Abstract
本发明提供一种电线标记(100)。一种承载带包括第一层(12)、两个条带(16、18)和标签(22),第一层具有至少一个开口(14),两个条带施加至第一层的相反两边,且在至少一侧上包括粘合剂,标签固定到开口(14)内且附连至粘合剂。至少一个获取孔眼线可位于所述第一层上,所述获取孔眼线是水平的,且邻近开口(24)的一侧。获取孔眼线有利于从承载带上去除标签(22),且允许将电缆插穿过标签(22)。多个水平的承载孔眼线还可位于第一层(12)上的各个开口(14)之间,从而有利于从印刷机上去除承载带。
Description
技术领域
本申请总地涉及加标签装置。更具体地说,本申请涉及与电子印刷装置一起使用的加标签装置。
背景技术
在诸如飞机,轮船,计算机网络,或者包含许多电线、电缆或其它可能易于与其它类似物品缠结或混淆的物品的设备之类的装置或设备中,必须给电线、电缆或线缆组加标签。标牌和标记组件已经设计成形成此用途的标签。在形成这些标记和标牌时采用热收缩技术,由此能简易地进行安装。一旦施加之后,标签就难以去除。
通常,包含多个标记的材料承载带馈送通过机器,由此这些标记将通过印刷工位以将图像印刷到每个标记上。先前的用于实现该过程的设计采用体积较大的承载带,其不适用于不同类型的印刷机。这些承载带常常较为刚硬,这会导致印刷在标记上的图像扭曲。此外,刚硬材料可能不易于移动经过印刷机,这是因为承载带可能必须越过组件内的曲部或弯部。
同样,刚硬材料通常生产起来较为昂贵,并且可能需要做成比必要的更宽以有足够的区域来移动和转动承载带。例如,许多目前的承载带设计是履带式驱动的或者使用针式馈送,以使承载带运动。这会需要较宽的带子,也就增加了生产承载带所需的材料成本。
用于印刷组件的新承载带希望能为标签提供所需的支承,同时又为用在印刷机中的承载带提供较高程度的柔性。该承载带应该还能使标签易于从承载带上去除,且能将电缆插穿过标签。
通过阅读下面的具体实施方式并适当地参照附图,这些和其它方面和优点对于熟悉本领域的技术人员来说将变得显而易见。此外,应该理解,在发明内容和其它部分中所描述的实施例仅仅是要通过示例来说明本发明。
发明内容
本申请的一个实施例通过提供一种承载带来弥补了现有技术的缺点,该承载带具有第一层和两个条带,第一层具有至少一个开口,两个条带施加至第一层的相反两边,两个条带在至少一个表面上包括粘合剂。承载带还包括标签,该标签固定到开口内且附连至粘合剂。至少一个获取孔眼线位于所述第一层上,所述获取孔眼线是水平的,且邻近开口的一侧。获取孔眼线有利于从承载带上分离标签,且允许将电缆插穿过标签。

具体实施方式
参见图1,提供一种用在加标签组件(未示出)的承载带10。承载带10包括膜12,膜12在一个实施例中是清晰的透明膜。膜12能使印刷机直接对准在每个标记上,这在开始印刷任务时形成精确的印刷位置并产生最小的浪费。此外,采用光学传感器以便印刷对准的印刷机将检测到清晰膜和不透明标签22之间的不透明度差异,这将在下文中详细描述。膜12可以由塑料或任何其它柔性材料制成,诸如纸或卡片材料。
较佳的是,承载带10还包括至少一个冲切开口14,如图2中最佳示出。承载带10可包括多个冲切开口14。冲切开口14可以是矩形的。或者,开口14可以是允许两侧印刷的任何其它合适形状。
两个条带16、18施加在承载带10的膜12的相反两边上,如图2所示。条带16、18可以通过诸如压敏粘合剂之类的粘合剂20固定至膜12,粘合剂20位于每个条带16、18的至少一个表面上。粘合剂20可施加至每个条带16、18的仅仅一个表面,以能容易地去除电线标记,这将在下文中详细描述,或者能插入电线或电缆,而电线标记仍然位于承载带10上。条带16、18放置到承载带10上以使少量不可转移的粘合剂20暴露于冲切开口14的侧边上,如图3和4所示。
承载带10还包括多个标签22,这些标签22通过粘结至暴露的粘合剂20固定到冲切开口14内。标签22可以是展平的管或板。图4显示承载带10的截面。标签22可以是不透明的,从而具有光学传感器的印刷机可检测到清晰的承载带10和不透明的标签22之间的差异。假如承载带10是不透明的,则标签22可以是清晰的或透明的,或者假如使用孔或标记来产生不透明度的差异,则标签22和承载带10可以都是不透明的。标签22可以各可选地包括垂直管状孔眼线24,以使标签22能分成多个小件。如图5A-5C所示,可使用任何数量的管状孔眼线24来分割标签22。
然后,可为标签22在前侧26和/或背侧28印刷标识信息,诸如用于电线、电缆等。然后,可从承载带10上去除标签22以形成标记。标记获取孔眼线30有利于从承载带10上去除标签22,且能将电缆插穿过标签。标记获取孔眼线30可以位于膜12上。标记获取孔眼线30较佳地水平地定位,且定位成邻近于冲切开口14的端部,如图1所示。沿一个方向、沿着标记获取孔眼线30折叠承载带10,致使将标签22在一侧从粘合剂20上剥离开来,呈现出可被抓持的边缘以便去除标记,如图6所示。沿第二方向、沿着标记获取孔眼线30折叠承载带10,致使将标签22打开,并能将电缆插穿过标签22,如图6和7所示。
承载带10还可包括承载孔眼线32,承载孔眼线32较佳地是水平的,且位于冲切开口14之间的区域。承载孔眼线32有利于将印刷任务与卷分开,而无需剪刀或其它切割装置。
在工作中,印刷机(未示出)将电线信息印刷到承载带10上。当承载带10从印刷机出来时,使用者通过在承载孔眼线32处拉开带子来将承载带从卷中分离出来。使用者然后沿着标记获取孔眼线30折叠承载带10以将标签22从粘合剂20上释放开,从而呈现出可被抓持的边缘以便去除。使用者然后可容易地从承载带10上剥离已印刷的标签22或标记。然后可将电线标记施加到电缆或电线上、或者一组电缆或电线上。或者,沿着标记获取孔眼线30折叠承载带10可打开标签22,并能将电缆插穿过标签22。

Claims (11)
1.一种承载带,包括:
第一层,所述第一层具有至少一个开口;
两个条带,所述两个条带施加至所述第一层的相反两边,所述两个条带在至少一个表面上包括粘合剂;
标签,所述标签固定到所述开口内且附连至所述粘合剂;以及
位于所述第一层上的至少一个获取孔眼线,所述获取孔眼线是水平的,且邻近所述开口的端部,因而通过沿着获取孔眼线折叠承载带,能将标签从粘合剂上剥离开来,呈现出可被抓持的边缘以便去除。
2.如权利要求1所述的承载带,其特征在于,所述至少一个开口包括多个开口。
3.如权利要求2所述的承载带,其特征在于,还包括多个位于各个开口之间的承载孔眼线。
4.如权利要求1所述的承载带,其特征在于,所述开口具有矩形的形状。
5.如权利要求1所述的承载带,其特征在于,所述第一层是透明的。
6.如权利要求1所述的承载带,其特征在于,所述粘合剂是压敏粘合剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的承载带,其特征在于,所述标签是不透明的热收缩管状件。
8.如权利要求1所述的承载带,其特征在于,所述标签具有前侧和背侧,且在两侧都包括印记。
9.如权利要求1所述的承载带,其特征在于,所述标签包括管状孔眼线。
10.如权利要求1所述的承载带,其特征在于,至少一个获取孔眼线允许将所述标签从所述粘合剂上去除。
11.如权利要求1所述的承载带,其特征在于,至少一个获取孔眼线允许将电缆插穿过所述标签。
