本发明涉及一种叉车内置式防卡侧滚轮,包括侧滚轮支架、侧滚轮和侧滚轮轴,该侧滚轮通过侧滚轮轴安装在侧滚轮支架上,其创新点在于:所述侧滚轮的两端面铣有滚道,并在该滚道与侧滚轮支架之间嵌有由带滚道的垫圈与钢球、保持架组件构成的套圈。本发明的优点在于:通过在侧滚轮两端面设置滚道,并在滚道与侧滚轮支架之间嵌有由带滚道的垫圈与钢球、保持架组件构成的套圈,套圈与侧滚轮的端面滚道构成一个推力球轴承,使其能够承受轴向力。当侧滚轮收到轴向压力时,套圈与侧滚轮端面之间为滚动摩擦,而非传统结构的滑动摩擦,大大降低了摩擦系数,避免侧滚轮和侧滚轮支架快速磨损造成的卡死现象,提高了使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种轴承,特别涉及一种叉车内置式防卡侧滚轮。
背景技术
传统的叉车内置侧滚轮包括支架、侧滚轮和轴,侧滚轮通过轴安装在支架上。其缺点是:叉车的侧滚轮在使用过程中,由于受到轴向力,侧滚轮端面与支架之间形成滑动摩擦,支架磨损后易造成卡死现象,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种叉车内置式防卡侧滚轮,使侧滚轮与支架之间不产生摩擦,避免卡死。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种叉车内置式防卡侧滚轮,包括侧滚轮支架、侧滚轮和侧滚轮轴,该侧滚轮通过侧滚轮轴安装在侧滚轮支架上,其创新点在于:所述侧滚轮的两端面加工有一环形滚道,并在该滚道与侧滚轮支架之间嵌有由带滚道的垫圈与钢球、保持架组件构成的套圈。
本发明的优点在于:通过在侧滚轮两端面设置滚道,并在滚道与侧滚轮支架之间嵌有由带滚道的垫圈与钢球、保持架组件构成的套圈,套圈与侧滚轮的端面滚道构成一个推力球轴承,使其能够承受轴向力。当侧滚轮收到轴向压力时,套圈与侧滚轮端面之间为滚动摩擦,而非传统结构的滑动摩擦,大大降低了摩擦系数,避免侧滚轮和侧滚轮支架快速磨损造成的卡死现象,提高了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,包括侧滚轮支架1、侧滚轮2、侧滚轮轴3、套圈4、垫圈5、钢球6、保持架7。
上述侧滚轮2通过侧滚轮轴3安装在侧滚轮支架1上,侧滚轮2的两个端开有内陷的空腔,空腔端面加工有一环形滚道。套圈4由垫圈5、钢球6和保持架7组件构成,其嵌于侧滚轮2端面的空腔与侧滚轮支架1之间,使得套圈4与侧滚轮2的端面滚道构成一个内置于侧滚轮支架1能够承受轴向力的推力球轴承。

1.一种叉车内置式防卡侧滚轮,包括侧滚轮支架、侧滚轮和侧滚轮轴,该侧滚轮通过侧滚轮轴安装在侧滚轮支架上,其特征在于:所述侧滚轮的两端面加工有一环形滚道,并在该滚道与侧滚轮支架之间嵌有由带滚道的垫圈与钢球、保持架组件构成的套圈。
