Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及注射设备,并且具体地但并不排他地涉及自动注射设备,具有在设备内向前移动注射管的机构,以使针尖从设备中伸出并随后通过针头输送药剂。
背景技术
很多自动注射器都被设计用于只输送一管药剂并随即在使用之后被丢弃。尽管分配的药物成本通常都远远高于注射器设备的成本,但是对于降低药物输送系统的成本依然有所关注并且对于在必要时重复使用组件也有与环境有关的需求。我们因此设计了一种自动注射器设备,其中驱动机构可以被重复使用并被设置为旋转拧入或以其他方式连接至容纳注射管的壳体的独立模块,以使驱动模块能够被重复使用多次。但是这样的设备设计意味着可能要对前部部分进行内部存取,并因此希望提供一些手段以防止壳体内的注射管在与驱动模块分离时的移动,从而避免注射管在壳体内被向前推送以在使用之前或之后暴露出针头的可能性。另外,对于手动操作的设备,也希望在使用之前或之后禁用注射设备或确保其安全。
发明内容
因此,在一方面,本发明提供了一种注射设备,包括:
主壳体部分;
具有针头的注射管,所述注射管被安装在所述壳体部分内用于在后部位置和前部位置之间移动,在后部位置所述针头被所述壳体部分的前部部分罩住,在前部位置所述针头从所述壳体向前伸出用于输送药剂;
用于将所述注射管锁定在后部位置的锁定装置,所述锁定装置是可释放的以允许注射管向前移动,以及
可操作以在输送药剂之后将被释放的注射管闭锁在后部位置内的闭锁装置。
注射管被方便地保持在与所述锁定装置和所述闭锁装置协同操作的注射管保持器内。
优选地,所述锁定装置和所述闭锁装置由可以在以下两个位置之间能够移动的共用可移动锁定/闭锁元件限定:
锁定/闭锁位置,在该位置锁定/闭锁元件(i)防止所述注射管从后部位置向前移动,并且(ii)在所述注射管从前部位置向后部位置返回时闭锁所述注射管禁止其向前移动,
和
解锁位置,在该位置注射管被允许向前移动。
闭锁/锁定元件包括相对于注射管在所述锁定/闭锁位置和所述解锁位置之间能够大致横向移动的至少一个闭锁部分。每个闭锁部分被装在各自的指状部分上,指状部分可以在所述锁定/闭锁位置和所述解锁位置之间能够横向移动。由此多个闭锁部分可以被设置在大致圆筒形的弹性可膨胀锁定套管的弧形壁部上。
所述锁定套管优选地能够通过释放环部轴向啮合和移动所述壁部而释放。
另外设备包括驱动机构,驱动机构位于驱动壳体内,驱动壳体具有用于与所述壳体部分的后端可释放地啮合地前端,所述锁定装置和所述闭锁装置可以被设计为在所述驱动壳体和所述主壳体部分之间达到预定的啮合程度或范围之后释放。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本文中公开的注射设备的实施例是一种自动注射器,包括驱动模块10,驱动模块10能够被旋转拧入注射管壳体12的后部内以将注射器准备好待用。设备在其后端具有触发按钮14并且注射管壳体的前端起初被盖有盖帽16。驱动模块10可滑动地支撑驱动柱塞18,其利用驱动弹簧20被向前推进。在后端,柱塞18被成形有分叉的箭头结构22,其使柱塞能够以竖起的位置闭锁在模块壳体中的内壁后方。
为了触发设备,触发按钮14被从安全侧转至装填侧并随后向前推送以将箭头挤压到一起释放柱塞用于在驱动弹簧20的影响下向前移动。柱塞的前向移动由与驱动壳体10内的端壁协同操作的环形肋26限制。驱动柱塞18的前端是缩小了直径的以装在注射管30的塞子28内。在其前端,驱动模块10具有母螺纹部分32,可以螺纹连接到注射管壳体12后部对应的公螺纹部分34上。

释放环部50和闭锁套管42的协同操作是指当注射管壳体12被从驱动模块10分离时,套管处于其放松位置,在该位置倒钩46阻挡注射管载体36的移动。而且,在使用之后,当驱动模块10已经被从注射管壳体旋转拧下时,倒钩则在此返回其锁定位置以在使用过的注射管返回其后方位置时闭锁并防止其向前移动。
盖帽16可以具有向内定向的指状部分或适当的啮合表面(未示出),其夹持最初罩住注射管针头的护套(未示出),或以其他方式接合护套以使得从设备上移除端帽也会拉动护套离开针头。
在使用时,驱动模块被竖起并且盖帽被从注射管壳体的前端移除。驱动模块随后被旋转拧入注射管壳体的后部。释放环部50向着螺纹啮合的末端啮合斜切部分48由此张开闭锁套管的臂以释放注射管保持器36用于移动。

Claims (10)
1.一种注射设备,包括:
主壳体部分;
具有针头的注射管,所述注射管被安装在所述壳体部分内用于在后部位置和前部位置之间移动,在后部位置所述针头被所述壳体部分的前部部分罩住,在前部位置所述针头从所述壳体向前伸出用于输送药剂;
锁定装置,用于将所述注射管锁定在后部位置,并且是可释放的以允许注射管向前移动,以及
闭锁装置,可操作以在输送药剂之后在被释放的注射管返回到后部位置时将其锁住。
2.如权利要求1所述的注射设备,其中所述注射管被保持在注射管保持器装置内,并且所述锁定装置和所述闭锁装置与所述注射管保持器装置协同操作以分别锁定和锁住所述注射管。
3.如权利要求2所述的注射设备,其中所述锁定装置和所述闭锁装置由在以下两个位置之间能够移动的共用可移动锁定/闭锁元件限定:
锁定/闭锁位置,在该位置锁定/闭锁元件(i)防止所述注射管从后部位置向前移动,并且(ii)在所述注射管从前部位置向后部位置返回时锁住所述注射管,
以及
解锁位置,在该位置注射管被允许向前移动。
4.如权利要求3所述的注射设备,其中所述闭锁/锁定元件包括相对于注射管在所述锁定/闭锁位置和所述解锁位置之间能够大致横向移动的至少一个闭锁部分。
5.如权利要求4所述的注射设备,其中所述闭锁部分或每一个闭锁部分被装在各自的指状部分上,指状部分在所述锁定/闭锁位置和所述解锁位置之间能够横向移动。
6.如权利要求5所述的注射设备,其中多个闭锁部分被设置在大致圆筒形的弹性可膨胀锁定套管的弧形壁部上。
7.如权利要求6所述的注射设备,其中所述锁定套管能够通过释放环部轴向啮合和移动所述壁部而释放。
8.如前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的注射设备,进一步包括驱动机构,驱动机构位于驱动壳体内,驱动壳体具有用于与所述壳体部分的后端可释放地啮合的前端,并且其中所述锁定装置和所述闭锁装置在所述驱动壳体和所述主壳体部分之间达到预定的啮合程度或范围之后被释放。
9.如从属于权利要求6时的权利要求8所述的注射设备,其中所述主壳体部分和所述驱动壳体部分能够螺纹啮合,并且所述驱动部分带有释放环部,该释放环部用于啮合所述锁定套管。
10.一种注射设备,包括:主壳体部分,具有针头的注射管,所述注射管被安装在所述壳体内,并通过注射管保持器装置移动,所述注射管保持器装置包括制动装置,所述制动装置用于啮合所述注射管以防止或限制注射管和保持器之间的相对轴向移动。
