尽管已知整个系列的自粘性的印刷品或显示媒体,但是对于适当改进的自粘性物品仍然存在一种需要。
因此,本发明出于其目的而提供一种自粘性织物印刷和装饰性媒体,它容易生产、可以被重复使用、并且更具体地说当在与该粘合剂层中遗留下来的底物残余物分离的过程中它容易清除,并且由此几乎恢复到它原始的粘附力。
本发明出于其目的而进一步提供一种适当的媒体,它是可容易印刷的(尤其是用数字方式)、或者已经显示适当的印刷并且它对天气和昆虫聚居的作用具有良好的抵抗性。
我们已经发现,此目的通过一种自粘性印刷媒体得到了实现,该自粘性印刷媒体包括一种织物(1),该织物已经用一种疏水剂(hydrophobicizer)和一种杀真菌剂进行了浸渍并且它在一侧具有一个透明的或着色的涂层(2),在该涂层之上是一个可印刷的漆层(3),以及在与该透明的或着色的涂层(2)相反的另一侧是一个粘合剂层(4),该粘合剂层由两种或多种热塑性聚合物和/或高分子聚合物材料的一个混合物组成。
该高分子材料优选是一种橡胶或者一种弹性体。
该织物优选是一种纺织品,它有利的是按平纹纺织的构造来生产的,对于平纹纺织构造而言优选可使用的是合成纱线(纺成的合成纱线以及合成的长丝纱线均可),特别是由聚酯类(如聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)或由聚酰胺类构成的那些纱线。
还可能使用完全由芳香族聚酰胺类构成的纱线。
使用无机纤维(如玻璃纤维)也同样是有可能的。
可以使用低-旦的纱线,而且还可使用更粗的纱线。有利的是使用非常紧密的纺织物或其他织物。
特别有利的是所谓的工业纺织物,它赋予该印刷媒体特定的强度。
可将该漆层(3)在施加该粘合剂层之前或之后施加。也有可能同时施加。
该媒体可以(尤其是用数字方法)进行印刷并且配备有装饰物、铭文、广告标语等等。
该漆层也可以在已施加该粘合剂层之后进行印刷,但印刷也可以在已施加该粘合剂层之前来进行。
该印刷媒体总体上在具有粘合剂或粘结层的一侧配备有一个保护性箔片,特别是在一侧硅化的一个保护性纸(5),以保护该粘合剂层并且使它安全而免受污染以及其他形式的破坏。该印刷媒体可以按这种形式储存。还有可能将该印刷媒体以卷的形式卷起并且保存和输送。
本发明的印刷媒体特别值得注意地是用于可多次再利用的,并且特别是当例如在使用之后以及与底物分离时,在该粘合剂层上仍然存在底物的脏的小点或残留物,这些可以通过简单地用水洗涤,有可能在温和的清洁剂(如洗涤液)的帮助下来进行清洁。此后,该印刷媒体将回到它实质上完全的粘附力并且因此几乎可以按所希望的次数而再次使用。
该印刷媒体对于其中该印刷媒体在延长的时段上保留在一个底物上的目的(例如用于装饰的目的)是有用的。然而,它对于频繁变化的较短的使用期限也是有用的。例如,为短期通知而有必要转换时,它可以用来粘贴覆盖交通标志,否则的话,例如,就必须将这些相应的标志移除或遮盖住并且用其他的标志替换。
本发明的印刷媒体在室内以及在室外可使用并且因此实质上可以被施加到任何光滑或基本上平面的表面上用于广告目的、装饰、遮蔽、隐私以及用于显示信息。
然而,还可将该印刷媒体施加到包括波形或凹陷(例如像孔等等)的底物上。
在热塑性聚合物材料与高分子聚合物材料之间的混合比率优选是在从25∶75至75∶25的范围内。
用于粘合剂层的混合物很容易制备。将适当的聚合物材料混合并且在一个挤出机中熔化并且可以将它通过压延作为聚合物材料的一个薄的粘性膜来施加。
将发现,具有各自不同的乙酸乙烯酯含量的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物的混合物在本发明中是特别适合的。这种的产品例如是从Lanxess在

具有按重量计40-90%,优选45-70%的乙酸乙烯酯含量的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物的混合物是特别有利的。
本发明的印刷媒体可配备有装饰、图画等等,以所有可能的颜色,连同黑色和白色。它们对于以印刷的形式来传递信息也是非常有用的。它们对于在外附着的警告标志、交通标志等等也是非常有用的。
本发明进一步提供了用于生产一种自粘性印刷媒体的一种方法,其特征在于,将聚酯短纤维纱线以及聚酯长丝纱线进行纺织以生产一种纺织品,其中该纬纱是一种短纤维纱线而该经纱是一种连续长丝纱线,或者该经纱是一种短纤维纱线而该纬纱是一种连续长丝纱线,将该纺织品洗涤并且干燥,然后用包括一种疏水剂以及一种杀真菌剂的一种水性液体浸渍并且将其干燥,然后将一个透明的或着色的涂层施加到一侧上并且在该透明的或着色的涂层上施加一个可印刷的漆层并且在该纺织品的与有着该透明的或着色的涂层的一侧相反的另一侧上施加一种粘合剂层,该粘合剂层由两种或多种热塑性聚合物和高分子聚合物材料的一种混合物组成,并且可任选地将该粘合剂层覆盖一个保护性的箔片。
以下实例展示了本发明。
实例
用聚酯短纤维作为纬纱以及聚酯连续长丝纱线以经纱形式制成了紧密纺织品。将坯布洗涤并且随后将其干燥。
然后将所洗涤的和干燥的织物使用包括一种氟烷和一种杀真菌剂的一种水性分散体进行浸渍。在浸渍之后,将该织物干燥。
然后将所浸渍并且干燥的织物用包括一种白色颜料的水性丙烯酸酯涂层进行涂覆。随后进行干燥。
然后将一个可印刷的层漆施加在涂覆有丙烯酸酯的一侧上。

该图描绘了根据本发明的一种印刷媒体的一个示意图。其中,(1)是一种浸渍的纺织品,它在一侧上具有已经向其上施加了一个可印刷的漆层(3)的一个着色的涂层(2)。已将粘合剂层(4)施加到相反的一侧并且任选地用一个未示出的保护性箔片(5)进行覆盖。

Claims (15)

1.一种自粘性印刷媒体,包括一种织物(1),该织物已经用一种疏水剂以及一种杀真菌剂进行浸渍并且它在一侧具有一个透明的或着色的涂层(2),在该涂层之上是一个可印刷的漆层(3),以及在与该透明的或着色的涂层(2)相反的另一侧是一个粘合剂层(4),该粘合剂层由高分子聚合物材料和两种或多种热塑性聚合物的一个混合物组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的自粘性印刷媒体,其特征在于该高分子聚合物材料是一种橡胶。
3.如权利要求1所述的印刷媒体,其特征在于该织物是一种纺织品。
4.如权利要求3所述的印刷媒体,其特征在于该纺织品是由聚酯纱线构造成的,其中纬纱是一种聚酯短纤维纱线并且经纱是一种聚酯长丝纱线,或与之相反,其中该纬纱是一种聚酯长丝纱线并且该经纱是一种聚酯短纤维纱线。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的自粘性印刷媒体,其特征在于该一侧的涂层(2)是一种丙烯酸酯涂层。
6.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的印刷媒体,其特征在于该粘合剂层(4)包括两种或多种聚合物,这些聚合物是相同的单体和共聚单体的共聚物,但对于相应的单体和共聚单体具有不同的重量分数。
7.如权利要求6所述的印刷媒体,其特征在于这些共聚物是乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物。
8.如权利要求7所述的印刷媒体,其特征在于该共聚物中的乙酸乙烯酯含量是按重量百分之40-90。
9.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的印刷媒体,其特征在于在该热塑性与高分子聚合物材料之间的混合比例是在从25∶75至75∶25的范围之内。
10.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的自粘性印刷媒体,其特征在于一种保护性箔片被施加在该粘合剂层之上。
11.如权利要求10所述的印刷媒体,其特征在于该保护性箔片是一种在一侧硅化的保护性箔片。
12.如权利要求8所述的印刷媒体,其特征在于该共聚物中的乙酸乙烯酯含量是按重量百分之45-70。
13.如权利要求7或8所述的印刷媒体,其特征在于在该热塑性与高分子聚合物材料之间的混合比例是在从25∶75至75∶25的范围之内。
14.如权利要求7或8所述的自粘性印刷媒体,其特征在于一种保护性箔片被施加在该粘合剂层之上。
15.用于生产一种自粘性印刷媒体的方法,其特征在于将聚酯短纤维纱线以及聚酯长丝纱线进行纺织以生产一种纺织品,其中纬纱是一种短纤维纱线而经纱是一种连续长丝纱线,或者该经纱是一种短纤维纱线而该纬纱是一种连续长丝纱线,将该纺织品洗涤并且干燥,然后用包括一种疏水剂以及一种杀真菌剂的一种水性液体浸渍并且将其干燥,然后将一个透明的或着色的涂层施加在一侧并且在该透明的涂层上施加一个可印刷的漆层,并且该纺织品的与有着该透明的或着色的涂层的侧面相反的另一侧上施加一个粘合剂层,该粘合剂层由高分子聚合物材料和两种或多种热塑性聚合物的一个混合物组成,并且可任选的是将该粘合剂层覆盖一个保护性箔片。
