Abstract

背景技术
例如,从文件DE 10 2004 023 637 A1中已知了带有并联混合驱动(Parallel-Hybridantrieb)的混合驱动系统,该并联混合驱动带有在驱动侧与车轴驱动器相连接的行驶变速器(Fahrgetriebe)、构造成马达-起动机-发电机(Motor-Starter-Generator)的电机(Elektromaschine)以及内燃机的串联布置,在该并联混合驱动中,在内燃机和电机之间布置有第一分离离合器(Trennkupplung)(K0离合器),在电机和行驶变速器之间布置有第二分离离合器(K1离合器)。在此涉及所谓的全混合,也就是说,不仅内燃机而且电机都可独立地提供牵引力。

具体实施方式
图1显示了带有在驱动侧与车轴驱动器相连接的变速器3、构造成马达-起动机-发电机的电机2、以及内燃机1的串联布置的并联混合驱动的部件的总览图。电机2利用分离离合器(K0离合器)4和扭转减震器5连接到变速器3,并且因此构造成高度集成的脉冲起动模块(Impulsstartmodul)。之后联接有变速器3(在此为带有两个干式离合器和七个档位的双离合变速器)以及第二分离离合器。

1.一种驱动组件,包括内燃机(1)、带有第一离合器(K1离合器)的变速器(3)以及布置在所述内燃机(1)和所述变速器(3)之间的电机(2)和另一离合器(K0离合器)(4),其中,所述K0离合器(4)有选择性地允许所述电机(2)的联结或切断,并且所述K0离合器(4)的接合和分离借助于液压操纵装置(7)而实现,其中,所述变速器(3)具有液压系统以用于操纵传动过程,其特征在于,作用于用于所述K0离合器(4)的液压操纵装置(7)的伺服媒质为来自于变速器液压系统的液压介质(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动组件,其特征在于阀体(15),所述阀体(15)容纳用于所述K0离合器(4)的液压操纵装置(7)以及用于控制来自于所述变速器液压系统的液压介质的阀(16)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动组件,其特征在于,所述阀体(15)在布置在变速器壳体内的液压系统的高度上布置在所述变速器壳体的外侧处,所述液压系统为所述变速器(3)的机电单元(14)的一部分。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的驱动组件,其特征在于,设置了回流系统,以使得将用于所述液压操纵装置(7)的作为伺服媒质的液压介质(11)引回到液压油底壳中,并且从该处在清洁后再次引回到所述变速器液压系统的液压循环中。
