背景技术
对利用吊顶板或天花板顶篷的露天结构类型空间的需要越来越多。这样的系统提供给建筑师和设计者创造独特而生动视觉效果的性能,这样的效果是连续的、墙至墙(wall-to-wall)的天花板系统无法得到的。
出于审美目的,使天花板顶篷具有整齐、修整的边缘而没有露出任何不雅的边缘细节或紧固装置是人们想要的。提供此想要的边缘细节的一种方案在公开号为2007/0033902、名称为“悬吊系统”的美国专利申请(下文中的“2007/0033902申请”)中被示出并描述。
顶篷系统有特别的规范要求,该规范要求指出单个顶篷相对彼此的放置位置。例如,在地震活动的区域,每个独立悬吊的顶篷在天花板空间内悬吊时必须彼此间隔18英寸,还必须与任何其他建筑构件间隔18英寸。
此外,不考虑地震活动的级别,还有另外的安装顾虑包括在天花板空间内组合在一起时关于顶篷以机械方式布置和对准的顾虑。布置和对准目前通过耗时的仔细安装而实现,这转而增加了系统的成本。对现有顶篷系统的另外顾虑是目前需要在顶部建筑结构上的几个固定点。减少悬吊点的数量将减少安装时间和成本,并消除电和机械干涉点。
发明内容
因此,本发明涉及一种系统,该系统满足抗震规范要求并提供装置以使单个顶篷彼此以机械方式布置和对准。本发明还提供一种系统,该系统具有在顶上部建筑结构上的固定点数量最少。
本发明涉及一种改进的顶篷系统。该系统包括分组架和至少一个顶篷模块。分组架包括至少两个交叉支杆。顶篷模块包括板和悬吊部件。悬吊部件包括至少一个吊杆,该吊杆在内侧位置固定在板的背面。每个交叉支杆具有固定于其上的钩状件。每个钩状件搁置在交叉支杆上并由其支撑。
当安装时,将顶篷模块在其纵向轴线和横向轴线上锁定于分组架。此外,分组架和顶篷模块的固定部件协同工作,从而相对于彼此以机械方式对准和布置两个或多个顶篷模块。
改进的顶篷系统提供:向下的可接近性能;符合抗震规范的刚性悬吊系统;使多个单个顶篷成为一个并邻近地安装的机构;在板的隔开和布置上的轻松安装;以及在顶部建筑结构上的固定点数量减少25-50%。

具体实施方式
下面更详细地参照附图,在所有附图中相同的附图标记代表相同的部件。
图1和2示出根据本发明的顶篷系统一实施例的总体结构布置。顶篷系统10包括分组架12和一个或多个顶篷模块14。分组架12具有至少两个交叉支杆16,这些交叉支杆彼此附连并且通过悬吊装置(例如图1所示的悬吊绳索17)由顶部建筑结构(未示出)承载。
如在图2中最佳看出的,顶篷模块14具有板18,例如纤维消音板或木板,板18具有顶面20、底面22和在顶面20和底面22之间延伸的边缘24。板18包括延伸的内侧沟道26,内侧沟道26从顶面20沿着向底面22的方向延伸。为了对此说明,术语“内侧沟道(in-board channel)”指不延伸至板边缘的沟道。该内侧沟道的特征基本上保持了板的完整性并提供边缘的自由度。换句话说,该边缘的构造不受支撑结构控制。此外,由于内侧沟道26不延伸至板18的边缘,所以不需要另外的边缘细节例如镶边件来装饰板18的边缘。
顶篷模块14还包括悬吊部件,该悬吊部件的元件在图2和3a-3c中最佳示出。悬吊部件包括一个或多个纵向延伸的吊杆32(见图3b)。在全部附图示出的优选构造中,使用一个以上吊杆32。其中,单个吊杆32在内侧沟道26中彼此以机械方式固定以形成互锁的连续吊杆。例如,吊杆可通过转角接头40(见图3c)而固定。当装配于板时,吊杆32在板的纵向轴线和横向轴线上为板提供刚性支撑。可利用各种类型的吊杆32,包括全部附图示出的挤压出的H型杆以及在申请2007/0033902中示出的传统倒T形栅格件。
悬吊部件还包括多个钩状件42,该钩状件牢固附连于纵向延伸的吊杆32并在与其大体垂直的方向上延伸。如在图3a中最佳示出的,钩状件42包括在一端的钩部43以及在相对端的固定凸缘45。在附图中示出的示例钩状件为大体J形并且优选经固定凸缘45在各吊杆32的内位置处附连于吊杆32。优选地,为了更牢固地固定,钩状部43包括与交叉支杆16的形状相一致的细节设计,以便钩状件42越过并围绕、最终搁置在交叉支杆16上。例如,钩状件被示出固定于吊杆的中心,使得钩状件42能附连于下面更详细描述的分组架的交叉支杆。
板模块14通过将钩状件42放置在分组架12的交叉支杆16上而安装在分组架12上。为了方便安装,钩状件的钩部都面朝相同方向,即它们中的每一个都面向顺时针或逆时针方向。为了图解目的,在全部附图中示出的钩状件的每个钩部面向逆时针方向。
现在参照附图4a-4d更详细地说明将顶篷模块14固定于分组架上的逐步步骤。如图所示,从下方可接近顶篷模块14,即顶篷模块14从分组架下面的位置向上插入到分组架上(如图4a所示)。如图4b所示,将顶篷模块向上提升,直到所有钩状件42的钩部43位于交叉支杆16上方。如图4c所示,然后将顶篷模块14以逆时针方向,即以钩状件所面朝的同一方向旋转,直到钩状件的钩部位于分组架的支杆上方。交叉支杆16主要用作以逆时针方向阻止顶篷模块的运动。如图4d所示,然后允许顶篷模块14向下运动,直到钩状件的钩部接合并搁置在交叉支杆16上。
因此,分组架12与顶篷模块14的钩状件42协同工作,从而允许将顶篷模块在纵向轴线和横向轴线方向上轻松锁定于分组架上。此外,由于提供给顶篷模块的部件的安装步骤,可将顶篷模块彼此紧密邻接地安装在分组架上。此外,通过将顶篷模块固定于分组架,顶篷模块被间接彼此附连且相对彼此容易被布置和对准。
虽然已参照优选实施例对发明进行了描述,但本领域技术人员会理解的是,可进行各种改变和其部件的等同替代而不脱离本发明的范围。此外,根据本发明的教导,可进行多种变形以适应特殊情况或材料而不脱离本发明的基本范围。因此,可理解的,本发明并不局限于披露为欲实施本发明的最佳模式的特殊实施例,而本发明将包含落入附加权利要求范围内的所有实施例。

Claims (4)

1.一种顶篷系统,其包括:
分组架和至少两个顶篷模块;
所述分组架包括至少两个交叉支杆;
所述至少两个顶篷模块的每一个顶篷模块包括一板和一悬吊部件;
其中所述悬吊部件包括至少一个吊杆和两个或更多个钩状件,所述吊杆在一内侧位置处附连至所述板的表面,所述钩状件附连于所述至少一个吊杆并且以大体沿着垂直于所述至少一个吊杆的方向延伸;以及
所述至少两个交叉支杆的每个交叉支杆包括附连于其上的钩状件,所述钩状件搁置在所述至少两个交叉支杆中的一个交叉支杆上并由其支撑;
其中每个板的中心点布置成与由所述至少两个交叉支杆形成的多个连接点中的一个连接点竖直对准。
2.按照权利要求1所述的顶篷系统,其特征在于,所述顶篷模块在所述顶篷模块的纵向轴线和横向轴线上均锁定于所述分组架。
3.按照权利要求1所述的顶篷系统,其特征在于,每个所述顶篷框架的所述分组架和悬吊部件协同工作,以将所述至少两个顶篷模块相对于彼此以机械方式对准和布置。
4.一种顶篷系统,其包括顶篷模块和分组架;
所述顶篷模块具有:板,其具有顶面、底面和在顶面和底面之间延伸的边缘,所述顶面具有内侧沟道,所述内侧沟道沿着从所述板的顶面朝向底面的方向延伸;至少一个吊杆,每个吊杆定位于所述内侧沟道;以及多个钩状件,其附连于所述至少一个吊杆;
所述分组架包括至少两个交叉支杆,所述至少两个交叉支杆彼此附连并由顶部建筑结构支撑;
其中所述顶篷模块的所述钩状件搁置于所述交叉支杆上并由其支撑;
由此所述顶篷模块在所述顶篷模块的纵向轴线和横向轴线方向上均固定至所述分组架;
其中每个板的中心点布置成与由所述至少两个交叉支杆形成的多个连接点中的一个连接点竖直对准。
