Abstract

本发明涉及一种伞面布,尤其是涉及一种金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布的涂层方法。其主要是解决现有技术所存在的遮阳伞布没有防雨功能,一些小雨可以遮挡,这样很容易损坏防紫外线涂层;雨伞主要是防雨的,没有防紫外线的功能,两者功能不一样等的技术问题。本发明在布面层上进行防水处理形成防水层,并进行轻轧光整理,将高含固量胶液、金粉、架桥剂、溶剂、高强粘附剂、滑爽剂复配成涂层,然后将涂层涂覆到布面层的防水层上;将布面层放入到烘箱中进行烘焙,先进行三次急速降温,加入色浆后再进行一次急速升温和急速降温,最后出金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种伞面布,尤其是涉及一种金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布的涂层方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,伞类产品高附加值功能的需求越来越多,尤其是目前对夏天用抗紫外线伞面的需求日益凸显。现有伞面市场上对遮阳伞的抗紫外线标准均是通过额外添加紫外线吸收剂,随着使用时间的推延,抗紫外线的效果会逐步减弱,不够稳定,迫切需要开发稳定的夏天用抗紫外线产品。并且一般伞布没有防雨功能,一些小雨可以遮挡,这样很容易损坏防紫外线涂层。雨伞主要是防雨的,没有防紫外线的功能,两者功能不一样。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布的涂层方法,其主要是解决现有技术所存在的遮阳伞布没有防雨功能,一些小雨可以遮挡,这样很容易损坏防紫外线涂层;雨伞主要是防雨的,没有防紫外线的功能,两者功能不一样等的技术问题。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本发明的一种金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布的涂层方法,其特征在于所述的方法包括:
a.在布面层上进行防水处理形成防水层,并进行轻轧光整理,将重量份为70-100份的高含固量胶液、6-9份的金粉、3-4份的架桥剂、15-20份的溶剂、3-5份的高强粘附剂、2-3份的滑爽剂复配成涂层,然后将涂层涂覆到布面层的防水层上;
b.将布面层放入到烘箱中进行烘焙,首先缓慢升温到125-135℃,进行保温,急速降温到60-70℃,进行保温;然后缓慢升温至145-155℃,进行保温,急速降温到60-70℃,进行保温;再缓慢升温至145-155℃,进行保温,急速降温到60-70℃,进行保温;最后升温至135-145℃,进行保温,慢速降温到30-40℃,进行保温;
c.将伞面布从烘箱中取出,然后在伞面布上涂覆重量份为40-50份的色浆,然后再次放入烘箱中进行烘焙,然后急速升温到90-100℃,进行保温,再急速降温到40-50℃,进行保温;最后将伞面布取出烘箱,降温至室温,最后出金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布。
涂层前先对基布进行2次高温重轧光,确保布面的平整度。涂层采用一底二面的涂层工艺生产。既要确保底色的鲜艳度,又要确保遮光性。本发明通过多次缓慢升温、多次急速降温的多次温度调整,能够将涂层充分地浸入到伞面布中,这样能够使涂层迅速分离成颗粒进入到伞面布上,与伞面布内的织物外表面进行充分融合。而常规的方法都是直接烘焙即可,这样涂层的效果较差。
最后才加入色浆,并且再进行一次急速升温和一次急速降温后,能够将色浆的颗粒迅速混入到伞面布中,并且与金粉融合,这样色牢度较高。避免了前期加入色浆因为其它各组分的流动造成分布不均的缺点。
选择反光性较强的大颗粒金粉材料;要选择粘合度高且不影响反光效果的涂层胶;关键是涂层厚薄要均匀,避免影响反光的均匀性。
胚布材质为涤纶100%,采用平纹组织,经纬纱均采用三角亮光纱织造而成,经纬纱规格为 70D/24F 的长丝。
高含固量胶、金粉、架桥剂、溶剂、高强粘附剂、滑爽剂都为伞面布生产线上的现有产品。
作为优选,所述的步骤b中缓慢升温的速率为0.5-1℃/min,急速降温的速率为10-15℃/min,慢速降温的速率为1-2℃/min。
作为优选,所述的步骤c中急速升温的速率为10-15℃/min,急速降温的速率为5-10℃/ min。
因此,本发明通过对伞面布涂层时温度的控制,并且通过调整添加色浆的顺序,使得伞面布具有外观靓丽、表面金属光泽感强、超强抗紫外线、遮光效果好等特点。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:本例的一种金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布的涂层方法,其步骤为:
a.在布面层上进行防水处理形成防水层,并进行轻轧光整理,将重量份为70份的高含固量胶液、6份的金粉、3份的架桥剂、15份的溶剂、3份的高强粘附剂、2份的滑爽剂复配成涂层,然后将涂层涂覆到布面层的防水层上;
b.将布面层放入到烘箱中进行烘焙,首先缓慢升温到125℃,进行保温,急速降温到60℃,进行保温;然后缓慢升温至145℃,进行保温,急速降温到60℃,进行保温;再缓慢升温至145℃,进行保温,急速降温到60℃,进行保温;最后升温至135℃,进行保温,慢速降温到30℃,进行保温;缓慢升温的速率为0.5℃/min,急速降温的速率为10℃/min,慢速降温的速率为1℃/min;
c.将伞面布从烘箱中取出,然后在伞面布上涂覆重量份为40份的色浆,然后再次放入烘箱中进行烘焙,然后急速升温到90℃,进行保温,再急速降温到40℃,进行保温;急速升温的速率为10-15℃/min,急速降温的速率为5-10℃/ min;最后将伞面布取出烘箱,降温至室温,最后出金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布。
伞面布的长波紫外线(UVA)透过率<5%,UPF防护值 50+,防水效果测试4级以上,静水压测试3000mm/H2O以上。
实施例2:本例的一种金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布的涂层方法,其步骤为:
a.在布面层上进行防水处理形成防水层,并进行轻轧光整理,将重量份为80份的高含固量胶液、8份的金粉、3份的架桥剂、18份的溶剂、4份的高强粘附剂、2份的滑爽剂复配成涂层,然后将涂层涂覆到布面层的防水层上;
b.将布面层放入到烘箱中进行烘焙,首先缓慢升温到130℃,进行保温,急速降温到65℃,进行保温;然后缓慢升温至150℃,进行保温,急速降温到65℃,进行保温;再缓慢升温至150℃,进行保温,急速降温到65℃,进行保温;最后升温至140℃,进行保温,慢速降温到35℃,进行保温;缓慢升温的速率为0.8℃/min,急速降温的速率为12℃/min,慢速降温的速率为1.5℃/min
c.将伞面布从烘箱中取出,然后在伞面布上涂覆重量份为45份的色浆,然后再次放入烘箱中进行烘焙,然后急速升温到95℃,进行保温,再急速降温到45℃,进行保温;急速升温的速率为12℃/min,急速降温的速率为8℃/ min;最后将伞面布取出烘箱,降温至室温,最后出金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布。
伞面布的长波紫外线(UVA)透过率<5%,UPF防护值 50+,防水效果测试4级以上,静水压测试3000mm/H2O以上。
实施例3:本例的一种金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布的涂层方法,其步骤为:
a.在布面层上进行防水处理形成防水层,并进行轻轧光整理,将重量份为100份的高含固量胶液、9份的金粉、4份的架桥剂、20份的溶剂、5份的高强粘附剂、3份的滑爽剂复配成涂层,然后将涂层涂覆到布面层的防水层上;
b.将布面层放入到烘箱中进行烘焙,首先缓慢升温到135℃,进行保温,急速降温到70℃,进行保温;然后缓慢升温至155℃,进行保温,急速降温到70℃,进行保温;再缓慢升温至155℃,进行保温,急速降温到70℃,进行保温;最后升温至145℃,进行保温,慢速降温到40℃,进行保温;缓慢升温的速率为1℃/min,急速降温的速率为15℃/min,慢速降温的速率为2℃/min;
c.将伞面布从烘箱中取出,然后在伞面布上涂覆重量份为50份的色浆,然后再次放入烘箱中进行烘焙,然后急速升温到100℃,进行保温,再急速降温到50℃,进行保温;急速升温的速率为15℃/min,急速降温的速率为10℃/ min;最后将伞面布取出烘箱,降温至室温,最后出金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布。
伞面布的长波紫外线(UVA)透过率<5%,UPF防护值 50+,防水效果测试4级以上,静水压测试3000mm/H2O以上。

Claims (2)

1.一种金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布的涂层方法,其特征在于所述的方法包括:
a.在布面层上进行防水处理形成防水层,并进行轻轧光整理,将重量份为70-100份的高含固量胶液、6-9份的金粉、3-4份的架桥剂、15-20份的溶剂、3-5份的高强粘附剂、2-3份的滑爽剂复配成涂层,然后将涂层涂覆到布面层的防水层上;
b.将布面层放入到烘箱中进行烘焙,首先缓慢升温到125-135℃,进行保温,急速降温到60-70℃,进行保温;然后缓慢升温至145-155℃,进行保温,急速降温到60-70℃,进行保温;再缓慢升温至145-155℃,进行保温,急速降温到60-70℃,进行保温;最后升温至135-145℃,进行保温,慢速降温到30-40℃,进行保温;
c.将伞面布从烘箱中取出,然后在伞面布上涂覆重量份为40-50份的色浆,然后再次放入烘箱中进行烘焙,然后急速升温到90-100℃,进行保温,再急速降温到40-50℃,进行保温;将伞面布取出烘箱,降温至室温,最后取出金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布;急速升温的速率为10-15℃/min,急速降温的速率为5-10℃/ min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金粉靓胶全遮光伞面布的涂层方法,其特征在于所述的步骤b中缓慢升温的速率为0.5-1℃/min,急速降温的速率为10-15℃/min,慢速降温的速率为1-2℃/min。
