觉外观。
因为考虑到与一种粘合剂的粘合,不存在对昂贵的特殊纤维的需要(如在通过点-密封方法热固结的情况下),反而例如用专门卷曲纤维还可获得相当有弹性的产品。
使用的粘合剂的量与热塑性聚合物的量之比以及纤维网片的可湿润性的变化使之有可能获得非常严密地粘合的、耐磨损的产品以及具有相当于起绒纺织品的表面的非常柔软的粘合的纤维网片非织造织物。高比例的热塑性聚合物使之有可能达到非常高的抗层离性。通过从液体中直接地或间接地对优选颗粒热塑性聚合物的表面进行改性,可以改变它粘合剂基体中的结合。由该粘合剂基体的其他组分对颗粒表面的非常高的占据对于这些可达到的粘合力是有害的。
有待于用于背衬层的纤维、粘合剂以及热塑性聚合物的选择是鉴于对应的所打算的应用和/或具体的质量要求做出的。在原则上,本发明在此不强加任何限制。本领域的技术人员能够容易地发现适合于他或她目的的材料组合。
用于纤维网片的这些纤维可包括例如制造的纤维,如聚酯、聚酰胺、再生的纤维素和/或粘合剂纤维和/或天然纤维,如毛以及棉纤维。制造的纤维可以包括可卷曲的、卷曲的和/或不卷曲的短纤维类,可卷曲的、卷曲的和/或不卷曲的直接纺出的连续单丝纤维和/或有限纤维,如熔喷纤维。
纤维网片可具有一种单或多层的构造。
特别适合于中间衬料的是具有高达6.7分特克斯的纤维线密度的纤维。较大的线密度因为它们的相当大的纤维刚度而一般不使用。给予优选的是1.7分特克斯左右的纤维线密度,但是具有<1分特克斯的线性密度的微纤维也是可以考虑的。
该粘合剂可以是丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯、丁二烯-丙烯酸酯、SBR、NBR和/或聚氨酯类型的粘合剂。
热塑性聚合物作为粘合化合物优选包括:基于(共)聚酯、(共)聚酰胺、聚烯烃、聚氨酯、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯的聚合物和/或所提及的这些聚合物的多种组合(混合物和链增长加成共聚物)。
如上所述,粘合剂和热塑性聚合物的混合物优选以一种点图案施加在背衬上。这确保了材料的柔软性和弹性。这种点图案可以是规则或不规则分布的。然而,本发明不以任何方式限制点图案。粘合剂和热塑性聚合物的混合物可以按任何希望的几何形状来施用,包括例如以线、条、网或隔栅型结构、具有矩形,菱型或椭圆形几何形状或类似形状的点的形式。
用于生产本发明的纺织品可熔粘片材的一个优选的方法包括以下措施:
a)按常规方式在一个铺设装置上用纤维生产一种纤维网片,
b)将粘合剂和热塑性聚合物的混合物施加在该纤维网片的多个选定的表面区域上,并且
c)对由步骤b)获得的纤维网片进行热处理以干燥并且通过粘合剂粘合该纤维网片的纤维,以形成一种粘合的纤维网片非织造织物并且任选地将该粘合剂进行交联以便将该热塑性聚合物烧结在该粘合的纤维网片非织造织物的表面上并且与其烧结在一起。
当使用短纤维时,有利的是用至少一个罗拉梳理机来梳理它们以形成一种纤维网片。在此优选的是随机导纱,但是当要使特定的粘合的纤维网片非织造织物的特性有可能时、和/或当希望多层的纤维结构时,纵向的和/或横向的导纱和/或甚至更复杂的罗拉梳理机的安排的组合也是可能的。
这种不粘合的纤维网片可以用包括粘合剂和热塑性聚合物的混合物直接在一个印刷机器上进行印刷。可能明智的是为此目的在印刷之前将该纤维网片进行压缩、用纺织品助剂进行润湿或按任何其他希望的方式进行处理,以便在该粘合的纤维网片中产生一种增加的机械的纤维-纤维粘附力,这使印刷操作变得更加一致。
优选地,印刷的混合物是以一种分散体的形式存在的。因为未粘合的纤维网片的精确印刷是困难的,所使用的分散体组分必须是与纤维基质并且与所使用的热塑性聚合物精确匹配的。
所使用的分散体优选包括:
-丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯、丁二烯-丙烯酸酯、SBR、NBR和/或聚氨酯型的交联的或可交联的粘合剂类,以及还有
-助剂类
о如增稠剂类(例如,部分交联的聚丙烯酸酯以及它们的盐类),
о分散剂类,
о湿润剂类,
о流动控制剂类,
о手感改性剂类(例如硅氧烷化合物类或脂肪酸酯衍生物)和/或
о填充剂类
-以及起粘合化合物作用的一种或多种热塑性聚合物。
该热塑性聚合物优选是以颗粒的形式存在。出人意料地,已经确定,当纤维网片是用一种颗粒和粘合剂并且视情况还可以是另外的组分的分散体进行印刷时,该粘合剂从较粗的颗粒中分离出来并且这些较粗的颗粒更多留在粘合区域的上侧,例如点表面。该粘合剂,除了被锚定在纤维网片中并且将该纤维网片粘合在一起以形成一种粘结的纤维网片非织造织物以外,还粘合了这些较粗的颗粒。同时,这些颗粒和粘合剂的部分分离发生在该纤维网片的表面。该粘合剂更深地渗进材料之中,而这些颗粒聚积在表面。其结果是,聚合物的这些较粗的颗粒被粘入粘合剂基体中,但是同时在粘结的纤维网片非织造织物的表面的它们的自由区域可用于直接粘性粘合到顶层织物上。由此发展成一种类似一种双点的结构,但与已知的双点方法中的这种结构的生产方式相比,仅需要一个单一处理步骤,它另外同时用来施加粘合剂。双层粘合化合物的点是以粘合化合物的低回渗而值得注意的,因为所施加的层首先起了一个阻挡层的作用。出人意料地,本发明的粘合点(它类似于这种双点)也显示出了这种积极的特性。显然,在此说明的方法引起了在粘合点中的一种阻挡层的原位生成;热塑性聚合物的回渗被有效地制止;并且其结果是增强了产品的积极的特性。
这些颗粒的尺寸是根据有待印刷的面积(例如粘合点的所希望的尺寸)来决定的。在点图案的情况下,粒径可以在>0μ与500μ之间变化。原则上,热塑性聚合物的粒度是不统一的,但具有一种分布,即总是具有一个粒度范围。以上叙述的这些限制是对应的主要部分。粒度必须与所希望的施用率和点分布相匹配。
所使用的粘合剂可以在它们的玻璃转化点上变化,但是对于软产品常规的是优选具有Tg<10℃的“软”粘合剂。这些助剂材料用来调整浆料的粘度。适合的粘合剂使之有可能在宽的界限之间改变中间衬料的触感。
在印刷操作之后,将材料经受一个热处理以进行干燥并且通过粘合剂来粘合该纤维网片的纤维,以形成一种粘合的纤维网片非织造织物并且任选地将该粘合剂进行交联以便将该热塑性聚合物烧结到该粘合的纤维网片非织造织物的表面上并且与其烧结在一起。接着,将该材料卷起作为一种可熔粘纺织品片材。
然而,本发明的可熔粘纺织品片材的用途不局限于这一应用。其他的应用是可以想象的,例如作为在家用纺织中的可熔粘纺织品片材,如软包覆装饰的家具、增强的座位结构、座椅罩或作为在汽车内部的可熔粘和可拉伸的纺织品片材、鞋的部件或卫生/医疗领域。
现在,将使用在纺织工业中被用作一种可熔粘中间衬料的本发明的一种可熔粘纺织品片材的实例来说明本发明,而不失去其一般性。
所使用的试验方法:
将以下说明的解说性实施方案融合到府绸型的本公司的顶层织物中是在140℃下和12秒的一个连续压力下完成的。抗层离性是根据DIN 54310或DIN EN ISO 6330的方法来确定。在抗层离性试验中,当在顶层织物与中间衬料之间的粘附是如此强有力以至于在层离完成之前在进行试验的过程中该中间衬料撕裂时,列举的抗层离值被标定为“sp”。这是作为目标的最大值,因为这种粘附原则上是强于中间衬料的内部强度。
为了确定粘合化合物的回渗,将由中间衬料与在外侧的顶层织物形成的一种内部夹层通过根据以上报告的设置的融合压力。内层的粘附越低,粘合化合物的回渗就越低。
第一解说性实施方案:
一种纤维网片通过一对轧辊并且用水润湿到150%的吸湿率,该纤维网片具有35g/m2的基础重量并且由20%的具有不同热收缩的4.4分特克斯60mm的PET/coPET(聚酯/共聚多酯)的s/s(并列)双组份纤维和80%的1.7分特克斯36mm的标准聚酯纤维构成,该纤维网片是经罗拉梳理的并且在120℃下在一个压力系统中进行压延的。湿润的纤维网片然后通过一个处于110点/cm2的圆网印花机并且用一种粘合剂-聚合物分散体逐点进行印刷。将印刷的纤维网片在一个带式干燥机中在175℃下干燥,粘合剂交联并且这些聚合物颗粒被烧结在上面并且烧结在一起。
粘合剂-聚合物分散体具有以下构成:
具有tg=-28℃的自-交联丁基/乙基丙烯酸酯粘合剂分散体    20份
共聚酰胺粉末(粒径从>0直到200μ具有约115℃的熔化区)    20份
润湿剂a//n/i                      1份
增稠剂                            3份
水                                56份
第二解说性实施方案
一种纤维网片通过一对轧辊(其中下轧辊是一个细槽汲水辊(scooping roll),并且用水润湿到具有110%的吸湿率,该纤维网片具有25g/m2的基础重量并且由50%的处于1.7分特克斯38mm的尼龙-6纤维和50%的处于1.7分特克斯34mm的PET(聚酯)纤维构成,该纤维网片是经罗拉梳理的并且在150℃下在一个压力系统中进行压延的。湿润的纤维网片然后进入一个处于110点/cm2的圆网印花机中并且用一种粘合剂-聚合物分散体逐点进行印刷。将印刷的纤维网片在一个带式干燥机中在175℃下干燥,粘合剂交联并且这些聚合物颗粒被烧结在上面并且烧结在一起。
粘合剂-聚合物分散体具有以下构成:

第三解说性实施方案
一种纤维网片通过一对轧辊并且用水+0.5%的助剂润湿到具有140%的吸湿率,该纤维网片具有40g/m2的基础重量并且由30%的处于2.2分特克斯38mm的螺旋-卷曲型共聚多酯纤维和70%处于1.7分特克斯34mm的PET(聚酯)纤维构成,该纤维网片是经罗拉梳理的并且在110℃下在一个压力系统中进行压延的。湿润的纤维网片然后进入一个处于37点/cm2的圆网印花机中并且用一种粘合剂-聚合物分散体逐点进行印刷。然后将印刷的纤维网片在一个带式干燥机中在175℃下干燥,粘合剂交联并且这些聚合物颗粒被烧结在上面并且烧结在一起。
粘合剂-聚合物分散体具有以下构成:

自表中的这些值清楚的是所有发明的纺织品片材的值得注意之处是高机械强度和高伸长率以及良好的耐磨性连同高的抗层离性。仅实例1的粘合化合物的回渗行为是稍差于对比实例的行为。在表中没有列出的本发明的纺织品片材的另一个有利的特性是基本平滑的表面。

Claims (12)

1.一种纺织品可熔粘片材,尤其是作为纺织工业中的一种可熔粘中间衬料有用的可熔粘片材,具有一个背衬层,该背衬层包括通过一种粘合剂在多个选定的表面区域内粘合的并且在剩余的表面区域内不粘合的一种纤维网片,该背衬层具有提供在至少一侧的至少一部分上的一种热塑性聚合物,该纺织品可熔粘片材是通过一种方法可获得的,该方法包括以下步骤:
a)以一种常规方式在一种铺设装置上用纤维生产一个纤维网片,
b)将粘合剂和热塑性聚合物的一种混合物施加在该纤维网片的多个选定的表面区域上,并且
c)对由步骤b)获得的纤维网片进行热处理以进行干燥并且通过该粘合剂粘合该纤维网片的纤维,以形成一种粘合的纤维网片非织造织物,并且任选地使该粘合剂交联以便将该热塑性聚合物烧结到该粘合的纤维网片非织造织物的表面上并且与其烧结在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品可熔粘片材,其特征在于该纤维网片包括制造的纤维,如聚酯、聚酰胺、再生纤维素和/或粘合剂纤维和/或天然纤维,如毛以及棉纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纺织品片材,其特征在于这些制造的纤维包括可卷曲的、卷曲的和/或不卷曲的短纤维,可卷曲的、卷曲的和/或不卷曲的直接纺出的连续单丝纤维或有限纤维,如熔喷纤维。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的纺织品可熔粘片材,其特征在于这些纤维的纤维线密度是<6.7分特克斯。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的纺织品片材,其特征在于该热塑性聚合物包括:基于(共)聚酯、(共)聚酰胺、聚烯烃、聚氨酯、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯的聚合物类和/或所提及的这些聚合物的多种组合(混合物和链增长加成共聚物)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的纺织品可熔粘片材,其特征在于该热塑性聚合物是以颗粒的形式存在于该混合物中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的纺织品可熔粘片材,其特征在于这些颗粒具有<500μm的直径。
8.根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的纺织品可熔粘片材,其特征在于该粘合剂包括丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯、丁二烯-丙烯酸酯、SBR、NBR和/或聚氨酯类型的多种粘合剂。
9.根据权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的纺织品可熔粘片材,其特征在于该热塑性聚合物和粘合剂的混合物是以一种分散体的形式施加的。
10.根据权利要求9所述的纺织品可熔粘片材,其特征在于该分散体进一步包括多种助剂,如增稠剂类、分散剂类、润湿剂类、流动控制剂类、手感改性剂类和/或填充剂类。
11.根据权利要求1至10中的任一项所述的纺织品可熔粘片材,其特征在于该分散体是通过一种丝网印刷方法来施加的。
12.根据权利要求1至11中的任一项所述的纺织品可熔粘片材,其特征在于该粘合剂和热塑性聚合物的混合物或分散体是以一种规则地或不规则地分布的点的图案被施加在该背衬层上。
