Abstract

本发明提供一种能够均匀且有效地将管热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材并凭借简单的方法制造出高品质的管衬材的管衬材的制造方法。将管状树脂吸收材(10)插入管(11)内,使其膨胀为圆柱状并密合于管内周面。在膨胀为圆柱状的管和管状树脂吸收材的外周面密合卷绕加热器(20),通过对加热器通电来加热管和管状树脂吸收材,将管热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材。在该构成中,无需使管和管状树脂吸收材移动的机构,而且能够将管均匀地热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材上而不会产生加热不均,能够制造出高品质的管衬材。

Description

管衬材的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及用于对已老化的既有管进行加衬的管衬材的制造方法。
背景技术
以往,在埋于地下的下水道管、上水道管等既有管趋于老化的情况下,实施管路加衬法来修补既有管而无需将之挖出。该施工方法中,由浸渍了热固化性树脂的管状树脂吸收材构成的管衬材,通过翻转或引入而插入到既有管中,并通过气压等膨胀而保持在压接于既有管的内周面的状态。在该状态下,对管衬材加热使浸渍于管状树脂吸收材中的热固化性树脂固化,从而对既有管加衬(例如专利文献1、2等)。
管衬材的树脂吸收材,由柔性毛毡等构成,在其外周面(在管衬材被翻转后成为内周面)对由气密性较高的塑料薄膜构成的柔性管进行热熔敷而形成涂层。该管保护浸渍于管状树脂吸收材的固化性树脂,防止树脂与外部接触。另外,当管衬材翻转而插入管路中时,经热熔敷的管成为内周面,防止在随后的加衬过程中管衬材因压缩空气而膨胀时,浸渍于管状树脂吸收材中的树脂直接接触压缩空气,或者防止在该树脂被蒸汽、热水等热介质加热时,热介质直接与树脂接触。

对于在管衬材的树脂吸收材的外周面对管进行热熔敷的情况而言,一直以来,使管状树脂吸收材在管内膨胀而密合在其内周面,将其搬入到设置有沿轴向延伸的加热器的圆柱状加热炉内。被搬入到加热炉内的管和管状树脂吸收材在加热炉内向出口移动,在移动过程中外周受热,从而将管热熔敷于管状树脂吸收上。
在该方法中,需要使管和管状树脂吸收材在加热炉内移动的机构,此外使加热炉的中心轴与膨胀为圆柱状的管和管状树脂吸收材的中心轴一致,当不使管和管状树脂吸收材移动时,由于加热器相对于管和管状树脂吸收材的距离在上部和下部不同,故产生加热不均,无法均匀地将管热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材。当热熔敷不够充分时,会导致浸渍于管状树脂吸收材中的树脂固化不佳,存在很难实现具有可信赖性的加衬作业。
而且,当将管和管状树脂吸收材的前端搬入加热炉时,由于需要对遍布加热炉全长范围延伸的加热器整体通电,而且需要对加热器持续供电直至管和管状树脂吸收材的后端经过加热炉的出口,因此存在加热、电力过度消耗的缺点。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而形成的发明,其课题在于,提供一种能够均匀且有效地将管热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材且凭借简单的方法制造出高品质的管衬材的管衬材的制造方法。
解决上述课题的本发明是一种管衬材的制造方法,其特征在于,是在管状树脂吸收材的外周面热熔敷由气密性的塑料薄膜构成的管,并将固化性树脂浸渍于该管状树脂吸收材而制造出管衬材的方法,将管状树脂吸收材插入管内并使管状树脂吸收材膨胀为圆柱状,密合于管内周面,在覆盖膨胀为圆柱状的管状树脂吸收材的管的外周面,密合卷绕加热器,通过对加热器通电来加热管和管状树脂吸收材,将管热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材。
在本发明中,在覆盖膨胀为圆柱状的管状树脂吸收材的管的外周面,密合卷绕加热器,通过对加热器通电来加热管和管状树脂吸收材,将管热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材,因此无需使管和管状树脂吸收材移动的机构,而且能够将管均匀地热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材上而不会产生加热不均,能够制造出高品质的管衬材。
而且,在本发明中,由于加热器密合地卷绕在管的外周面,因此能够对管和管状树脂吸收材进行无浪费的加热,能够以较少的电力有效地将管热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材上。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。其中,对用来给作为既有管的下水道管加衬的管衬材的制造方法进行说明。但是,本发明并不局限于此,还可以应用在上水道管、农业用水管等的管衬材的制造方法中。
(实施例)
图1表示修补或翻新既有管的管衬材的制造过程。管衬材1是以由聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙或氯乙烯等高气密性的塑料薄膜组成的柔性管11覆盖柔性管状树脂吸收材10而成的管状衬材。
管状树脂吸收材10由使用了聚酰胺、聚酯、聚丙烯等塑料纤维的无纺布、织物或垫形成,或者由使用了玻璃纤维的织物或垫形成,或者由将上述塑料纤维和玻璃纤维组合在一起的无纺布、织物或垫形成,在管状树脂吸收材10中,浸渍有不饱和聚乙烯树脂、乙烯酯树脂或环氧树脂等液状的未固化的热固化性树脂。
在制造该管衬材的过程中,将管状树脂吸收材10插入管11内,并且将一端(图1中为右侧)密闭的管状的衬里12插入管状树脂吸收材10内,将管状树脂吸收材10保持于管11和衬里12间。
在管状树脂吸收材10和管11上开孔而安装真空软管13,将管状树脂吸收材10抽为真空,并且从衬里12的开放端(图1中左侧)供给压缩空气,则管11、管状树脂吸收材10以及衬里12起初分别为扁平的形状,但如图1所示,会一起膨胀为圆柱形状,管状树脂吸收材10在被管11和衬里12夹持的状态下密合于管11的内周面。为使管11、管状树脂吸收材10、衬里12一起膨胀为圆柱形状,需预先使得成为圆柱形状时的管11的内径与管状树脂吸收材10的外径大致一致,以及使得管状树脂吸收材10的内径和衬里12的外径大致一致。
另外,图1中真空软管13虽然仅设置在一处,但为了有效地将管状树脂吸收材抽为真空,通常可根据管衬材的长度而在多处安装真空软管。
接下来,如图2(a)所示,使管11、管状树脂吸收材10、衬里12膨胀,而在该膨胀的状态下将加热器20密合地卷绕在覆盖膨胀为圆柱状的管状树脂吸收材10的管11的外周面上。
如图3所示,加热器20是使镍铬合金线等电热丝20b以等间距p(例如7.5mm)周期性地蜿蜒配置于一边为Y另一边为Y’的矩形或正方形状的绝缘布(以假想线图示)20a的内部的加热器。Y’与管11的外周大致相等,或较之略长,在将加热器20密合卷绕于管11时,成为可使其两端部部分重合的长度(图2(a))。
如图3所示,电热丝20b沿Y’方向延伸规定距离即折回并再次延伸相同距离并折回,重复该折回而以间距p周期性地沿管衬材的长度方向蜿蜒延伸。电热丝20b一端连接于插头20c,通过将插头20c插入主线21的电源插座20d中,能够对电热丝20b通电而使电热丝20b发热。由于电热丝20b均匀分布在几乎整个加热器上,因此其发热量在加热器20整体上达到均匀。
当管衬材1的长度较长时,如图2(b)所示,使多个加热器20相互邻接密合而卷绕在管11的外周面。此时,设管衬材的轴向的长度(管11的长度)为X,加热器20的沿管衬材的长度方向延伸的一边的长度为Y,当X大于Y时,求出满足Y*Z>X(*为乘法运算符号)的最小整数Z,使求得的Z个加热器20相互邻接密合卷绕在管11的外周面。通过将各加热器20的插头20c插入电源插座20d中,使得Z个加热器20并联。
此外,在图2(a)、(b)中,起初的加热器20(图中左端)被卷绕在距离管11的前端稍偏右的位置,但这是为了便于理解,加热器20的左端和管11的前端实际处于几乎一致的位置。
图2所示的管衬材1,由于其管长方向的长度X比加热器20的一边Y更长,因此准备上述算式求得的Z个加热器20,将各插头20c插入插座20d,将Z个加热器20并联。图2(b)所示的例子中,第三个加热器20被卷绕于管11而并联。其中,该图中为了避免繁琐而省略了对加热器的插头、插座的图示。
将规定个数Z的加热器20卷绕于管11,将各插头20c插入插座20d,对各加热器20d通电,使得各加热器20的电热丝20b发热。由此管11和管状树脂吸收材10均匀受热,管11被热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材10,在管状树脂吸收材10上形成由管1l构成的涂层。
像这样,即便在管衬材的管状树脂吸收材较长的情形下,由于连结规定个数的加热器进行使用能够对管状树脂吸收材以及将其覆盖的管整体进行加热,因此能够有效且均匀地加热,能够将管高品质地热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材上。
此外,由于各加热器20相邻的部分难以实现均匀发热,因此如图2(b)的假想线所示,可将导热性能佳的金属制的薄片30(例如铝箔)卷绕在管11,并在其上使加热器20、20相邻卷绕,从而使加热量均匀化。在图2(b)中,片30仅图示为一处,但亦可卷绕在其他相邻的加热器的位置。
如此,在将管11热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材10的外周面后,中止利用真空软管13进行的抽真空,并且中止对衬里12供给压缩空气,使管11、管状树脂吸收材10、衬里12收缩,将衬里12从管11和管状树脂吸收材10中拔出。
此外,使用公知方法(例如,日本特开2001-108555号公报)在管状树脂吸收材10中浸渍可因加热或光照射而固化的树脂或在常温下固化的固化性树脂。即,在管状树脂吸收材10的内部注入固化性树脂,对管状树脂吸收材10抽真空而利用产生在管状树脂吸收材10中的负压来使固化性树脂浸渍于管状树脂吸收材10。由此一来,能够制造出在管状树脂吸收材的外周面热熔敷由气密性的塑料薄膜组成的管且在该管状树脂吸收材中浸渍有固化性树脂而成的管衬材。
由此制造出的管衬材,以管为内周面的方式通过翻转或引入的方式插入到既有管中,并因气压等而膨胀保持在压接于既有管的内周面的状态。在该状态下对管衬材加热或光照使管状树脂吸收材中浸渍的固化性树脂固化,从而对既有管加衬。

Claims (4)

1.一种管衬材的制造方法,其特征在于,
是在管状树脂吸收材的外周面热熔敷由气密性的塑料薄膜构成的管,并将固化性树脂浸渍于该管状树脂吸收材而制造出管衬材的方法,
将管状树脂吸收材插入管内,使该管状树脂吸收材膨胀为圆柱状并密合于管内周面,
在覆盖膨胀为圆柱状的管状树脂吸收材的管的外周面,密合卷绕加热器,
通过对加热器通电来加热管和管状树脂吸收材,将管热熔敷于管状树脂吸收材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管衬材的制造方法,其特征在于,上述加热器是使电热丝以等间距周期性地蜿蜒配置于绝缘布的内部的加热器,该绝缘布呈一边与管的外周大致相等的矩形状或正方形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的管衬材的制造方法,其特征在于,设管衬材的长度为X,加热器的沿管衬材的长度方向延伸的一边的长度为Y,当X大于Y时,求出满足Y*Z>X的最小整数Z,使求得的Z个加热器相互邻接而卷绕在管的外周面,将Z个加热器并联并通电。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管衬材的制造方法,其特征在于,在将导热性的片卷绕在管上后,将加热器隔着该导热性的片进行卷绕。
