本发明公开了一种具有激发作用的水泥助磨剂,原料配比为(按重量份计):三乙醇胺,2;木钙,3;无水硫酸钠,50;滑石粉,5;石膏粉,20;粉煤灰,20;按所述配比,先取定量的三乙醇胺,用喷雾器均匀的喷洒在定量的粉煤灰中;然后计量将木钙、滑石粉、无水硫酸钠和石膏粉,依次倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀即得所述的具有激发作用的水泥助磨剂;本发明的水泥助磨剂原料易得,造价低廉,制作简单,使用方便。

具有激发作用的水泥助磨剂
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其是涉及一种具有激发作用的水泥助磨剂。
背景技术
国内水泥磨粉站基本上都使用水泥助磨剂。这种助磨剂大部分都是使用三乙醇胺。其原理就是降低水泥颗粒的表面能,减少颗粒团聚,在同样时间内加大磨粉量。但三乙醇胺用量很少,只有万分之几,不易操作,制作成本较高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有激发作用的水泥助磨剂,原料易得,造价低廉,制作简单,使用方便。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
原料配比为(按重量份计):
三乙醇胺,2;木钙,3;无水硫酸钠,50;滑石粉,5;石膏粉,20;粉煤灰,20;
按所述配比,先取定量的三乙醇胺,用喷雾器均匀的喷洒在定量的粉煤灰中;然后计量将木钙、滑石粉、无水硫酸钠和石膏粉,依次倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀即得所述具有激发作用的水泥助磨剂;原料取料误差不超过±1%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明选用三乙醇胺作为助磨剂主要组分,滑石作为助磨组分;选用木钙作为缓凝组分,选用石膏和无水硫酸钠作为激发组分,选用粉煤灰作为载体组分,可以提高在单位时间内水泥的磨粉量,也可以减少复合水泥添加水泥熟料的用量,最大限度地利用粉煤灰及其他工业废渣。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
本实施例中具有激发作用的水泥助磨剂原料配比为(按重量份计):2份三乙醇胺;3份木钙;50份无水硫酸钠;5份滑石粉;20份石膏粉;20份粉煤灰。
按所述配比,先取定量的三乙醇胺,用喷雾器均匀的喷洒在定量的粉煤灰中;然后计量将木钙、滑石粉、无水硫酸钠和石膏粉,依次倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,出料包装即得所述具有激发作用的水泥助磨剂;原料取料误差不超过±1%。
使用时,按重量份,取50水泥熟料,35份粉煤灰,10份石灰石,5份石膏,外加本实施例中的具有激发作用的水泥助磨剂1份,磨制20分钟。对比不加本发明助磨剂的试验,0.08mm筛筛余减少22.9%;28天强度增加16.5%,达到33.2Mpa,其他指标也符合32.5号水泥标准。
可见,使用本发明的水泥助磨剂时,只需加入水泥熟料和其他外加料总重量的1%,即可达到很好的助磨和激发作用,并且本发明的水泥助磨剂的原料易得,造价低廉,制作简单,使用方便。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案所做的其他修改或者等同替换,只要不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

三乙醇胺,2;木钙,3;无水硫酸钠,50;滑石粉,5;石膏粉,20;粉煤灰,20;
按所述配比,先取定量的三乙醇胺,用喷雾器均匀的喷洒在定量的粉煤灰中;然后计量将木钙、滑石粉、无水硫酸钠和石膏粉,依次倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀即得所述的具有激发作用的水泥助磨剂;原料取料误差不超过±1%。
